@Seasidegirll yes did it to the letter and used conceive plus but for some reason doing it like this just means I'm now more dreadinf a BFN so am praying!!

@AussieMum888 I find CB not to be that sensitive personally! Try and FRER in 2 days if uou can!

Yep I took my implant out last September and periods returned within 2-3 weeks..
Another morning, another flashy smiley..🫤 that makes day 9 now.

@MilkyAndFluffy, yes, me too! So frustrating. First cycle tracking and it's driving me nuts!!

I have really sore boobs and my nipples feel really sensitive which is odd, it feels really Aw rice to have even my t shirt touching them 😳
No idea what dpo I am as I haven't tracked this month first month of trying so was winging it. CD 24 and I have usually cycles between 30-32.
I'm still in right? 🙏🏼

What are people thoughts on early clear blue tests Vs FRER? I couldn't get my hands on a FRER so did a CB at 11DPO and BFN :(

@ExcitedandNervousC1 hi! So sorry to hear about your MMC, that must have been so heartbreaking to go through. We are also doing SMEP, last cycle was our first month of doing it. Its knackering isn’t it ahah. Sounds like you guys followed it to a T!! Fingers crossed for you x

@Floralsandsmiles I just use the cheap strip tests now as I found them so much easier to understand than digital ones and you can see when it’s rising before the peak etc! X

I will admit I am doing both so I don't miss the peak.. lol xxx
