@kizzy97 sorry to hear that ! Hope next month is your turn love

Baby3herewego · 01/11/2022 15:05

I would definitely say you are pregnant @Olegia 😁

kizzy97 · 01/11/2022 13:11

AF got me today 😫

Olegia · 01/11/2022 09:46

Ahh I understand, I took a different brand (the ones they sell at boots) and I had a strong positive too)

Beyond words!!

Both the easy@home and the one I just took are 10ml sensitivity :)

Hoping for a BFP October/November
Baby3herewego · 01/11/2022 09:35

@Olegia by FRER I ( and others ) mean the brand First Response. The tests you have are Easy At Home.

bubble55 · 01/11/2022 08:40

@Olegia thats definitely a positive x

Saribon · 01/11/2022 08:37

@Olegia I think when people keep saying FRER they mean the brand first response early response because they are reliable. But if those strips your using are 10ml I’d say they you can rely on them. You’ve had clear positives consistently, they aren’t evap lines or indents xx

Saribon · 01/11/2022 08:35

@Olegia take a FRER but that’s got to be a positive 😊

Olegia · 01/11/2022 07:11

@Baby3herewego that was a first response test (10ml sensitivity)

Baby3herewego · 01/11/2022 07:05

@Olegia go but a FRER and test with that.

Olegia · 01/11/2022 06:54

This is a photo from the same test, but 45mn later (so I know it's outside the timeframe and that result shouldn't count), but here it is:

Olegia · 01/11/2022 06:17

So here's an update girls, I took the test FMU, this photo is from the test within the timeframe (I believe I had to wait a bit for it to get darker, like 5mn or so)... that's a faint line right?

@BCxx I think what ultimately counts is whether there's enough HCg in your urine, I saw a lot of bad review for the cheap easy@home ones but I've found them to be useful (see yesterday's post and the photo I'm about to post)

Mummyme87 · 01/11/2022 06:06

@BCxx easy@home I believe are 10miu so sensitive

BCxx · 31/10/2022 23:34

What has everyone found to be the best cheapie pregnancy tests? I’ve got the good ones (clearblue and FRER), have had them in my cupboard for months and still yet to make it past 8dpo to be able to actually take them. Up to my eyeballs in vitamins this month so hoping that keeps AF away 😂 but I know I’ll be too tempted and want to do extra tests. Are the easy at home ones sensitive enough? I keep seeing people posting the cheap ones

Olegia · 31/10/2022 16:45

I saw

Olegia · 31/10/2022 16:45

@Mammamia23 absolutely I will! I sat the clearblue digital are quite expensive so I will wait for my missed period to test for that one

Mammamia23 · 31/10/2022 16:18

@Olegia ah you’re 2 days ahead of me, so I suppose there is hope. That looks very strong to me, so I think that’s good news. I would invest in a “proper” test and try again in a couple of days!

Olegia · 31/10/2022 16:10

@Mammamia23 thanks! I am currently on 11 DPO, I held out from testing too early avoid all this head scratching. I still don't consider myself out of the woods so I will test again in 2 days, which will be one day before my expected period, so let's see (who am I kidding, first thing tomorrow morning I may do another one)

I do find it weird how much stronger the line got after 2 hours, surely this strong a line can't be an evap line?

Hoping for a BFP October/November
Mammamia23 · 31/10/2022 15:47

Congratulations @Olegia!! how many DPO are you? I got my peak test on 21st, so would have ovulated on 22nd meaning today I am 9 DPO. I did an internet cheapt today and got a negative - your test looks similar to mine though so wondering if I have hope!

Olegia · 31/10/2022 14:48

@Vikki7 Hey there! In general, ovulation is considered to occur 28-36 hours after the beginning of the LH rise or 8-20 hours after the LH peak. If you peaked this morning, depending on what time you tested I'd say you may be ovulating now.

Basal body temperature may increase slightly — typically less than a 1/2 degree F (0.3 C) — when you ovulate.

You're good to go! :-)

Vikki7 · 31/10/2022 14:42

Just to add I had a bbt rise this morning. Can that happen on O day or only after O?

Vikki7 · 31/10/2022 14:38

Hi ladies, if I had a positive opk yesterday (peak on Premom) and a peak cbd this morning.. am I O'ing today or tomorrow? Also, any ideas on how to help with low estrogen levels? I never have a high reading on CBD. I just go straight to peak. I'm seed cycling and taking shed loads of vitamins but this month was the same.

Olegia · 31/10/2022 12:50

@Mummyme87 Ahh what gave me way? I'm actually based in the Netherlands :) I will probably do as you say and then contact my GP, she will know what to do! AF due Friday, so this seems like such a long way haha

@kizzy97 Have you been testing at all

@shibeshibe Thanks! It's unreal as this is my first time properly trying, so I don't want to get my hopes up in case it doesn't stick, but I'll keep you all updated :)

shibeshibe · 31/10/2022 12:10

@Olegia congrats! Definitely looks positive to me! Fingers crossed 🤞

I had a similar result at 11dpo and they got progressively darker until the undeniable strong positive on the day AF was due.

kizzy97 · 31/10/2022 11:48

CD 32 today, no af as of yet, just want her to come and go and that I can get straight back to trying!

@Olegia everything crossed the line gets darker for you! 🤞 xx
