@Downtherabbithole83 mine are like blue strip ones and can barely see a line wet or dry, they don’t get darker for me and they are meant to be early ones. Probably why I’m stressed but I’m not testing with them anymore and trying not to test again until maybe tomorrow x

@Pitstop1986 I’ve read somewhere to actually ignore the time limit for IC and to wait until all moisture has gone as that’s the most accurate result. So I agree with @Downtherabbithole83. Your frer showed progress to me.

I’ve tested again this morning (of course) and once again a stronger positive on an frer, albeit they aren’t as dark as I expected them to be. What would you say?

DH says he won’t believe it until Saturday but we have a milestone today as it is CD33 and it was this day in November that I had a chemical loss. So I’m excited that my lines are very much still there more than they ever were.

Do you think I would be able to get a positive on a regular, non-early test yet?

@Mrsrobinsonx this is the same IC at 15dpo - the top one is at 6 mins, the bottom one is at around 25/30 mins (and it’s still getting darker as it continues to dry). I wouldn’t rely on the IC for comparison purposes! Maybe use the frer or clearblue?

@Mrsrobinsonx I just took a cheapie and the line at 5 minutes was barely visible… maybe I should be worried, but last night it eventually got almost as dark as the control line and I figure my hcg can’t have dropped that much in 24 hours! Though I still have no symptoms at all apart from possibly a little nausea… but that could be in my head. I think this is why it’s best to stop testing once you get a decent positive and assume that unless AF arrives, you’re okay. I’m going to leave my test to keep developing and will post pics of it at 6 mins and then again before I go to sleep to show how careful we have to be about the timing of comparison. The cheapies dry SO much darker…

@MrsL22 I last did a clearblue (normal, not early) on Sunday at 13dpo and it was a clear positive so I won’t do any more. We’ll only do early scans if the hospital suggest them for us - the harmony test was suggested as it can pick up
chromosomal issues earlier and that was our issue last time and it came as such a shock at the 12 week scan (but wouldn’t be picked up at an early one).

@MrsL22 I’m really trying! My Husband keeps saying to ignore the cheap test and focus on other ones and he thinks I’m silly for doubting it when it’s positive atm. But I just know how it can change and it’s worse as my brothers baby is due next week and I’m birthing partner for them so I know how hard it will be if I’m going through that again. X

@Downtherabbithole83 with regards to an early scan, we have said that if we progress through next week we will book a private early reassurance scan. How many dpo are you now?

@Mrsrobinsonx Stay positive - I know it’s easier said than done but a positive is positive. They reckon the IC tests don’t get full depth until about 20dpo. And they are less sensitive than the frer.

@Downtherabbithole83 are you clear blue looking quite dark now? I did one earlier and had a very definite line which was nice to see after a ‘barely there’ line two days ago.

No I don’t have any more, I ordered some clearblue as I couldn’t get frer delivered until next week.
The cheap strip tests I’ve done 3 days in a row now and they aren’t getting darker.
I just can’t help not feeling hopeful 🥺 especially because I have no symptoms still.

@Pitstop1986 sorry you’re having a bit of a rubbish time - I remember how I felt last month and know how hard it is seeing the BFPs even when you’re happy for others. Sending hopeful hugs and thoughts your way xx

@MrsL22 those look like great lines - I’m still waiting for a really dark line on the easy@home ones but the clear blues have made me feel secure enough for now.

I emailed my bereavement midwife today to find out if the process for us is any different this time and to see if we can book a harmony test at 10 weeks through the hospital… nothing back yet though!

Getting some lovely stomach cramps tonight and had a bit of diarrhoea last night and this morning (tmi?!)

This is either AF on her way or hopefully something to do with implantation. Bed time soon and so I can test again when I wake up!

@Mrsrobinsonx thats definitely a line progression!!! Especially in just one day. Remember levels only double every 48/72 hours 🥰

these are my frer’s from yesterday and today. But the strip ones are basically negative, still feel fine apart from backache.
I’m just so worried the same thing is happening again but guess I need to try be happy that I am pregnant for now at least. x

also being 13dpo I would expect darker lines but you may be right, I just have a bad feeling x

It's still very early, so it could just be a slow start for you

Unfortunately I am not seeing line progression. The strip tests are still showing lines just not any darker (basically negative) the test I took Sunday and today they do look different but todays line is thin and quite far away from the control line so don’t know if the test is dodgy, although it is pink in colour. I still feel nothing and I’m assuming another chemical, feel really deflated. 😭

AF -1 and another negative this morning... I'm not out until she shows up tomorrow, so potentially I get to poas tomorrow morning too! 🤪

On the positive side, I had a bit of spotting before AF last month, but not this month, so whatever had caused it is now resolved!

@MrsL22 looks pretty real to me! Clearer lines than I had that early on the easy@home tests (and yes, they are 10miu but seem generally fainter than the blue dye tests)

@Pitstop1986 I love nothing more than to POAS… still can’t stop doing it!

My mind just went a bit crazy thinking that we had the same tests and there actually not as sensitive as we thought and so are only picking up hcg later on in the cycle...

I got my hopes up a little bit that maybe I'll get my bfp tomorrow!

I'm AF -2 (2 days until AF) and I had a stark white negative today. I've got one more test day tomorrow before she shows. Not even going to wait until she's late- we all love to poas! Haha

definitely a little reassurance but will still try to not get my hopes up until later in the week

These are great lines! I hope that they've put your mind at ease a little. It's definitely more reassuring seeing some clearer lines
