Anyone else with 1 ovary?

I need positive stories as I'm starting to loose hope 🤦🏻‍♀️
I had my right ovary removed in July 2021 due to a dermoid cyst, have also previously had one on my left ovary... Have now been TTC since Jan 2022, I'm now on cycle 14 of trying!
I have alternate cycle lengths, one month 23-24 days, the next 26-27 days... Does anyone else with 1 ovary have this? I'm very regular in the sense that it's alternate 😂

My aunt conceived ok with one ovary, and I don’t think it’s necessarily a major issue - however if there are issues anyway, it could obviously magnify them.

What does your GP say / are you going to start fertility treatment?

My sister has one ovary and two children (conceived after she lost first ovary)
