I had my bfp this evening. Should be due around the 18th of October according to opk dates. I am roughly 9dpo. Still early days but still feeling hopeful. Good luck to anyone else still in the tww 😊

So I have had some brown spotting and weird feeling in stomach since 7 dpo. However, trying not to get hopes as have done before and AF has arrived every month so far.
Will likely hold off testing only if AF doesn't arrive when due. Early testing makes me more anxious.
I am now on 5th month ttc..

oh I usually get uncomfortable during bd when I’m ovulating too! I think me and my husband dtd loads tbh 😂 but luckily don’t find it a chore most of the time

@JJ2023 oh I'm utterly sick of it. DH is fairly keen at start of the month but within a week we're both just fed up! I also seem to bloat so much more when I ovulate so it actually starts to become quite uncomfortable just when it's the most crucial time!

Hi, another lurker here, can I join? Cycle #6 this month, TTC #2. When we conceived DC #1 it only took one month of trying but I'm 5 years older and it's definitely much harder!
So far had one chemical on my third cycle but nothing since, although we were really sick for one of my fertile periods so couldn't really manage to DTD enough!
I'm CD16, got a solid smiley on ovulation test yesterday and then unbelievable abdo pain and bloating this morning which is now starting to ease off so I'm fairly sure that was me ovulating. Like other people have said it's crazy how much more aware you become of your body, I never realised before that I got ovulation pain, but as soon as I started properly tracking my cycles I realised that I did!
But we managed to DTD three times in the run up including once last night, going to try and push DH to go once more to give us a good chance, I think we've been giving up a bit early before, it starts to get proper tiresome! Poor man is getting tired 😂

@Junipersand feeling good at the moment thank you. In my TWW however it is less because I have shorter cycles. AF due on Mon 6th so not too long now to wait and see… this is cycle #4 TTC for #1. This was the first month where I saw a peak on OPKs so we were able to time DTD better - let’s see what happens! X

Hi everyone! Hope it’s ok I join the group. I’ve been lurking and too shy to write but got so much support from reading your posts and thought maybe time I contribute!

Im 33 TTC#1. I fell pregnant unexpectedly in 2020 but we decided it wasn’t the right time. We’ve now been TTC since May 2022. I have had 1 miscarriage and 3 chemicals since. Have been referred to recurrent miscarriage clinic for tests so waiting for those. I also have a stomach issue that is similar to autoimmune disorders when I don’t follow a strict diet (which I was on in 2020). I’m CD32. My cycles are usually 28-31 days. Have taken baby aspirin this time and back on my diet. I have progesterone to take after bfp but I’m too terrified to test. I can’t take another heartbreak :(

I'm 1dpo today so the TWW begins. This is the first month I've tracked properly with ovulation tests after 3 months of "seeing what happens" since coming off the pill. I do feel much more aware of my body this month and had ovulation pain on the peak LH day and day after, one day earlier than Flo predicted. I'm hoping the fact that I'm busy at work and with my toddler will make the next fortnight go quickly! Good luck to everyone else waiting, it really helps to read your posts

I’ve noticed changes too. I was wondering if that’s a good sign or like you say if it’s just because we’re ttc that we’re more tuned in. It could be some psychological effect.

It’s strange isn’t it ? Unless it’s because we are ttc so notice every little change in our bodies !

Bloating , cramps , mood swings and feel so tired . I have been on the pill for a long time so hardly ever have AF , when i conceived DD it happens straight away with no AF so not sure what is going on with my body we are 3 cycles in now so hoping to either conceive or learn more

@JJM13 I hear you on the PMS mine has been way worse now I'm ttc, no idea why though!

I’m due AF on saturday did clear blue today and it was negative so i think that’s me out , i feel like i’ve had pms for 8 days already it’s all a lot worse than usual i’m not sure why ?

Got my first positive LH strip for this cycle this morning CD10 but it's been such a frantic week I didn't get to test yesterday but fingers crossed I've caught it on the way up not the wag down! Haven't DTD yet this month... hopefully O day is tomorrow and this evening will give us our chance for this cycle 🤞
