TWW 1dpo today - who's with me?

Hello!

Im just at the start of my TWW!

TTC cycle 1 (unofficially 6months)
Baby number 2 (DD is 2.5yrs old)
CD 18
Cycle length approx 25-29days long
1DPO today
AF due approx 31/1

Me and DH have been unofficially TTC baby number 2 for about 6months, so basically not been using any protection but not tracking my cycles either and just leaving it up to fate. However this month I've been doing OPKs and got a positive test on Wednesday and then a spike in my BBT this morning so pretty sure I can pin point my ovulation at some point yesterday putting me at about 1dpo today! DH and I have been DTD regularly throughout my fertile window this month so feeling hopeful!

Who wants to join me for the TWW?

Did another test this morning. Period isn't due until Saturday so I'm going to be cautiously optimistic until then and it could be a chemical.

Oh that’s a good sign! Tbh my lines aren’t getting much darker I don’t think, I’m not sure if it’s another chemical or not. X

So far no AF and I'll take a test tomorrow, how are you ladies getting on? Any line progression??

Oh i didnt know that!! I'm going to wait until wed, at which point, AF will very definitely be late, and get a frer if it hasn't arrived.

@Hmeeg those test strips are notoriously bad imo. I remember when I was pregnant with my son they were saying negative when all of the other tests were positive. Can you get a first response test? They're a lot more sensitive.

Now googling to see how common it is to test negative with 25mul at 13 dpo 🤦‍♀️ why do I do this to myself!!!!

They're just cheap test strips from boots. However I've just read the info and they're 25mul so there is a chance they just aren't sensitive enough this early I guess....

@Hmeeg ha ha that's a good idea! You'll have to let us know how you get on tomorrow. I'm starting to feel quite nauseous tonight which is unusual for me so I'm starting to wonder whether this is implantation.

@Lizbiz89 no I've not tested today because I gave my husband my tests and told him to hide them. I've spent the day asking where they are and he thinks it's hilarious. One of my apps says I'm due AF tomorrow and the other says Tuesday so I will definitely test in the morning and if AF doesn't arrive tomorrow I'll test again Tuesday morning too. Genuinely, in all other areas of my life I'm so rational and patient. I dont know why this makes me so crazy!!!!

@Hmeeg could well be although these have felt like pms cramps so I'm a bit shocked! Tested again on a clearblue non digital one and it was negative 🙁. Will test again tomorrow to see if there's any progression. Have you tested again since yesterday?

@Hmeeg I'm glad you can see it! My husband says he can't see any line! Ahh I'm going mad ha ha. I'm only 7-8dpo so I'm going to hold off testing again for a few days. If I can that is! It's so weird as I've been cramping for 2 days now and it really feels like my period is coming. Just have to wait and see.

@Mrsrobinsonx I managed to hold off today because I got my husband to hide my tests 🤣 AF is due tomorrow or Tuesday so I'll do one tomorrow and see what happens. I'm still just getting some cramps. Nothing else pmt or pregnancy related
