Creating a thread for anyone close to ovulation or already in the TWW! I find this journey easier speaking to people going through the same and on the same timeline. We are trying for baby #1 after a MC end of June/July, we was going with the flow but after nothing happening we decided to start tracking ovulation last month and this month i started tracking BBT as well. This month is also our first month using Preseed after I saw so many people say it helped!

I am currently 3DPO - Ovulation was on cycle day 15 confirmed by BBT.

@Sb86 I'll be 7 +6 so they should definitely be able to see something, I'm just worried about there being nothing or a mmc. I can't wait until 12 weeks for a scan!

@TTCRainbow I've got some horrible bug, only been able to stomach crumpets and squash for days, maybe you've got the same thing.

TTCRainbow · 28/03/2023 13:27

Hey @Sb86 it defo felt like weigh had been lifted but sunday, wow... i could not keep any food or drink down was really poorly and i cant work out if it was my sickness ramped up or i got a bug. Was same yesterday until the afternoon when i finally could eat and drink something and keep it down. I kind of regret not going to a&e for fluids but i didnt want to seem like a hypochondriac 😫

how have you been? xx

@DiamondApricot bet you cant wait xx

How far along will you be on your scan day? @DiamondApricot

DiamondApricot · 28/03/2023 10:48

So glad everyone's scans have been good news, still a week to go until mine but the midwife called me to set up my booking in appointment so that has made it feel a bit more real.

Sb86 · 28/03/2023 10:06

Hey ladies, how is everyone doing? Xx

Sb86 · 25/03/2023 23:10

@TTCRainbow so you should show later then by all accounts. What time is your scan Saturday? Only 2 more sleeps 😊 got everything crossed for you ❤️🤞🏼🌈

I'm so glad they have too and 10 weeks worth of it 🙌🏽

TTCRainbow · 23/03/2023 17:27

amazing news for both of you! @1sttimemummy2022 @Sb86

so funny, at my scans a EPU with MC pregnancy they said i had a really tilted uterus with tilted backwards! So sometimes hard to find where they are.. my scan is Saturday i wonder if they will say the same. Hoping for good news like you guys today 🙏

So glad they've prescribed you progesterone now @Sb86 looking forward to us all having this journey together 🌈👶xxx

Congratulations @Sb86 I hope that you have a healthy pregnancy 😊

Just had a look at it says retroverted, so I'm guessing I won't show for a longggg time! I didn't show until about 28 weeks in my last pregnancy, not sure where she was hiding though 🙈 xx

Sb86 · 23/03/2023 16:00

I've just looked at my notes @1sttimemummy2022 and my uterus is tilted too, it's anteverted meaning tilting towards the front. It's interesting as didn't have a clue until just now but depending on which way you're uterus is tilting can determine how soon you start showing your bump. Mine will probably show sooner anyway as I've already got children but because it's anteverted it will make it show sooner than a retroverted (tilting towards back) uterus. Never even realised this was a thing!

Sb86 · 23/03/2023 15:49

Hey ladies, I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Went for my scan this morning and baby was hiding but she managed to find it and there was a good strong heartbeat. She's dated me further along so we are actually 6+5 instead of 6 which I'm happy about, although that could change come the 12 week scan. They said I have a subchorionic hematoma but she didn't seem concerned but they weren't last time and we sadly lost it at 8 weeks. Also been prescribed 10 weeks of progesterone 😊 so praying this baby sticks around and does it's time ❤️🙏🏼🌈

Sb86 · 23/03/2023 15:48

So pleased for you @1sttimemummy2022 that's brilliant news 🥰❤️

That's strange about the uterus isn't it and because of the section?

1sttimemummy2022 · 23/03/2023 13:52

Little update from me.. I caved a booked an early scan this morning after my epu experience on Saturday.

I have a little baby measuring at 6 weeks 1 day and I have no bleed and a titled uterus after having a section. So confused why the epu never mentioned this?

Looks like I'm going to have 2under2!

X

Sb86 · 22/03/2023 11:50

Thanks ladies, my nausea has ramped up...I've not been sick but that feeling is well and truly there! My boobs have grown and nipples still tender so hoping all that is a good sign. Not bled red since Sat night the one time but have had quite a bit of brown when wiping but nothing on pad again hoping that's good. Tomorrow can't come soon enough but I'm scared stiff at the same time, not looking forward to being in the exact same place as we were last October 🙃

Will keep you all posted whatever the outcome.

