BBT Chart help. 🆘

Hi all,
I have been charting my BBT for a few months now & I’ve never had such a smooth rise as this chart, is there something wrong, do you think my thermometer is broken?
has anyone had a chart like this, is it normal ?
any advice would be welcomed, thanks in advance❣️

@NSx I'm doing good thanks! Will be starting the whole process again now 😂 Can I ask what each of you are doing in terms of DTD? Do you track with ovulation kits and dtd then? Or do you literally dtd every other day throughout your whole cycle? Normally I track and just dtd on my fertile time but wondering if I should just do every other day and see if that works 🤔

@NSx Not too bad. Upped my coq10 now and been making fresh smoothies each morning and trying low sugar and cutting down on meat, so doing every other day veggie. Quite enjoying it. Been on the pinapple, grape fruit, brazil nuts and kiwis too 🤣🤣 I's sure my husband thinks i'm proper nuts you know. I mentioned i was thinking of getting a ferti-lily cup and he was like 'enough, just do what you think you need to do and what makes you feel better' 🤣🤣

You're so right @NSx thanks so much, same to you too 😊 this is cycle number 9....so not a crazy long time but my sister and best friend have just delivered their little bundles and it's just making me want one even more 😅

im waiting for AF on Thursday so nothing much to report really my temp dropped a bit today, will expect the same tomorrow and AF on Thursday if she shows on time.
how u doing?
@Tbark your chart looks good but honestly I don’t know that much, I feel like you can have an amazing chart and get AF last min 😭- I have my fingers crossed for u - what cycle is this?

@Tbark I've never attached anything before so hopefully it shows 🙈 also couldn't get a monthly view but I've just screenshot the days leading up to AF. You can see the 3 days before I had the dip, especially day before where the dip went below coverline. I knew at this stage that AF was coming!!

@Tbark It's a good sign your temps have risen again. However, you will find there is usually a dip in the middle of most charts as secondary estrogen surge happens. That saying it doesn't happen of every signle chart. There's just no way of ever knowing really as temps should be high, and dip a day or two before AF shows. Keeping everything crossed it stays up.

@Mulner88 should also say I had a bloody mucous red show a few days ago followed by 2 days of minimal brown loss. Lots of twinges and heavy feelings but thats it. 11DPO and I got a BFN....I know I shouldn't have tested but I couldn't help it 😅

Hi @Tbark , I've just been tracking BBT for 2 months and sometimes not too strict with it, but from looking at your chart, I would not say you are out. The past 2 months, I had x2 consecutive dips before my AF came.

How is it now? As I realise you sent this a couple days ago

Hi all, I hope you don't mind me joining this thread.
I'm so sorry to hear all of the troubles you have all experienced, it's just so heartbreaking to read. We are on cycle 9 this month and never had any luck with chasing BFP sadly. All of our friends are in their second pregnancies and I'm a midwife so it is really difficult being surrounded by babies sometimes 😪

I wondered if one of you may be able to help with my chart if you wouldn't mind. I had a drop in BBT to the coverline so wondering if that's me out again this month even with the rise this morning? I've ready about implantation dips but I've had no symptoms other than some cramping and I'm sure I've read that bbt shouldn't go below the coverline. Xx

@MrsT8509 that’s a really good way of looking at it. Normally I have like 2/3 heavier days and the last 2 aren’t bad at all, but sometimes it can be painful the first couple days 😭 … hope ur ok 💞
I went to see Black Adam - it was pretty good actually, OH even treated me to a glass of rosé - I normally don’t drink during 2WW but I needed it as I’m convinced it’s not my time 😩 wish I could fast forward the next few days !
my chart is pretty basic 😂 if it goes up tomorrow then I know AF is coming as I’ve looked at previous months and temp seems to increase a lot about 4 days prior to AF then gradually drop as Af gets closer 😭

@NSx worst period ever. So heavy, has been for 2 days. I never have heavy periods. So obviously i've convinced myself this is my body ridding itsself of shit to make way for my baby next month, you know, as you do 🙈

How was your chart today? What did you see at the cinema? Xx

@MrsT8509 I’m so sorry 💔 I was so hopeful for u and your rainbow baby, life is so cruel and unfair.

honestly I’m not too hopeful myself, I don’t feel anything no symptoms at all. And my BBT is same as last month now, same pattern - so I’m sure I’m out.
just a waiting game as I’m just at 9dpo and have a 14 day LP 😭

so sick of this, was hoping for my rainbow baby before my due date 💔💔💔

We've all got so much in common. My best friend just had a baby, and my sister in law is due in December. I try to be so lovely with them, and act interested, but it just breaks me each time i think about it. I just think 'what i have i done that is so bad to make me not deserve this'. There's people out there who couldn't give a shit about their kids. Nothing seems fair at all. X

I was supposed to be due 2 weeks after my fiancés best friend and wife and 2 weeks before my fiancés sister and husband… both of their pregnancies are fine: mine wasn’t. I’ve been avoiding them all for months, they make me cry just thinking about them, harder to avoid my sister in law, but we don’t talk about her pregnancy, which makes me feel like an awful human being. I’m just really finding it hard.
I fell pregnant quite fast in feb, weren’t really taking it seriously December due to the festivities, didn’t fall Jan, used CB OPKs for the first time feb and fell.
And now, I can’t get even a sniff of a VVFL.
im at my wits end. Sorry for the rant I’m just very fed up 😩

@NSx @MrsT8509 wishing you all the luck ladies!!!! Fingers crossed for you both. No AF yet is a good sign ☺️ and if AF comes, treat yourselves to something nice this weekend! I try and do that every month to make myself feel better.

I use Proceive, my husband takes the male version also. It's a bit pricey though but I'm convinced it will work. We started trying in May 2021 and we started taking Proceive on Jan 2022 and I fell pregnant the next month for the first time. Although it hasn't worked it's magic since 🙈

@NSx yeh I struggle with seeing pregnant people too and I just dread friends/family telling me they're pregnant. I'm sure they feel the same telling me too. Of course I'm happy for them but sad too. I often wonder how people have a lot of children and say they weren't planning it/accidents...How does that work? 😂

@MrsT8509 honestly it’s so hard to stay hopeful, my temp is the exact same as it was this time last month 💔 …
to make things worse a doctor at my work has just announced she’s due her second child in March and I could cry everytime she walks past me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

AF might not come for you, u never know 🤞✨✨✨✨✨

@NSx lB6 is meant to regulate hormones and make you womb a better place. Right now i'd try anything. I'd stand on my head for a week if it would work! Pineapple core is meant to be help implantation. It's dead hard though so not easy to eat 🤢.

Bo AF yet, but with the temp drop this morning, i'm sure she'll be here soon! Would have been nice for her to turn up on time yesterday 🙄

Try not to count your chickens yet! There's still plenty of time. It might stay up now 🤞🏻 i'll keep everything crossed it does xx
