I've just recently started using natural cycles as a form of TTC and tracking my BBT. Does anyone have a copy of their graph please? I'm interested to see what others look like as I haven't completed a full month with mine yet. Mine for reference 😊

How’s everyone doing? I’m currently 10dpo, haven’t tested yet and only started doing bbt again this morning - was glad to see it still up though! does anyone else’s temp never get that high? Mine only just goes over cover line each month, not sure if that’s a sign I don’t have enough progesterone, tell me I’m overthinking!!

Still attempting to not test until at least 14dpo which is Tuesday.. no symptoms at all to mention but still early days!

Hi both! Thanks for coming back.
I did, I went out and got a CB digital and Superdrug, but both negative.

I think I made a rookie mistake tho - third pee if the morning… and I think I should have got in there straight away with the first one? What do you think?

@monica3287 looks promising to me! If I were you I’d be testing. The week I got my BFP on 12dpo I think my temp had been pretty stable (but high) for a few days like yours has been!

Have you taken a pregnancy test? My temp doesn't seem to drop until the morning after AF comes (my period normally turns up late night)

I’ve had a jump in my chart - has anyone had these before / got input? I know it could be a one off and I’ll see what happens. FF stating AF could be here yesterday or tomorrow.

This is the first time my temperature jumped - could it also jump like this before AF and then jump down?

Morning!

So, a dip again. I had a terrible night sleep, woke up at 4, and took it then.

I have logged and made a night. But I am thinking that wide awake at 4 probably means AF due Friday / Saturday as predicted.

Ok sounds good 👍🏼 Not long to go!

I'm CD10 now so 9 days til O, just going to do an OPK around CD16-20 so I can see where I'm at x

Hi guys - I’m 11 or 10 dpo now. Temps are quite erratic, I’m wondering if due to sleep. I think I’ll feel better after seeing tomorrow morning.

How is everyone else doing?

Well, let me know how you are doing! And yep, I know what you mean. It's agonising isn't it. I think next month, I'll just stick with OPK and see how I go.

@monica3287 I have no plans or anything but maybe I need to put the apps into different folders so I forget about them.. I think I’ll start taking temps again a few days before AF technically due, just to prepare myself either way. It is soooo all consuming! Hope the lack of symptoms is a good sign, but I know we think too much into everything..

Hey! Well, I think that sounds like a good idea. I think I’ll be doing that in the next round. It’s all consuming isn’t it - and definitely good for the stress levels. I’ve downloaded a language app to try and take away from the temptation… have you got something else like that to focus on or entertain yourself with?

Hey all! Sorry for silence since my CP last month - I’m due to ovulate today/ tomorrow so excited to enter another TWW (said no one ever…!!) but expecting my peak tonight and then will wait for the temp rise. I’m tempted to not temp test in TWW. Has anyone else considered this? Just to try and keep stress levels down..

Morning - hope all ok. Feeling v bloated and crampy, period was on CD 26 last month - am expecting it to turn up in the next few days but am trying to hold out a little hope! So difficult, haha.

How are others getting on?

11dpo for me, AF should be due tomorrow which means my b6 tablets have increased my LP to 12 days or if not and I still have an 11 day LP I'll be due today x

@monica3287 fluctuations are normal, you're still above pre O temps it's probably just taking a few days to work out what day you ovulated

Morning - so I’ve dropped a bit on my temp this morning, is that usual? Taking into account things that could wrong with me taking it?

I just need one more high temp for it to pop in a cover line, that’s right isn’t it?

I know I say this every month but this looks good! You’re not out until AF. I didn’t get my bfp this time round until 14dpo (tested from 8dpo and it was stark white every single day until the day I was due) and I thought I was out as I got my bfp with my son at 9dpo.
