@Myperfectchaos Congratulations! That's a great line for 8DPO!

@NatGee Thanks for the tag. I got a positive test at 9DPO (I had a weird outburst of impatience!) but wanted to re-confirm when I missed my period. Now 2 days past expected period and showing nice strong lines on tests. Looks like this is happening!

Good luck to everyone, don't lose hope xxx

Fallulah · 01/03/2023 21:50

@NatGee Hey 👋 I’ve had a letter to say they will take up to 40 working days to investigate my complaint! In the meantime I’ve had my day 2 blood test and am
waiting for the scan appointment. OH has the number to call to book his sperm analysis so we need to do that.

I know what you mean about being on the thread making you think too much. I’ve started using the Clear Blue ovulation tests again from yesterday for the first time since 2021 and I’m sure it’s going to mess with my head!

NatGee · 01/03/2023 21:47

@Myperfectchaos wow that is fantastic news, congratulations!! 💪🎊

@lottieb92 some say ovulation pains and general malaise associated with it is a good sign 😥Dont know if it is true but so long as you are dtd, then you're covered :)

Congratulations ladies on your bfps, what an exciting time @Maxime34 @JJM13 @LuckyC27 @LotzW @Chellooo @SnookyPook @Bridgeth29 @TinyPuds @behappy1736 @Runnergirl1
I am so glad this thread was the lucky one for you and hope that you are now excitedly planning for your new babies' arrival 😁

I am so sorry for all the ones who either tested negative or AF arrived... Every time that happens to me, even though it is devastating, I try to be hopeful that I am another cycle closer to my bfp

Another reason why I've been awol. I've been on these forums for a while and stepping away for a bit can help me not to think as much about the struggles of ttc. Currently 11dpo and AF is due tomorrow. If it doesn't arrive, ill test

Reading back there were a few of you worried about how late your static smileys came or didn't come, in all honesty, I hated the clearblue tests. Not only are they expensive but they started failing, for me. You must use FMU with those but for most women, LH peaks in the afternoons. If your peak surges quickly, you will miss it if you just use the CB. I switched to the cheap ones you get on Amazon, literally £8 for a pack of 50 and I poas everyday at the same time (around 4pm) from CD10

If you're worried youre not ovulating, @Natty83 @Floralsandsmiles then try BBT. Outside of a blood test its the only way to confirm ovulation. I used the proov tests for a couple of months but they have awful reviews on amazon about always being negative. And they were, for me ha

@SaltedChoco how are you doing? Did you get your static in the end? I am glad to hear your appointment and test have gone well, outside of your high testosterone. The inositol you were given, is that meant to treat it?

@Fallulah any news from the gp practice re your complaint? They really are taking the mickey, but well done for making a fuss, they should know they wasted your time. Have you now redone your scan and day 3/21 bloods? How were they?

@Tophy124 how are you feeling? Do you know whether you will go for any hsg testing?

@Tinyclanger1 I am not on aspirin, no. Correct me if I am wrong but I thought that was recommended for women who've had multiple CPs? or diagnosed low progesterone? is it safe for women who are ttc and have no history of miscarriages to take?

@JJ2023 Hello, I remember you from the October thread. I didn't participate but watched it closely. hope you are doing well and hopefully now you will be in your TWW?

@Judethepud how did your fertility appointment go? @cdf how did your fertility tests go? Yes, the IVF waiting times are horrific. I am presuming you mean the ones via the NHS?

@JSP21 hello, the bleeding you had after your static smiley, did that turn out to be AF? Or better still, implantation bleed?

@NervousNoo youre hopefully on the otherside of your TWW! did you have fun on your girls night out?

@ExcitedandNervousC1 You must be on your TWW now, and certainly exhausted from all the SMEPing :) There is a SMEP thread on here with a few very lovely ladies who unfortunately, like me, have been at it for a while. Feel free to take a gander and gather up some pearls of (hopefully) wisdom

@Mushroo Did you stick to your to do list for this month of not testing obsessively? :D I don't see how you can't, its so easy to do and I think FRERs are now at an all time bargain on Amazon

Would love to have news from you ladies, @Betsy21 @Ncl31 @Dragonfly91 @Aquarius93 @NamelessNinja @mummytoemilia

Sorry to hear some are out for November - enjoy your AF treats and good luck for the next cycles.

