@Mariabombia u know I read that and was hoping she meant the test but rereading it seems she meant the baby? What the actual f**k? Maybe a better question would be 'how do you feel about this?' No one goes to a@e on a whim and to be laughing and joking when you are in obvious distress. Speechless .

@Mariabombia thank you! Actually, I had stabbing pains as well as dull aches a lot, especially on my left. That's why I ended up going to a&e because I worried it might be ectopic because I also had bleeding. I did have the same pains with my previous pregnancy. I think it's pretty normal but obviously of it concerns you it's best to have it checked out

Has anyone else had shooting pains in pelvic area in early pregnancy? Last time it was period pains but this one it's like stabbing me 🔪

@RaliaMusca I have totally missed your posts! So happy for you & your little bean!I'm 5ish weeks too , I'm glad they've been so good with scanning you.

@Luna57 oh lovely, sorry to hear it's started again. It's frustrating that no one has been able to pinpoint why you're bleeding. Are you having cramping? Don't put pressure on yourself to work or do chores etc when you're going through this, the most important thing is your health. Xx

@MrsCristianoX that nurse sounds so thoughtless !! When I was having the mc me and dh went to a&e at the start of it and I had my bloods done and urine sample done by these two medical professionals who were in a room together listening to the radio and laughing and joking , one of them said to me 'there's blood in your urine' no shit Sherlock I'm literally here because im bleeding, look at my notes fgs. Then the other one goes ' you got a positive pregnancy test do you want to keep it?' I mean how tactless is that!

@Luna57 I just monitor tests and call them if still positive at 3 weeks hopefully it won't be 🤞🏼 you def need to add less to your plate atm would you be ok not adding the extra job?

@bunnykins123 gosh I've been asking myself that very question all week 😂 I really really don't know what to do. I started all these blooming expensive supplements which says it takes 2-3 months for them to do their job in the reproductive area but I obviously don't want to wait and want to try straight away because I'm impatient and the thought of wasting cycles just winds me up 😂 and we might not even fall on any of those cycles 🤷🏼‍♀️ I started the vits on 21st sept so 3ish weeks ago. But if we do fall and something goes wrong again I'll be sitting here thinking well what if I waited 🙄 I think what I will do is probably not track anything other than my temp because I've always tracked that anyway and if anything happens then I'll just pray it's all ok 🙏🏼 I can't Opk anyway atm as obv I'm still testing positive

@Luna57 if it's bright red, that's fresh. If it's on and off, then it could be your cervix and some kind of irritation or reaction to increasing hormones. I wouldn't worry too much at this point, unless it gets heavier then maybe call the epu 💕

@bunnykins123 yeah I'm fine just was super annoyed yesterday. When she asked me about a future blood profile I told her when it was and she's oh yea I see your appointment I'll add on a little bp check too. And also the most annoying thing you can say to someone who has had a stroke was 'don't be having another stroke now!!'😡 it's been 15 years love and literally is my worst fear.

Had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in July. Been TTC through the summer. But everything is a bit off. Can I borrow line eyes for this afternoon's test?

Thanks everyone! I've got another scan in two weeks' time. They couldn't see an obvious cause for the bleeding.
I asked about progesterone and the nurse said she's aware of the NICE guidelines but my trust doesn't offer it due to funding issues.

@bunnykins123 its bright red when I wipe it’s not dripping. It’s just not the colour and consistency of a period though. Then it’ll be cm mixed with red then cm mixed with brown then it starts all over again. It’s not enough for me to wear a pad just a panty liner I would call it light bleeding it’s just a bit more than spotting. If that makes sense?

@Luna57 when you say it's bright red, is it like a smear or actual bleeding? It probably is your cervix especially if it's a bit stop start 🤞

@MrsCristianoX it's actually negligent on their part because if something happened to you and they didn't make a note of it, something serious could come from that. I hope you're ok though!

@RaliaMusca what a relief! Did you ask where the bleeding has come from? Did they recommend any progesterone?

@mummatara yay for the bleeding finished! Have you another scan to make sure everything is gone or do you just monitor pregnancy tests weekly?

i def think my bleeding is my cervix I haven’t had any all day and have been on the sofa. Got up and done some house work and now wiping bright red again. I know I should probably rest but I’m meant to start my winter jobs next week. I finish cabin crew for 5 weeks December and come back mid January so I always pick up a hospitality job but decided to pick up my old pandemic job too but not sure I want to work 2 jobs with this going on 😭

@TheBirdintheCave the ferti lily is so easy to use now I’ve got the hang of it so defo give it a go!!

Just had my scan and looks like my little blob has clung on through the bleeding. Measures as it should for 5 and a bit weeks. No fetal pole yet but the sonographer said she wouldn't expect to see one at this point.
I was so sure I was out when I had that second bleed.
I know it's still early days though so won't celebrate quite yet.

I think the bleeding is finished 🙌🏼 had nothing on a pad since yesterday and now I'm just getting a pink tinge when I wipe overall 7 days of bleeding now just to pray that's there's nothing retained. Temp has dropped slightly the last couple of days it still has a little to go for pre O temp cover line is 36.03 temp was at about 36.5 and last few days we've been about the 36.3 mark so hopefully that will carry on its downward trend

@bunnykins123 honestly I despair. The nurse took my bp along with the bloods and it's was high. Checked it again still high. She made me sit in a room for 10 mins and it was ok. There's no record of this on my notes
So I'm a bit pissed off 😤

@Luna57 cyclogest is the worst for windy-pops!! You did make me lol about farting in the office though, it's so hard when you just seem to be trumpeting every 5 minutes 🤷‍♀️

@MrsCristianoX me too. When I had my apt with the consultant regarding miscarriages, she was like 'let me see your results...hmm...oooo...oh yes, all is normal'. Check before you call me!!

@FfayeN I usually O around cd14 but this month was either cd11 or cd12. So I guess that in itself is a bad sign 😢 I'll try and send my chart!
