All I want for Christmas is a BFP- TTC September baby 🍁

Feeling really low and depressed. I’m on cycle 4 after a missed miscarriage at 14weeks. Currently 6 days post ovulation. I didn’t temp but checked twice daily with clear blue ovulation tests.

I don’t think this is my month. I don’t have any symptoms like breast tenderness because I know this is the most common sign of pregnancy. I’m 34 years old and I have a soon to be 6 year old daughter.

I’m sad and angry with myself for not trying for a second earlier. Why did I choose to leave such a big gap? House moving, house renovation…petty life circumstances got in the way. Otherwise I have a very stable happy marriage. And now when I am actively trying I cannot get pregnant.

my husband and I have been off caffeine for 8 months. We take several vitamins. We ttc on the right days. Last month we ttc every day during fertile window. This month we followed the sperm meets egg plan.

for my daughter I conceived in my 3rd cycle. For my second miscarriage I had conceived also in my 3rd cycle. This time it feels different. Is it my age? Is it because I’m more desperate?

I feel like I’m running out of time. I want to have a big family so will also consider a third. But I don’t want to wait till I’m much older. But what chance do I have? I’m 35 next year and feel like I’m running out of time and I haven’t even had my second child.

please, I don’t want to sound ungrateful. But I feel so sad and so hopeless, especially when I have friends with multiple children and who are also pregnant. I feel like I’ve made the wrong life choices and now I cannot turn time back. I always dreamt of a larger family and feel angry with myself for waiting so long.

sorry for the depressing post. I am blessed in so many ways but I felt that I needed to get all this way. I hope you understand.

@BiscuitLover3678 so sorry about AF, hope you're not feeling too bad. I'm on cycle 9 so a bit behind you. Also would love a September baby (although tbf just the sooner the better at the moment now)

So much baby stuff on my social media, also friends with kids talking about their plans etc. all getting me down at the moment

Really hope 2023 is my year and yours too - BFP early Jan and September baby would be an absolute dream

I keep trying to tell myself my time will come to have a baby and it does help sometimes

@Laul89 We seem to be cycle buddies too! I'm not using OPKs but my Flo app predicts I'm in my fertile window, that I ovulate today and that AF is due December 21st! So sorry to hear about your chemical - it's awful! I too will not be testing early because of this x

@NarnieJoy don't know about conceiving but my cousin was down with covid / in the middle of it when she found out she was pregnant :)

Forgot to add, had very mild cramps yesterday which I thought could have been ovulation pain.

So I'm not sure if it means anything but it's cd 18 for me and I have had some light spotting which is extremely unusual for me. Not due AF for at least another two weeks (long cycles) and I have literally never experienced mid cycle bleeding at all.

Have been doing opks which seemed to surge on cd 14 but never peaked and have been completely negative since, so not sure if I ovulated then? I'd assumed because of my longer cycles that I'd ovulate later than that, in which case could this spotting be something to do with ovulation?

Nothing I can do but wait and see I suppose!

I’m poorly and I’m worried it will effect my ability to get pregnant… anyone conceived when they had a cold??

@BCxx I’m the same but each month I seem to get a new pattern 🙈 the only consistency is my ovulation day! I’m cycle 10 so just getting to me why it’s not happening yet!

Yes we are going to Amsterdam so also kind of don’t want to test and it to ruin our few days away!

@Bananatoast123 I just wish I knew how long before AF the cramps would usually start but this seems to far out to be caused by that, I don’t think it’s due til next Tuesday. I can’t remember what dpo my ‘boob symptoms’ started with my little boy but it was definitely a few days before getting a BFP. Ahh that’s handy! 😂 are you going on holiday?

@BCxx ooo that’s good to know! I usually get sore boobs of some kind but I noticed it starting at 4dpo which seemed a bit early! I’ve had a few cramps yesterday too but can never tell if it’s just trapped wind or actually my uterus… I’ve also had every scenario happen each month I’m ttc and no BFP so I’m not hopeful 🫣 I hope this is both our months! Fingers crossed for us! You’re sounds promising??

I’m usually awful at testing but we go away tomorrow so kind of no choice 😂

@Laul89 we’re not far off each other on dates, I ovulated last week.

My app wants me to test on the 16th, I’m going to try and hold off til then cos with my chemical I tested super early- but also I have a Christmas party that night so I’ll have to do it that day if I make it that long!

@Laul89 - we’re cycle buddies although I have a shortish LP so will be testing on the 19th if AF hasn’t arrived by then. Hoping December’s festivities provide lots of distraction for us both as we start the tww!

@Bananatoast123 6dpo here, sore/more full feeling boobs was my first symptom with my son so fingers crossed! I’ve had definite cramps and pinching feelings and I did have that last time too, first time I’ve felt it other than AF cramps since trying for #2 so I’m really hoping this could be it 🤞🏼 I don’t have your willpower though so will most likely cave and test on Thursday

Hey! Mind if I join? TTC for my first and I’m on month 9. I’m 7dpo! Not going to test until 14dpo if AF doesn’t show. Only symptom so far is sore boobs which has been coming on since 4dpo.

This is unlike me. I have cycles with and without sore boobs but if I do, they’re usually only this saw by a few days before AF, not 7 days out.

I want to be hopeful but every cycle has been a whole different ball game so I’m not expecting it to be anything.

Im currently in the fertile window, due to ovulate tomorrow according to my app (currently not tracking using OPKs). I’ve had cramps and one sided back pain for 2 days now… it’s weird I’ve never noticed this before or has it just not been this bad before?! 🤔

Then the dreaded TWW which I feel may go quicker this month as it’s my birthday next week then Christmas!! AF due 21st December. Terrified I’m going to have another chemical like last month so won’t be testing until 23rd (this is going to KILL me!) I have a night out on the 23rd so need to know either way… but so scared I’ll start bleeding again 🥺

I'm cd 4 and ovulation due on 19th Dec and AF due 2nd Jan. Why so long?? 😂

AF is arriving any day and after some very clearly negative early tests I’m symptom spotting and feeling rubbish. I just wish it would arrive.

Feeling a bit sad though as it marks a full year of TTC.

After that I will be officially on for a September baby though which I would love 😊

Hello please can I join as well? I’m 3 or 4dpo on cycle 4. Had a chemical in September which my only symptom I had was the most insane bloating I’ve ever dealt with- I’m talking no clothes fitting me and absolute crazy pain.

Currently dealing with the same bloating now since ovulation day- I know it’s too early for any pregnancy symptoms and it’s probably progesterone related but it’s going to be a long month worrying I’ll have another chemical! Glad to have others in the same TWW boat 😊

Well I'm out for this month so I'm in sync with this thread now. Cd2, ov around 17th Dec, AF due NYD at the moment.

Absolutely gutted to be on cycle 9. I am so sick of trying now
