HI ladies- jb i think i kind of owe u an apology for moaning so much about chasing dp.well, while i was going doen the road i started thinking about you all and my moaning and ur situation with dh.i started feeling like a real spoilt prat cos i do see dp everyday. so i felt guilty of what i said early on.

hello there - another one here for the crazy gang (they're gonna need a coach to cart us lot away )

so I keep flitting between I'm really knackered and peeing a lot because I'm a) pregnant (er approx 2 days! or b) have diabetes

the reality is undoubtedly the more humdrum I've had a week of broken sleep with DS, am drinking loads to try and keep myself awake and am a little stressed because of too many deadlines and too much on my plate.

however, guess which I'm fixating on. still, I feel reassured that I'm not the only crazy loon out there

I'm not testing again!! It's just my silly brain! Well the little monster's moaning for his belated brekkie so see you later!

As to your second - I'm sorry, what bad luck. Did you have a lot to drink before taking the test? Sounds like you'll have to wait another couple of days, and go even crazier than me...

definate BFN! Not testing again, going to get dh to hide the second test..AF must just not like me this month, or those silly faint lines I got at about 9/10 dpo meant I was but I'm not anymore, we'll have to see what AF's like!!

Well that was a waste of money I got a BFN I think...although the actual control line is soooo faint I can barely see that, never mind anything else! Stupid me!! More waiting then :o

Mind, I do also have cramps, like period pains. I get these every month for about a week before my period. Also got them the week before I found out I was pregnant. So have totally given up faith that my body will tell me what is going on...

fastasleep, I'm really sorry you feel your age is something you have to 'admit' to - though I can understand why you do, having to cope with funny looks in chemists etc. 17 is a fantastic age to have babies - it's what Nature had in mind for us - and you're obviously mature and a great mum and you should be holding your head really high!
I wish I'd had babies at 17! (Actually I nearly did, but that's another story.)

I'm not in your position in any way, but the one thing we do share is feeling very aware that other people may judge as as wrong for trying to get pg at our age.

One thing that does really improve with age is the gradual loss of embarrassment. When I was 17 I was horribly self-conscious all the time; now I don't care what people think of me, which is a great relief

It does sound really hopeful for you, hon. You get down to Superdrug and get yourself another test! Only advice would be: don't test every day; leave it at least two days after each negative test to give your HCG levels time to build up.
