Hi all just creating a new thread since the other one is almost full!!! Really really hoping this is our month, but not hopeful, DH is away with work for most of my FW and only comes home the day before I think I will ov. I've also injured my back!!!

Congratulations @shibeshibe @bubble55 I’m at the boring phase of waiting to start doing opks again so coming on every morning just to see everyone’s good news 💕

Butterfliesandroses · 27/10/2022 08:56

@shibeshibe@bubble55 Congratulations both, super strong lines!

Thank you for all my congratulations messages. Tested again today at 10DPO and the line is stronger so accepting that it must be a BFP! Now on to hoping they stick around in there 🤞

I'm really sorry @TryTheNight 😞thinking of you.

TulipVictory · 27/10/2022 08:30

Congratulations @bubble55 .. sorry posted too soon. You both have lovely strong liens 😊

TulipVictory · 27/10/2022 08:29

Congratulations @shibeshibe and @bu

Purple29 · 27/10/2022 07:33

@bubble55 congratulations those lines are amazing!! Cramps are really common at the start. I had them loads with DS, your uterus starts stretching pretty early on!!! So sure it's your little bean getting all snuggled in and comfy for the next 9 months!!!

CD11 Today and CB digi gave me day 4 of flashing smiley face. Hoping for a static tomorrow and a positive OPK which will give me a predicted day of CD 13 for ovulation. That will then be 3 cycles in a row the same length.

shibeshibe · 27/10/2022 07:15

Thanks @bubble55 - wow your lines are so strong from 11dpo! Congrats! I read period pains are normal in early pregnancy - I'm getting twinges too but this is my first so I'm a newbie so don't know anything 😅

I was starting to get worried my tests weren't progressing much but definitely much happier with the strong line today 💪 ❤️

Mummyme87 · 27/10/2022 07:06

Yes @bubble55 that last test is lovely and dark. Getting in to dye stealer territory.

bubble55 · 27/10/2022 06:57

Congrats @shibeshibe

I think my test today may be darker than yesterday? 11dpo-14dpo top to bottom. Although I’ve had really bad period type pains and been awake all night worrying 🙈😫

Hoping for a BFP October/November
shibeshibe · 27/10/2022 06:15

Congrats to @TulipVictory and @Butterfliesandroses on the BFP!

Finally AF due day (or day after not 100% sure) and I don't think I can deny that line... compared to my 11dpo test which was a squinter.

Wishing the best of luck to everyone else, hope you get your BFPs 💕

My2boysaremyworld · 27/10/2022 00:44

@TryTheNight so sorry xx

TryTheNight · 27/10/2022 00:21

AF is here pretty sure. It's 3-4 days early, but maybe that's because I'm on Metformin now to help with ovulation and PCOS - so maybe it's my period getting more normal-ish again.

I'm expecting AF to be all out horrible tomorrow. Disappointed even though we only DTD once and I was all out drinking at a wedding. Everyone I know is getting pregnant and having babies, so yeah... It's rough.

UserL95 · 26/10/2022 23:19

@SaraSS i haven’t tried the ovulation support ones but I was taking the general fertility prenatal from conceive plus. Probably did for around 5 months but no BFP.
instead I am taking individuals now to get more and help my body retain more too. Folate, magnesium, maca root, omega 3 with dha, vitamin d and Coq10. Still no BPF but only been taking individuals for about 3 weeks

Sparklythings1 · 26/10/2022 22:33

@SaraSS hopefully it will all be worth it in the end 😊 I just hate sitting back and doing nothing while letting another cycle come and go with a short luteal phase if there’s something I could even have tried to help it

SaraSS · 26/10/2022 22:20

@Sparklythings1
Thanks for the tip.. I've just ordered some Maca Root to add into the mix!
I also already take vitamin D and magnesium - but that's for migraines, which my GP assures me the magnesium won't impact fertility. I have a little pill box to keep me organised!
It's interesting hearing about people's experiences with different vitamins etc but I'm also trying not to get my hopes up.. every cycle I get just as disappointed.

Sparklythings1 · 26/10/2022 22:04

@SaraSS on the video I watched this afternoon it said a lot of people actually have a vitamin D deficiency and don’t know, sometimes the vitamin d in a prenatal vitamin isn’t enough to make it up. I’m taking vitamin C too. Another video I watched (I watch a lot 🤣) was a woman who had TTC for years and wasn’t ovulating until really late so it meant she ended up with a short LP. She took the maca root and ended up ovulating on day 14 for the first time and conceived that month. So I thought it’s worth a try! They all add up though and I feel like I’m having to constantly remember to take something else

SaraSS · 26/10/2022 21:59

@Sparklythings1 my GP did 'day 21' tests which were low, so potentially I'm not fully ovulating. I'm waiting on the day 3-5 tests through the specialist at the fertility clinic but I could be in for a long wait still so thought I would try something.. although I'm not expecting much as they are just over the counter vitamins.. the reviews are good, but it's not cheap £25 for a months worth.

Sparklythings1 · 26/10/2022 21:49

@SaraSS I’ve not but I did look at them today.. is there a reason you want to take them? Are you ovulating mid cycle and having a normal luteal phase? I was looking at them as they came up when I searched one I’d seen recommended (upspring fertility plus) but it seemed maca root was the main thing in it that you’d need so I ended up ordering that on its own. Hope you’re lucky soon

SaraSS · 26/10/2022 21:44

Hi everyone. Just hopping on this thread if that's Ok?
I'm on and off these threads, I do like reading through the messages - congrats to all the BFPs so far!
Sending baby dust to those in waiting 💕
I'm about 18 months ish into TTC, no BFPs yet.. fertility tests ongoing but so so slow, still waiting on blood test results that were taken in Aug..
Just about to try some new fertility vitamins - Conceive Plus Ovulation Support. Anyone tried it?

Hoping for a BFP October/November
Sparklythings1 · 26/10/2022 21:27

@Butterfliesandroses congratulations 🎉 I can definitely see it!

Sparklythings1 · 26/10/2022 21:26

@buttercupbee it’s so rude that people ask but it’s unbelievable how many people think it’s okay to say it 🙈 I drank in the tww last time (in the first week), figured I wouldn’t actually be ‘pregnant’ until at least a week in anyway so did have a glass of wine one night in case it was my last chance (how wrong was I? 🤣)

Newnormal1 · 26/10/2022 20:36

ScaredSally · 15/10/2022 09:11

Jumping on here but really don't know how I feel about a potential BFP, lost my little boy at the end of July at 32weeks... we aren't trying but had unprotected sex around the time I think I ovulated (my bodies still abit messed up so can't be sure) I want so much to bring a baby home but am utterly terrified I'm still so heartbroken, my little boy was perfect

@ScaredSally I’ve just read this. I went though something similar at 22 weeks for my little girl, planning a funeral etc was horrific. I fell pregnant 4 months later and it’s been a rough ride but my little girl was born recently and all is well. Things do get better, though the next 9 months will provide emotions you didn’t know existed. Please message if you need anyone to talk/vent to xx

buttercupbee · 26/10/2022 19:53

@Sparklythings1 we got married earlier this year too! The questions have already started as to when we’ll be having a baby, I just want to shout at people “we’re trying!!!” But obviously I don’t, just smile and say not just yet.
Haha I’m the same, last time I saw in laws was during the tww so I didn’t drink (made up excuse about headache and work the next day). We’re out with them again this weekend and I’m sure they’ll be disappointed to see me drinking now AF is here 🙈
