Hey everyone!

Is anyone else trying TTC #1?

I think I’m 9DPO although my cycles vary from 28-34 days so I’m really not sure. This is my first cycle TTC so I haven’t tracked ovulation.

I took a clear blue ultra early digital test this morning and BFN, I’ve heard digitals aren’t as accurate, is that true? (The way the test was laid and how I was sat meant the ‘not’ was in the shadow so for a second I thought it just said pregnant, was gutted!)

Any advice on not driving yourself mad during the TWW? 😂

@Piglet34 ahhh at least there was no waiting around for AF! Fingers crossed this will be your cycle!

I’m not sure exactly but I think I’m 9 DPO, boobs hurt more than usual at this point in cycle and had some slight cramping but for some reason I just don’t feel like this is gonna be my cycle! We’ll see though!

How's everyone getting on this TWW? AF arrived for me this morn as expected so I'm back to CD1. Glad to start a new cycle really and I actually know I'll be with DH this fertile window! Hope everyone is okay x

@Piglet34 so I got a strong positive ovulation yesterday! DTD despite being extremely tired 😂 I’ve not tried the app but may do it this isn’t the cycle (fingers crossed I won’t need to!)

I’ve not been tempting either as I still only have a thermometer to 1 decimal place.

@kalixxx ooh how are you finding the ovulation tests? I like using them with the Premom app to see when the LH surge is. I'm also very up for being more relaxed from here on in, I'm going to carry on with the OPKs but I've stopped temping as I think it was just stressing me out! Super good luck for this cycle x

@Piglet34 fingers crossed your egg survived the full 24 hours, so annoying it’s such a small window!

I’m on CD14 and using ovulation tests for the first time, I think I’ll probably ovulate tomorrow or Friday. Feel so much more relaxed this time round, we’ll see how long that lasts in TWW 😂

How's everyone doing this cycle ? I ovulated either Saturday or Sunday but didn't get back to my holiday until Monday morn, so annoying so close!! DTD that morning anyway just in case that egg happened to survive for the max 24 hours aha, but definitely not getting my hopes up. Is anyone else in their fertile window?

@kalixxx aww, but at least you have a fresh new cycle now 😊

Only the last 4 days (first time trying them so had to figure it out as well), although I may be approaching my peak as I've had 2 darker tests than usual since doing them today, not as dark as the control line still so not quite yet, so I hope it is a good sign for over the next couple of days 💜

@SimplyChic I got what I wished for and AF is here! (Well not really what I wished for but I knew I was out anyway after my BFN 😂)

Oh dear! Have you tested for ovulation the whole time?

Having issues still with ovulating and no AF either, getting worried now, I didnt think being unwell would mess things up this much ☹️ CD 46 now!

Morning everyone!

I’d say I’m definitely out this month, had a BFN this morning ☹️

I’m on CD32 and my cycles are usually 29-34 days so just want AF to hurry up now!

I tested this morning first thing! I'm still very apprehensive as it's so early.... but it came up straight away! I have lower back pain and low cramps most of the day today.

Anyone else TTC #1? Just looking for TTC buddies!

@Nattalot I agree, does look promising! Have you tested again today or waiting a few days? Fingers crossed for you!

My FRER must've all been indents, did a clear blue on Saturday and not even a hint at a line! 😪

I'm going to try and wait till nearer the end of the week. Period was due any day from Saturday but my cycles are usually a bit longer so I think tomorrow or Wednesday most likely. Only symptom so far is sore boobs which is usual for me.

@CRbear It really makes time drag doesn't it! Not that I want to wish my life away but I wish there was more than one opportunity a month for it to happen 😂

@SimplyChic - I take a whole concoction of things. I keep meaning to assess what I take and see if it’s covering what a standard pre conception vitamin would. I think that they’re supposed to help with fertile CM.

@Nattalot - looks promising to me! Hope it was darker this morning.

I am not finding it very easy to think about other things while waiting for my fertile period to come round again. I can see this being a very slow year.

I'm 10DPO I know it's early to test but my excuse is that technically my period is due today...
Theres a faint line there isn't there ?!
I'm so worried that my short cycle will mean it won't stick though....

I have shown the boyfriend who doesn't trust it as its so faint and I have no one else to tell as I don't want to get anyone's hopes up. Family don't know were trying....

Top one is supposed to be stronger. But cheapo one and the second is a boots one.

@kalixxx you saying that made me feel more relieved, hopefully you are right. I've also had a lot of indents in FRER, so I dont know what to use now. Hopefully it turns into a bfp for you!

@CRbear I am taking vitamins, although I only realised I was only taking 200mg of folic acid and not 400mg like they recommended so I've switched that now! It's just well women vitamins currently is that sort of thing that you're talking about?

I only started getting egg white CM after a few months of supplements. Weirdly enough I didn’t get any last month and did wonder if that was an indicator it wouldn’t be a successful month! We were both pretty ill and travelling. This month I’ll be attacking my DH at the first sign 😂🤦‍♀️ now I’ve gotten my period I feel excited again. The TWW is soul destroying!

@Hopeful89 fingers crossed for you for no more bleeding! Seems unfair our body gives us these symptoms!

@SimplyChic ah hopefully it means your ovulating soon! Since being on here it’s made me realise I don’t get that much CM in general, hope it’s nothing to be concerned about!

I did a FRER this morning and there is a very very very faint line, which I’m pretty sure must be an indent sadly. However I’m hanging on to some hope as last Friday I had some stabbing pain so possibly late ovulation so I’d only actually be 7DPO right now. AF due between Sunday-Wednesday so I’m going to try hold off testing again now 😩

@kalixxx me too in a few more cycles. TMI but I have noticed watery in my underwear cm (it almost looks like I've peed myself!).

I only seem to notice watery cm and not really any EWCM, (assuming around ovulation which sounds about right at the moment if I didnt ovulate from illness last month) I really hope it isn't anything to be concerned about. 😳

Thanks for your comforting words. So the blood comes out when I use the toilet, and I have a bit of bleeding on pad from earlier which is bright red. I still can't quite believe it because I still have metallic taste in mouth, tenders boobs and has been feeling pelvic twitching movements in the lead up to today. If flow comes heavy tmrw, then I have no choice to accept I'm out this month, if not then when I'm at the gp on Monday, I'll ask for blood test
