Hey ladies,

Thought I would create a thread for those testing towards the end of Nov/early December.

I'm CD2, TTC first baby. On cycle 5.

@Roxybabe I used preseed 2 years ago when I got pregnant and we were doing SMEP but it was constant and so not enjoyable by the end 🤦🏼‍♀️ This time I’m trying to aim it more for when the test has actually gone high instead of just from a certain day every cycle. Should have really ‘tried’ last night but was too tired, now it’s shot up today so will try tonight. I honestly don’t think there’s any rhyme or reason to how some people get pregnant without trying and some people can’t have possibly missed ovulation yet still don’t get pregnant 🤔 it’s mad!

@Roxybabe first time was only the day before ovulation, 2nd time was dtd pretty much everyday of fertile window, think we might of missed day 11
So I guess either way it can work?🤣

@EmmRach so very lucky!! I love when I see other ppl get BFPs on here! Especially those in their 30s!! I’ll certainly give it ago!! Can I ask what brand and dose you take.

This was cycle 3!!! How lucky am I?! Honestly wasn't expecting it at all.

So only difference to this month from the previous two is I started taking high dose vitamin C & B complex and then normal dose iron, vit D and the recommended amount of folic acid. I started just after my last AF. So for the full cycle. And I have no idea if it was that or not!

13/14 days is fabulous LP! That's great!! But in my mind the vitamins can't hurt. Specially the water soluble ones like C. So worth taking anyway?! Xx

i’m around 2 weeks away from ovulation and starting to wonder what approach we should take this month. Now I know there is no right or wrong and essentially it comes down to luck BUT I have had 3 months of DTD nearly everyday during fertile window and sometimes twice a day and no luck, we did one month where we missed the window and only managed once 3 days before O day. Obviously none of those ended in a BFP. I’m thinking to maybe just chill out a little and try every other day but make sure we do the day of a positive OPK. I also have pre-seed to try this month.

ppl that have been pregnant what worked for you??

@EmmRach you must be thrilled!🥳🥳 wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months!!! Can I ask did you take anything to support your luteal phase? And what cycle is this for you? I’m not sure whether it’s something I should consider. However this months was 13/14 days as opposed to 11/12 maybe I should stop worrying about it.

I really hope this is a lucky thread!

@Roxybabe ahh thank you!! I know!! I was absolutely convinced I was in for the long haul!!! But it seems I can get pregnant and tests have shown I have been for a whole two days now. Just fingers crossed it stays that way!!

Hello, hope you don’t mind me joining. Cycle 2, last month I had a chemical. I’m on CD 9 and it’s my first time tracking. I might be all over the place this month after the chemical.

Heeey 👋🏻 here from the other thread! I'm on my 3rd cycle for ttc number 2. Dd is nearly 11 and she just happened so I feel new to ttc. I'm 29 and were ready for our second child so hoping this is our month 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Currently cd4, hubby is in Germany on business for 3 days next week so I'm really hoping I don't ovulate then, but we'll do our best to cover the time before and after he goes

@Krisnov2020 I had my coil out on the 16th of September and was told fertility can return straight away so good luck!

I’ve been taking red maca root for the last two weeks since I heard it can bring ovulation forward and I’ve only been getting 7/8 days after ovulation before AF has been arriving so feel like it’s giving me no chance to get pregnant. Ive just had a high opk reading so think peak will be tonight and I’m 3/4 days earlier than last month. Fingers crossed that’s enough of a difference for implantation this month.

Weird that tonight is the night (hopefully) when 2 years ago today was my last period when I conceived my little boy. I remember at all the scans having to keep saying the same date (4th November) and now today I have my peak 🤔 Just have a lucky feeling about this cycle and it’s the third one, he was conceived third time lucky so 🤞🏼

@TI2411 wow that was really quick!!! Did you not even have a period since coming off the pill? They say that you are extremely fertile once coming off and there is a surge of hormones and you release an egg or something like that dont they?
