TWW thread around 27/02/23

@Freya8 that's a good idea to jot symptoms down so you know for future. I'm pretty sure all the things I'm feeling now I have felt before 😅 main thing is random twinges/pulling in my tummy on one side - maybe this happens every month and I'm only just noticing it now haha

@LittleMiss2023 sorry to hear your test was negative although like you say 9dpo super early to test and not many would get BFP then. Fingers crossed for you in a few days time ☺️

5dpo now and going to try hold out until 10/11dpo to test. I get so scared to test as if it's BFN then my hope just goes.

Im 9DPO today and I know I shouldn’t have, but I took a test yesterday and very negative!

Funny how when you’re looking out for it, you notice every single difference in your body. Did I just feel sick? No you’re probably hungry. Did I just feel a cramp? No you probably need to go to the loo. 😂

I’ll try and hold out until at least 11DPO i think - however, although my brother will be staying from out of town so not sure how I’ll handle myself with either outcome 😂

Also 9dpo @Janeykat and @Peaceandloves although based on my temp shift I'd say I'm more 8 dpo but who knows. My symptoms are the same as every month at the moment, fatigue and sore boobs. So not feeling overly hopeful but still plenty of time for us all yet.

@Peaceandloves keeping my fingers crossed for the start of your testing tomorrow. Keep us updated

@TTC53 and @Peaceandloves I am 9dpo today, I dont really have many symptoms...I have a sore back and tender boobs but I think those might just be PMS symptoms that I dont usually notice :( Last month when I had the chemical and also when I was pregnant with my son I felt so different that I just knew I was pregnant before I even took a test...although I checked my app and only really got sore boobs 10dpo and nausea from 12 dpo last cycle so it could still appear🤞

I will try hold out until Thursday to take a test, period due on Saturday.

Hi @TTC53 and @Janeykat I'm 9dpo today and absolutely zero symptoms. I'm so impatient I will probs test for a few days starting tomorrow as my cycle is short and I'm expecting AF thurs or Fri. I'm not holding out much hope as when I fell pregnant with my son I had implantation bleeding and felt so much different. How far are you into your cycles? Any signs? X

@Janeykat and @Peaceandloves I think you're roughly on the same DPO as me. How are you doing today?

Starting to get tender boobs which is always a PMS for me but I have been getting stabbing pains in my lower abdomen for the past 24 hours. I have actually pulled my groin on the same side (😅) so it could just be that pain traveling and me reading too much into every symptom - as per!

When are people thinking of testing? I'm thankfully going to visit family tomorrow for several days so that will keep my mind busy

@Freya8 totally forgot to mention another vivid dream last night! It was nuts! Lol and also heart burn and acid reflux, it's annoying me so much! Lol xxx

I am hoping so yes! Or hoping to see some changes that make me certain I'm pregnant!! I'm also overthinking everything!! 🙃 xxx

@Floralsandsmiles we are totally same even right down to the smiley! Id say 6dpo on symptoms should crank up surely? See i swore i just knew with my dc 1! This time i am swaying from mmmmm did we cover enough durin the fertile week to the other extreme of yes i am an positive thinking almost! N like i jus feel like as i get older the risk of basically everythin increases so this tww is literally only a small part of my worries lolll

@Freya8 you're like my cycle twin in every way! Lol
So I have cramps on and off and cm is creamier too. Bloating is a joke and I did the washing machine thing too, I feel like I can't bend down lol
I'm not getting any boob twitches though 😕 it's 5DPO and this wait us annoying! Lol xxx

@Floralsandsmiles ive had cramping right from ov. Even this morn woke up to cramping its all one sided too. My cm hasnt went away tho has turned creamier? Couple of boob twinges but not sore or anythin just tender almost. Also the washing machine thing like my belly was tender bending down to load machine. I am very bloated that hasnt went away. Sore throat this morn! Lol like sounds silly writing them out as i am aware if ur looking for symptoms u will always find them 🙂 but this helps me almost loll cuz im jus so eager to know!!!! Lolll hows urs lovely? I know ur worried about everything. I mean the age thing am in same boat and also been so long since first child with me too.

Thats a good idea to be honest! Last month i had a cold, cramps, felt sick... Had every possible symptom apart from the actual pregnancy 😂xxx

@Chip131 had sharp pains also yesterday which was 3dpo. Could just be my bloat! Lol! As this is first month ttc dc 2 i thought i would jot down every little thing. So that if it doesnt happen this month i can go back to it and tell myself sure thats happened before lol sore throat today but sure its cold where i am! Literally over analysing everythin i am!

Im literally ignoring and dismissing any potential symptom as I really thought i had loads last month! I am having some cramping though which catches me off guard and is quite sharp xxx

So CD 28 here and I'm 6 DPO. I've had a dull ache in my right hip since this afternoon which is very similar to my ovulation pains plus the odd twinge in my right lower abdomen.

Done a bit of googling (couldn't help myself haha) and dull pain inside my hip can be a sign of implantation. Had very sensitive breasts since O too and been very tired. Had the cold all week plus it's my 1st TWW so could just be over analysing everything though!

Yes I was thinking the same, I'm going to monitor it and if its coming up short each month, I will speak to the doctor about progesterone levels too. Xxx

@Floralsandsmiles I have read stories on other threads of women being able to get preg with a 10 day luteal phases :) I am in a similar boat worrying about luteal phase as although mine is usually 12-14 days I get quite a bit of spotting. I think if I don't get preg in the next few cycles I will do some tests for progesterone levels in the luteal phase x

Correction my luteal phase maybe only 10 days (going off of forecast from previous months).. but like I said, it's the first time tracking. Just worrying is all.. xxx

Thanks @Piglet34 you're right, I don't know where I got 6DPO from? It says average 8-10DPO and on average its 9DPO. The reason I ask is I'm worried about the luteal phase and how many days mine is. Its my first month tracking and I ovulated later than I thought. I think mine may only be 12 days, and I know average luteal is 12-14, but still.. worrying right now xxxx

@Floralsandsmiles I thought the average implantation day was 8-10dpo? But can be as early as 6 I think but is rare :) I don't think no symptoms is a bad thing at all so I wouldn't worry about that ☺️ x

AF arrived yesterday, this must have been faulty as every other test was bfn not even a faint line! What a nasty bugger of a test haha
