@shibeshibe I just did the same 🙈 so disheartening isn't it

shibeshibe · 21/10/2022 10:35

I caved at 9DPO and took an early test... BFN (lol seriously what was I expecting).

Might try on Sunday again and then stop blowing money on tests until AF arrives or is late 😂

My2boysaremyworld · 21/10/2022 10:12

@BellaTheDarkOverlord what symptoms was you having? How many weeks should you be? I'm sure everything is ok, will be thinking of you xx

BellaTheDarkOverlord · 21/10/2022 10:10

@My2boysaremyworld Not bad thanks. Most symptoms gone so anxious but got a scan today so hope all goes ok. How are you?

My2boysaremyworld · 21/10/2022 10:06

@BellaTheDarkOverlord how you doing? Xx

staceymarieox · 21/10/2022 08:29

@ScaredSally I thought so as friends and places I read online say that it usually feels like the mouth/throat! Kinda how you feel if you make yourself gag!

During the night I have had some diarrhea and vomited a small amount once! Again I've seen these things come up as pregnancy symptoms but also as I said maybe a bug! DH is picking me up a test on his way back from dropping DS to nursery so at least that way we can rule it out if it's negative! The thing that's making me think it's not a bug is that as I said no one else has had it yet and it's been 3/4 days since I started feeling more unwell but could also just be maybe some food poisoning or digestive issues! It's so frustrating when you are symptom spotting 🤦‍♀️

Sorry about BFN but keep testing! You never know! Sending good thoughts your way! 💕

ScaredSally · 21/10/2022 08:17

10dpo and BFN 😞 not feeling hopeful will try again at 12dpo and then again 16 if AF hasn't showed

ScaredSally · 21/10/2022 06:43

@staceymarieox thats what my morning sickness was like, more from my throat and almost a tingling in my jaw that made me feel like I wanted to be sick, only thing that made me feel better was snacking on dry crackers

staceymarieox · 20/10/2022 23:14

Hey everyone jumping on from last months thread!

We are TTC #2 DS 2 years old! This is our second go at TTC as we did change our mind earlier in the year!

I am on cycle 2, but things have been really odd this month so don't know if a late shower on a BFN or just a little unwell myself 🤷‍♀️

I had light spotting which I was hoping was AF on 28th September, this went on for days then into a slightly heavier bleed which I assume was AF. When this stopped I carried on as normal, but have nausea and fatigue continuing, I took 2 tests a week or so later, both also negative so again carried on as usual.

Tuesday night I started feeling more sick, more so than before and then vomited twice Wednesday morning, had a few loose bowl movements some like water, sorry tmi. Then felt better, and now today nausea is coming back but no sickness or bad bowels...could this be early morning sickness? I know there's a lot of bugs going around and DS is in nursery too so easy to pick up but he usually has it first and then we all get it but so far it hasn't hit anyone else in the house 🤷‍♀️ sicky feeling now doesn't seem to be coming from tummy area just sort of in the back of the mouth/throat causing a little extra saliva! Kind of like when you are about to vomit if that makes sense

I never had morning sickness with my first pregnancy so would love to hear if this is potentially sickness or just a bug from some of you lovely people who may have had it previously!

Hi everyone! Jumping on from the September board and hoping again for this month. Haven’t read through all the posts and updates yet (I will though!) but hugs to those disappointed or waiting and congrats to those with BFPs!!

I’m now on CD 26, AF due this weekend. Last month’s AF was really late, heavy and painful :-( so I’m hoping for either an appearance on time or a BFP (aren’t we all!). Obviously been symptom spotting like crazy already but nothing really to go on other than being really hungry and tired - that’s probably just life though isn’t it! BFN on an IC yesterday, couldn’t help myself. Will probably do another one tomorrow, or now…

babydust to everyone xxx

Baby3herewego · 20/10/2022 20:55

You’re so welcome @thelma57 good luck!!

thelma57 · 20/10/2022 20:47

Thanks so much for responding @Baby3herewego I think I’m the same, but will keep checking just in case! Xx

Baby3herewego · 20/10/2022 20:39

@thelma57 I get quick surges. Literally a few hours. Because of this, I also ovulate on the day I get my peak which is confirmed by my BBT shooting up the next day. Xx

thelma57 · 20/10/2022 20:32

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has experienced a very quick LH surge? I haven’t had a positive OPK yet but missed a test on Tuesday. Tuesday night had loads of EWCM and this have felt a bit crampy like I do when I ovulate.

