Sharp pain In right ovary

I'm approx 10 dpo. All day I've had a sharp pain in my ovary. It comes on fast and lasts a second or 2. And goes away. Really sharp. It keeps making me wince in pain
Any ideas?

Hi I know you made this post 2 years ago but would you be able to update on what this ended up being? I'm experiencing the exact same symptoms right now

Yea I wondered if possibly a cyst as I've had one before. Although not experienced this particular pain before. Ill do a test tomorrow perhaps

I had that before and it was a small cyst

I get that when I ovulate but no idea what it could be 10 days post :/
