@PeopleAreToads I tested yesterday morning and I got 2 lines but it was very very faint, then in the afternoon I started spotting brown when I wiped. Happened again today so shall see, plan to test again tomorrow but not holding out much hope. I've no idea how many dpo I am as we've taken a much more relaxed approach, to be honest I was just going to see if af arrived...then I saw a few bfps without symptoms and thought sod it!

Totally understand your worry, fingers crossed for it to progress just how it should ❤

Pitstop1986 · 08/02/2023 15:40

Woohoo! Congratulations! More bfp tests to brighten up everyone's day!

PeopleAreToads · 08/02/2023 14:45

@Sb86 no symptoms at all, if I'm honest it's why I tested because I expected it to be negative so wouldn't be disappointed

Not getting my hopes up yet, after the chemical last month I'd like to get a few weeks further before I let it feel too real

Sb86 · 08/02/2023 14:41

Congratulations @31weeksgone and @PeopleAreToadsamazing news 🥰 did you have any symptoms?

31weeksgone · 08/02/2023 14:13

@PeopleAreToads that’s a lovely clear line!

I’ve told my DH and also my mum and dad we were currently on quite a sporty holiday with them and would suspect seeing as I’m not throwing myself about as usual, but they obviously know how super early it is. It’s so stressful and worrying isn’t it. We had a chemical in June and December so I know how you’re feeling.

PeopleAreToads · 08/02/2023 14:00

After saying this morning I wasn't testing, this happened.....

11 dpo so early days yet, debating whether to tell DH as we decided not to test early after the disappointment with last months chemical

Mind you, I just took this and it’s a 25MIU test and it’s pretty clear. Maybe time to stop stressing for now 😊 how is everyone else getting on? For anyone struggling it might be complete coincidence but this month I took a strong vitamin D supplement and also trip CBD oil, and first BFP.

Congratulations @Smiffette and also thanks @PeopleAreToads and @Pitstop1986, I’m worried because I took a 25MIU test this morning and it’s such a faint line. I’d imagine I’m either 11 or 12DPO today so it’s slightly concerning. But no blood and lots of almost EWCM type discharge so taking that as a good sign so far. We’ll see 🤞🏼I took a clear blue extra early and got a pregnant on that, but took it apart and don’t see 2 lines on the inside part so who knows. Early pregnancy after trying for so so long is an absolute minefield.

I definitely agree @PeopleAreToads despite not getting a bfp myself, it's so uplifting to see other people's successes!

PeopleAreToads · 08/02/2023 09:10

Congratulations @Smiffette and @31weeksgone

I love seeing the BFPs come in on threads, it's nice to see all the good news especially with all the emotional ups and downs with ttc!

Smiffette · 07/02/2023 19:20

@31weeksgone they look like mine too and then I did a CB which said pregnant 1-2 weeks.

Definitely lines there, congratulations!

31weeksgone · 07/02/2023 18:01

Argh Ladies - can I join? I should be in theory 11DPO but I have PCOS so not entirely sure, however we definitely didn’t have sex again after the 28th Jan so has to be that/before that.

So my 9DPO looked faint but noticeable, 10 looked even fainter but today’s 11DPO whilst faint is definitely there. Can anyone advise or say wether these seem dark enough? I fear this may be a chem 😔 we’ve been trying 1.5 years so it’s a touch sensitive now.

Best wishes for everyone else too.

So I think I have my BFP! Cautiously excited!

There was a very faint line yesterday (9DPO) not really visible in photo, but just did one this morning and it's definitely there.

How is everyone is doing? Any signs or symptoms?

I've had no symptoms yet but it's very early so maybe over the next few weeks I'll notice something

@PeopleAreToads we are the same for dpo! I'm not going to test and just see if AF turns up. Going to take a lot of willpower!!!

Smiffette · 01/02/2023 14:37

@Sb86 thanks that's useful to know, maybe I will hold on then.
With DD I had a feeling and just knew I was, I'm wondering if I will get that again.

Sb86 · 01/02/2023 12:16

@Smiffette hey 👋🏼, I didn't test positive until 14dpo with my pregnancy in September which unfortunately ended in mc at 8 weeks. There's been a few ladies recently that tested early and got positive only to bleed a few days later due to a chemical pregnancy. I think to save heartache I'll be waiting to see if af arrives or not from now on before testing. Best of luck to you 🙏🏼

Smiffette · 01/02/2023 12:10

Hey,
New here, we've been TTC since October although really hoping for an October baby!

I am 3 DPO and really wishing the days away so that I can test next week. I am due on next Sunday, so I'm thinking I might test Thursday?! 3 days before is usually quite accurate....

How soon do people usually test? I know people often say wait until your missed period, but I don't think I can wait that extra few days 🙈

Sb86 · 01/02/2023 10:49

In the 2 Week wait but not sure on how many dpo, trying to be a bit more relaxed about it this cycle. So just going to see how it goes and see if af arrives or not, not even really sure when that is due as aren't tracking temps at the moment. Fingers crossed for everyone 🤞🏼❤️

PeopleAreToads · 01/02/2023 09:49

I'm 3DPO and feel like time is dragging! Especially because I had a chemical last cycle so we've decided against any early testing, so still 13 days to wait

Soda123x · 01/02/2023 09:08

@Natty83 hahahah our family is exactly the same 🤣
Some people just thrive on pressure lol.

Good luck to you too 🤞 xx

Natty83 · 01/02/2023 08:50

Good luck @Soda123x ! Sometimes it just works out like that... we caught with DS on the cycle we said would be our last effort before looking at adoption! There's a tendency in our family to leave things to the last minute and I guess DS will be the same x

CD10 and +ve opk this morning so here we go again - this bit always feels like the "start of the cycle" for me somehow

Soda123x · 01/02/2023 07:58

I'm on CD17. Think I am 2DPO.
I have cycles anywhere from 28-34 days. My app says I'm not due to ovulate until this Sat 4th. But from my symptoms I'm pretty sure I ovulated 2 days ago. Pain in tummy, EWCM etc ... I don't do OPKs or temps etc ... were just going with a very relaxed approach atm. DTD throughout the month and hoping it will catch at some point.
This worked for conceiving DS who is now nearly 3. We have decided this is our last month TTC for now. (Other commitments throughout Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb) If doesn't work will start TTC again in July time but then with the OPKs etc...
Good luck everyone 🤞 xx