Last month I got my peak and then it went quite low again the next day so thinking I’ve maybe just missed it! We have DTD a bit so not all is lost but unsure if I class myself as counting DPO now!

Krisnov2020 · 20/10/2022 20:14

I had my coil out last Tuesday and feel so sick since yesterday. Unlikely to be anything but I fell pregnant immediately with first when coil removed. Anyone had nausea with mirena removed?

Sparklythings1 · 20/10/2022 20:05

I had no idea how important vitamin C was. Haven’t been taking it, only taking pregnacare. It seems like you need vitamin c in order to have high enough levels of progesterone to stop AF arriving so the embryo has a chance to implant if it’s there. Also found out cortisol levels (stress) physically blocks progesterone if too high. That will 100% have been the problem for me. I’m trying ashwagandha as well as vitamin C, pregnacare, yoga and meditation this cycle 🤣 Considered the agnus castus stuff but a few mixed reviews about it so not sure whether it will help or hinder

Ncl31 · 20/10/2022 19:25

I think AF is around the corner for me. Dye tomorrow and I can feel niggling cramps already.
just want it over and done with so I can start tracking with OPKs again.
I’ve downloaded Premom and bought the easy@home sticks with a thermometer so this will be my first cycle of tracking BBT too.
Im not sure what I should be doing other than tracking before I get up in the morning.

BellaTheDarkOverlord · 20/10/2022 15:34

Hope everyone is ok. Sorry for those who got AF. It's shit time but goodluck for next cycle. Took me a while with DD to catch. I'm cramping a bit more today but hoping for best.

BellaTheDarkOverlord · 20/10/2022 15:30

Looking forward to scan tomorrow. Hoping for the best. It's not until 5.30 though.

Just felt sick in car on way to work. Also got a nose bleed and now feeling very hot despite being freezing cold on the way here. My body is messing with me today. DH worried about nose bleed and blood pressure due to previous preeclampsia. I'm watching for swelling though. That was the first symptom last time.

821k · 20/10/2022 15:05

I'm taking pregnacare before conception vitamins too @Sparklythings1 @Butterfliesandroses we are hoping to get our rainbow 🌈 baby soon as I had a miscarriage 12 days ago I was 5 weeks and 2 days we have been dtd every 2-3 days we was going to do the deed this morning but our 4 year old is off school with a tummy bug but we did the deed on Friday night and Monday night and I am due to ovulate on Saturday as I am getting clear wet discharge with a bit of white in it so 🤞we get our rainbow 🌈 baby soon as sperm can live up to 5-7 days xx

MendaciousMabel · 20/10/2022 14:58

Aw @kizzy97 i hope you don't come down too bad with it!

Sparklythings1 · 20/10/2022 12:47

@Butterfliesandroses yeah I wondered about that too, I’m on pregnacare but had used seven seas at the start last time

Sparklythings1 · 20/10/2022 12:44

@ScaredSally yeah I did think that would probably still be having an effect on it too! Last time I had one long cycle, one short (24 days) then on the third it worked so keeping everything crossed for the same again

Butterfliesandroses · 20/10/2022 12:36

@Sparklythings1 I have read that the preconception vitamins by pregnacare and seven seas can extend the luteal phase for some people? May be worth trying them or swapping to the other brand if you've tried one or the other?

Butterfliesandroses · 20/10/2022 12:33

Just wanted to say thank you so much for your replies about how you all track ovulation! There are lots of ideas there that I hadn't even heard of! So if we are out this month I will definitely be looking to get premom and those ovulation sticks with the decimal point scores seem right up my street! Thank you again all 💓
