One year+ TTC part 4

I’m so glad I did the admin to find a way to get back to this, reading all your updates has brought me so much joy. I’m so glad to read so many happy endings even if they took longer than hoped for, hopefully makes them even sweeter ❤️❤️❤️.

I went on to have another baby girl (3 years apart, almost exactly, which is ideal because they’re a week either side of Xmas 😂) as ever it wasn’t straightforward…one failed transfer then two didn’t survive the thaw, but now of course I’m thrilled it’s her.

Gang! It’s only taken me 3 years to get back into my email and therefore back onto here but today I was so determined to see your updates. @lemons44 you might well have forgotten me but I hadn’t forgotten you and I am SO happy your baby is with you congratulations. I’m gonna read all the other updates now ❤️

Oh being surprised by my period is the best thing! I love never having to think about my cycle.

Nice to hear from you all! I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant with number 2! Also on the husband being booked in for the snip after this one 😂 took about a year to fall the second time, so clearly not a very fertile person but still taking no chances after this!

@BritInNZ lovely to hear from you! Glad to hear you and the little ones are doing well, it’s a rollercoaster isn’t it, I am pretty settled on one and done I was back on the pill pretty quickly after giving birth which is pretty nuts avoiding pregnancy after all we went through but the early days were hard, things are much better now still challenging with a toddler of course but starting to get back to feeling myself and some sort of freedom again.

I think another would be hard for us to manage plus I’m not far of 40 now, just very greatful although do feel a bit sad my boy will be an only child. I was convinced if we tried it would happen naturally but who knows I just wasn’t willing to open myself up to all that again.

@NatW2021 I know time has flown so much! I now have a 3.5 year old and a 1 year old. Now on the opposite end of the spectrum where I forced hubby to go and get the snip and now delight in the fact I will never be pregnant again and do NO tracking of my cycles. In fact, my periods take me by surprise

@lemons44 I had the urge to check on the group and seen your news? So happy for you hope you and baby are doing well?

my little one is almost 2 - where has that gone! I often think about how long it took to get here something I’ll never forget but glad these days are behind me and not consuming my life.

I LOVE that I don’t have to constantly think about my cycle or ovulation anymore. It was a huge part of my life for six years and now my period often takes me by surprise 😂

My first is now 2 years and 1 month and I’m 28 weeks pregnant with baby number 2. Baby number 2 wasn’t planned and was a VERY big surprise - which is kind of mental considering how long it took to conceive the first one! Glad everyone has their babies - what a wild ride it’s been!

@NatW2021 only just seen your post for some reason, I didn't get a notification! How are you finding motherhood?

Our FET worked! Leo is 16 months and I am 26 weeks pregnant with a little girl! :) This will be our last .. I find pregnancy so unbelievably hard and doing it with a toddler is not for the faint hearted haha. Feeling so very blessed though.

@NatW2021Marcella is 10 months now :) She’s desperate to crawl but can’t get the hang of it yet 😂 Very chatty, very grabby and so cuddly. I’m besotted 🥰
