TTC bus 54 🚌

Can't write too much or my app crashes but the last thread is on 997...we've had over 100 BFPs since Minster started the thread and those of us left on the bus are not giving up yet!

Hi. Can I join in again please. Now going into month 18 trying to conceive number 2. Got an appointment with specialist in few weeks due to known fertility issues. Finding it really tough mentally at the moment. Hope everybody is well.

Hi, I hope I’m okay to join!

We started ttc our first in December 2021 and fell pregnant straight away, but it ended in an early miscarriage last January.

Now coming up to 12 months since the miscarriage and nothing. I’m on CD 36 and a week past when I was expecting my period to arrive, done 3 tests and all negative so not sure what’s happening with that.

We haven’t been to the doctor’s or anything yet - for those trying for a while did it make you feel better? Worse? We’re trying to decide when to go…

Seems a few of our cycles have synced 🤣 I'm due around now and started getting a bit crampy so cd1 today or tomorrow I'd imagine. No pregnancy test gift under our tree either @polkadotpixie 🙄

I don't think we can call what we've been doing so far actually 'trying' tbf, just not preventing falling pregnant! It took us around a year and a half to conceive our first, with a MMC in the first month. So I've been trying to be a bit more relaxed about the whole TTC journey this time round...😬
From the new year onwards we will actively TTC again, I expect it to take a few months as our first did.

@polkadotpixie I have kinda lost count too lol I really feel the pressure being on clomid though, don't want to 'waste' a cycle😓 I'm currently 12dpo, bfn yesterday on frer. Period will likely be here for Christmas Day when I'm spending it with two heavily pregnant family members. 🫣 how is your temp today?

I'm also TTC #2, been trying for 20 cycles or so now, I had an early MC after 4 months and nothing since. AF due today for me and BBT has dropped this morning so its imminent...bang goes my pipe dream of giving DH a positive test for Christmas 😭

TTC #2, was meant to be testing on Christmas morning if AF hadn't arrived (due tomorrow) but got an early Christmas present and woke up with horrendous cramps this morning, lo and behold, AF arrived a day early!

Oh well, means I can at least enjoy some nice wine over Christmas I guess! 🎄🎅🏼

@Harper02 Sorry to hear you've struggled to conceive too, you're in good company here as we've all been trying for a long time...I think this is cycle 20 for me but I've lost count at this point tbh!

I'm currently 10dpo, temp still high and FF says my chart is triphasic which is a first for me but I have definite AF cramps so expecting my temp to tank tomorrow when AF is due. If it stays up I'll test but a BFP would be a Christmas miracle at this point!

@Harper02 I'm just along for the ride (😉) really! Nearly 3 years trying for another. Had all the tests and results were pretty dismal so what will be will be now. I did letrozole for a few months but no luck, not persuing ivf as chances are low. Struggled to conceive our first too and we are older now. We've made our peace with it but still hope a little it will happen. I'm here since bus one so keep renewing my ticket 🤣

@polkadotpixie thankyou😊 yeah, been trying since 2020 although had no contraception since 2019. Diagnosed with PCOS last year and I'm currently on clomid🫠 feels like it's never going to happen!
