@TheBirdintheCave it's sad thinking about drawing a line under everything isn't it. So sorry you're facing IVF. My 2 year old was the result of 3 rounds and 5 transfers so any questions I know a fair bit about the process!

Not good news for me unfortunately, sac has managed to implant on my caesarean scar so it's an ectopic caesarean scar pregnancy and isn't viable. I've been referred back to my GAU for a scan in the morning and then surgery to terminate. I'm sad, but grateful I'm only 6 weeks and haven't invested more time into this pregnancy I guess. Just got to decide whether to try 1 last time now before I have the implant put back in and draw a line under my childbearing years and put this whole sorry mess behind me 😢

@MrsC2018 Yeah I'm the same worrying about age gaps :/ We would have had the same gaps as you had either of my MMCs worked out and are looking at a three year gap this month. I have a year left before the gap gets too big and we have to stop. That's why we're doing IVF from the start of the next cycle. Just out of time now.

I use femometer, found them very accurate

Hi all what ovulation tests do you use? I've only ever used strip tests or gone by My app which I don't always think is correct.

Do you tell your oh's when ovulating? I feel like we are not dtd enough to even get caught again. It was hard work last time dtd all the time & it took 7 months of trying too.

@Chellooo I've had 8/9 days of flashing smileys before, our plan is always every other day from the end of my period until the static when it's the day of and then after. Everyday from the flashing is just too much if it goes on a bit 🙈

@TheBirdintheCave I know what you mean, if I'd not lost my first last year there would have been a 2 year gap, the second a 2.5 year gap and if this one is born then there will be a 3 year gap. Not too much longer and the gap is just too large for me to have another one. Makes me really sad.

I'm 5+6 today and started bleeding overnight, not much and just brown sludge but but I'm so scared to be here again. I've had bleeding in 2 of my 4 pregnancies and neither ended in miscarriage at that point - one is the 2 year old trying to climb on my head, the other was a loss later at 16 weeks so I know it's not necessarily the end. But why can't I just have a smooth stress free pregnancy. GAU have said I can go in for an examination if I want but they aren't worried and have booked me in for a scan on Thursday. Thursday! So I've booked a private scan for tonight, not sure it's the best idea because I don't think they'll really be able to tell me much at this point, but I guess at least I'll know if it's ectopic or something I guess. Cramping is now getting me down, but it's aching rather than sharp pains like an ectopic would be

Lanzarote. It's fab. Long walks, swimming and chilling. Brought no tests with me on purpose so can relax and not think about anything.

Took my son to the park before and I find it so hard seeing all the mums with boys his age and babies in prams or slings :( Why does my body have to be the shit one :(

@Chellooo the actual flashing face of doom 🤣🤣🤣 !!! I dtd whilst flashing 100% I think thats the idea as then you’ll cover bases if you end up missing peak via the tests - saying that you’ll pob get static tomorrow so i would def get bding !

Day 4 of flashing smileys... the smug little face blinking at me is driving me demented! What are peoples thoughts on dtd with the flashies? My apps are predicting ovulation tomorrow but surely they would be static if that was the case?

Hi ladies, signing in again. I took a break from here the last two weeks for my own emotional health, my last period really upset me and i was so down. I've had a lovely month. I went to my gp and explained how since my miscarriage in August, I've been all over the place emotionally and although she told me nothing new, to have a professional tell me what I'm feeling is normal really helped.

So I put away the Ovulation sticks until this week when cm began to appear, the last few weeks I've gone out, booked and went on a holiday which im on now with my husband. I'm officially 1dpo and I feel not one bit anxious or stressed. I've brought no tests on my holiday and I've stopped googling everything. Hopefully in 10 days there might be good news but I've also accepted that this takes time and I'm not unique and the only one who is trying.

So I'm glad to be back on this and hope all of you are doing well too.

@Mannymoomin that's a good sign. When I conceived in August I got implantation bleeding around 7dpo. It was bright red , went against everything the Internet says about IB , sadly the pregnancy didn't progress but that had nothing to do with it. Fingers crossed for you.

@bringmearainbow nothing over here! No sign of AF and have somehow resisted testing…… I probably if it was a normal cycle would have come on Friday or today, probably wake up to her🤣 going to test Monday morning if no appearence… will be 14dpo then so if there’s a line it should be a decent one!

the one thing tjat is really puzzling me is I feel absolutely ZILCH in my boobs , nothing at all…. Which before AF is normally v painful and i would expect if preg also would feel something there…. So very strange. My last hope is that i’ve decided if I was preg then my boobs are used to higher levels of hcg from the MMC a few weeks ago so maybe they arent hurting 🤣🤣🤣🙃🙃 sends you loopy this!

@MrsC2018 I'm good thanks lovely can't change it as much as I wish I could. I also worked out if I O late this cycle DH is away so I really need to O CD14/15/16 17 at the very latest which is not impossible but I have been know to have a late one last cycle was CD21 🙈 they are mainly around CD16/17 though
