Hi everyone, I did a FRER yesterday and got a faint line at 10DPO and tried not to get my hopes up, but have had cramps etc since around 6-7DPO.
I've done an early detection clear blue digital this afternoon and got this!
I'm keeping everything crossed that everything goes smoothly and as it should!

@Enigma85 I'm also 37, it is by no means too late!
I'm still awaiting AF over here, but my temp did drop today so seems like it should appear anytime now... should being the key word 🤣

@Enigma85 I’m sure you’ve heard it all before but it’s definitely not too late and there are plenty of women way older than you having healthy babies so I’m sure your time will come. I’m 33 and trying for my first so I definitely hear that clock ticking as well. Being a woman is so rubbish sometimes!

@Enigma85 thank you for your response. I think I’ll see what my temperature does in the morning and if it’s still up maybe I’ll take a test.

Hi @Geordienewbie - you know we should say wait 48 hours lol, but I probs couldn't wait. I'm 3dpo and already can't wait. I conceived in October, ended in a MMC and I had a super faint line on 9dpo but at 11it was definite. Good luck to you, really hope it's your month x

Morning ladies! So, I tested this morning at 9DPO and it was a BFN. My temperature is still high after a 1 day dip on Sunday and there’s no sign of AF yet so I’m not completely counting myself out yet. My question is, should I do another test tomorrow or wait 48 hours until I’m 11 DPO? I know what the sensible option is but I think it’ll be a struggle to wait another 2 days if AF doesn’t appear!

Sorry to those who are already hosting AF, fingers crossed that the next cycle is the one ☝️

@MilkyAndFluffy The only way to actually confirm Ovulation has happened is if you track your BBT (temping), but you have to do it all cycle. Basically your temps are lower before ovulation and if you track it every morning you can see a temp rise after O which confirms Ovulation has happened, but only in retrospect as the temp has to be elevated for 3 days to confirm O.

Yes me too 🙂 it's nice to know someone in the same boat albeit the PCOS, yeah I have very regular periods thankfully. My cycle is around 26 days, how about you? Funnily enough after saying yesterday i dont get ovulation pain ive actually woke up this morning with what feels like a trapped wind cramp on my left side, so hoping this is good news! @Betsy21 oh I’m glad I have you around a similar time! Do you have a usual cycle length with you having PCOS or is it different each month? Definitely time to baby dance for you!! Sending you lots of luck too chick, keep me posted 🤗

Hi 🙂 I'm also in the same boat as you. I'm CD16 and got a positive/surge this afternoon but i do have PCOS so im taking it with a pinch of salt, albeit my ovulation phase was suppose to be last week. I also have no pains/ewcm I never really do tbh. The next couple of days will be busy DTD haha! Best of luck to you!

CD15 for me today. got a positive/surge ovulation strip test yesterday morning… Does anyone know how to confirm when I’ve actually ovulated or is it just a guessing game? Assuming I may have ovulated today although I’ve had no pains and no EWCM. So gonna go with TWW starting tomorrow.. anyone else around the same time?

@JD90 so sorry to hear love. Thinking of you on this horrible and frustrating journey. I have everything crossed AF arrives asap so the next cycle can start for you 💘why do I feel like we are all just constantly in some sort of wait period… argh!

@Enigma85 no I didn't, it was an easy @ home (10hcg) one, and tracking ovulation so it would definitely be positive by now if I was. Such is life, we keep going and once af decides to show up start again. I wasn't really holding out too much hope tbf, it's only cycle 1 after being cleared by docs to try again anyways (even if overall its closer to a years worth of trying with various medically enforced breaks in there)

So sorry @JD90 - did you use an FRER? There's still a chance x

14dpo and a bfn this morning.
So for now I just sit and wait for AF to show up and start again. If it shows up this week I guess I'd still be on track for Oct 2023.

Hi all, joining in too! TTC #1 and on cycle #3, although not really counting the first two as we found a huge ovarian cyst that I think was messing me up. I’m now 2.5 weeks out of a lap surgery and removal of that ovary but my surgeon reassured me my fertility shouldn’t be affected (I’m 32). It’s so comforting to see so many of you also ttc and battling what can be thrown at you ❤

I’ve not been able to bring myself to look at conception threads until now - this month. Got so deep into the tww last month and was gutted to get AF. Just coming out of ovulation period now and need some support for this tww. Need to try and keep a level head and not test every 5 mins!

@Betsy21 at school they seemed make out you will get pregnant so easily. They never once said how difficult it can be.

I think I am out this cycle. TMI started spotting light pink/peach last night, CD30. Now today it is brown mucus. Part of me wants to hope it’s implantation bleeding. Other part of me knows it’s the start of AF.

Also has anyone ever done tests to confirm ovulation has happened? I use clear blue to predict but wondered about the pdg tests

@Enigma85 sorry to hear about your loss. I had my D&C second week in November, got my first period 17th December and got a static smiley 2nd Jan (just to give you a rough idea). So yes , got a static smiley and guess I bought into the whole 'increased fertility ' after MMC but telling myself the body is healing

So sorry @ExcitedandNervousC1 - hope next cycle is the one! I haven't had a period yet after my D&C in December but I ovulated 2 weeks after, did you track ovulation?

AF came today (3 days early, I think my MMC in November is messy up my cycle (has this happened to anyone?)

So CD1 for me again and praying for an October baby for us all x