Hoping your sickness fades away very soon although I'm sure it will stick around for a few more weeks yet x

1sttimemummy2022 · 22/03/2023 11:44

@TTCRainbow Hi! My follow up is a week tomorrow, I have sort of accepted it's not meant to be, but we shall see. I haven't had any cramps or anything and I'm 6weeks 2days. I called epu on Monday as I had forgotten what they told me, and she said I have the tiniest bleed and a gs and a yolk but think my body is playing tricks on me

I'm just focusing on my little girl as it's her first birthday next week 🥰

Good luck to everyone that are having scans!

DiamondApricot · 22/03/2023 09:40

Sickness is hitting here as well although no where near as bad as it was with my first which is a bit unnerving.

@Sb86 best of luck for your scan. @TTCRainbow hope the week goes quickly for you!

TTCRainbow · 22/03/2023 09:08

@Sb86 one more day today and its scan day! Will be thinking of you tomorrow and praying everything goes ok. How have you been? My morning sickness has reallllly kicked in now, seem to be sick in the morning but just feel sick all day. Really cant wait for Saturday for our scan just to know its all worth it 🙏

How had everyone else been? @1sttimemummy2022 when is your follow up scan booked in, how are you? xx

Sb86 · 20/03/2023 10:07

Thanks @TTCRainbow I was really upset on Saturday but I haven't bled since and it's just back to brown on the toilet paper when I wipe but not as much as there was Saturday and Sunday. I'm just hoping it's a subchorionic hematoma as I know they are likely to happen when you've already one previously. I can't do anything anyway so unless I bleed again I'm trying to be positive, I just really hope it's good news on Thursday xx

TTCRainbow · 20/03/2023 09:49

@1sttimemummy2022 Hey sorry for such delayed reply, it wasn't a happy ending. They did my bloods same day and scan and i went back for another scan and more bloods 48hrs later, nurse said on the scan everything looked fine just earlier then i thought and was only 4/5 weeks (which i knew wasnt right) then when my blood results come back my HCG levels had decreased slightly so they told me it was a failed pregnancy.. a week later i started bleeding and had a MC 😔

@Sb86 So sorry to hear you are still bleeding and they wont get you in. Even if they could get you in for blood tests to monitor HCG levels leading up to your scan to at least give you an idea of what it going on. Its so shit you have to had 3 before they help, not right at all 😩Try keep positive and keep us updated, will have everything crossed for everything to be ok ❤

@UnwieldyRhombus I know when I went last time because of spotting they measured me at less than 6 weeks and saw the heartbeat. I get why they do it to have more chance of seeing a heartbeat and I suppose if they saw something on their scan like the sac and it got my hopes up but I had to go back and they still couldn't find a heartbeat it would probably be worse in the long run. Thanks, I'll keep you posted 💔

UnwieldyRhombus · 19/03/2023 21:18

I'm so sorry @Sb86, that's brutal that you're having to wait and not know. Please keep us updated. I would think mc would be more blood, but obviously far from an expert. I know that they have to say 6 weeks to ensure they can see it and everything but is 5+4 (tomorrow) really going to be that different than it would be on Thursday? We're here if you need to vent xx

Sb86 · 19/03/2023 19:45

I'm 5+3, they won't scan me until I'm 6 weeks on Thursday. I rang them 2 weeks tomorrow after spotting and that's the earliest they'd do it. Even after ringing up last night they said Thursday, it makes me so frustrated...I've now got to wait feeling like this! I'm getting watery brown blood when I wipe, there hasn't been a red bleed since it first happened. I'm getting aches but not really sure what to make of them, they aren't like period pains. I still feel nauseous with the watery awful saliva and my nipples are still tender but I know they wouldn't just disappear anyway. I just want to know now so I can deal with it mentally 😪

1sttimemummy2022 · 19/03/2023 15:36

@Sb86 oh I'm sorry you're going through that. How are you feeling now? How many weeks are you?

Sb86 · 19/03/2023 15:15

@1sttimemummy2022 I don't know anywhere that does them before 6 weeks 😞