I got my peak last night which I assume means ovulation today as I have been at this game for ages I can sense my ovulation, I get all the symptoms, cramps - CM - lower back pain.
so I woke up expecting the same - but instead I got nausea, cramps, dizziness and TMI a bad tummy 🤡

I am gutted - I don’t know if it’s to do with my new supplement for PCOS, I've never had an ovulation day like it. I could have picked up a tummy bug sure, but I haven’t been anywhere and everyone else in the house seems okay…

no chance of BD tonight, so fingers crossed yesterday was enough and perhaps tomorrow! 😔🤞🏻

AlleycatMarie · 01/03/2023 19:33

@TunnocksTCake and @Babydustthisyear sorry to hear this update 😢. I’m now CD 4 and just ordered some more ovulation sticks ready to try all over again.

Floralsandsmiles · 01/03/2023 18:56

MilkyAndFluffy · 01/03/2023 18:47

@Floralsandsmiles i was thinking of starting testing from CD8 chick, I usually ovulate on CD15 so that should cover it even if I happen to ovulate early! I’ve perked up ready for another month. I have my fingers crossed for you and hope to not see you on the December thread xxxxxx

Good idea @MilkyAndFluffy ! Thank you! However, i will miss talking to you! I may well be joining you still..
Although I will say that I feel cramping, stretching of my uterus and sick today! I'm sure it's just wishful thinking, but I never feel anything in ovulation. Lol xxx

Amadeaa · 01/03/2023 15:43

Congrats to those with a BFP! I did a first response test today - two days before my period is due - and it was negative. Not sure when I ovulated, I don’t track it, but i usually have very regular cycles so I guess I’m out for November.

TunnocksTCake · 01/03/2023 12:56

@Babydustthisyear sorry to hear that! It's so cruel sometimes. I had the same with the lack of pms (and I have PMDD so it's usually severe!) so I am sure I had a chemical. Af has now arrived so at least it's not going to drag on/ won't need intervention.
Positive is I had my dd the month after a chemical so it could be next month 🤞🏻 (kidding myself maybe but I need hope!)

Babydustthisyear · 01/03/2023 12:41

@Mummyme87 that's a good shout some of my favourite treats this evening and get ready again.

😂 lol been there testing when I know rightly it's not accurate. Good luck for this cycle keep us updated xx🥰🥰🥰 xx

Mummyme87 · 01/03/2023 12:39

Absolutely treat yourself @Babydustthisyear when AF comes I usually have a good cry, then treat myself with naughty food, then get back on it. Use it as a fresh start, make sure I’m on top of vitamins and have OPKs in ready for testing again!

just done an OPk. I mean I may aswel have dipped it in water 😂😂 I’ve drank so much, my urine is so diluted 😂😂😂

Babydustthisyear · 01/03/2023 12:34

@Mummyme87 awwwww love your positivity, I'm going to treat myself the rest of the week and then get ready for cycle 3. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Mummyme87 · 01/03/2023 12:17

@Babydustthisyear it really is. I had pink discharge on 8/9dpo a few months back and was so so convinced this was it… but no. I’m so fed up by not being pregnant, but trying to be positive after a 2month break and now in my FW 💪🏻💪🏻

Babydustthisyear · 01/03/2023 12:15

@Mummyme87 no worries it's so weird all of the tricks it plays on us 😭 how u doing?xx

Mummyme87 · 01/03/2023 12:15

Ah sorry @Babydustthisyear i misread and thought you were saying your AF was unusually light

Babydustthisyear · 01/03/2023 12:13

@Mummyme87 no I haven't tested as my AF is super super heavy so no mistaken that I'm out, could have implanted but it maybe just didn't stick, I'm in a lot of pain this in my pelvis and back 😭😭

Mummyme87 · 01/03/2023 11:55

I’m sorry @TunnocksTCake our bodies can be so cruel. Take care of yourself

@Babydustthisyear have you tried testing? If AF is looking lighter than usual I would probably do a test just as some people get some light bleeding when AF is due when they are pregnant.

I’m CD9 and have lots of EWCM today 💪🏻

Floralsandsmiles · 01/03/2023 08:38

@Babydustthisyear @TunnocksTCake aww I'm sorry ladies! Xxx

Babydustthisyear · 01/03/2023 07:35

@TunnocksTCake I'm with you 😭😭😭🥰🥰🥰🥰

Babydustthisyear · 01/03/2023 07:34

Hey ladies I had light pink spotting 8dpo to 10dpo was so sure it was implantation, now today at 12dpo AF arrived 😭😭 I was so sure, didn't get any cramps for AF I do now that it's here but nothing in build up. I was so calm this month until the light bleeding 😭 anyone else ever had this? I'm so regular so this is not the norm for me 😭😭😭

TunnocksTCake · 01/03/2023 06:53

So after all my Vvfls I've got an even fainter line on my frer this morning at 16dpo. Just want af to come now so I can get on with next month. Have been feeling sick and had huge boobs and everything, I thought this could be it ☹️
