@ireneadler101 sorry to hear about your uti. I had one last month and it came on right over my fertile week! Hope it clears up soon!

@JaneGnR88 I used a boots one and an easy at home one- both have the faintest of faint lines it’s so faint it’s hard to photograph (maybe they aren’t even there and I have just gone line crazy!). I’ll try and attach a photo but I’m not convinced it will work! I can definitely see the lines on yours!

@Foreverhopeful92 I can’t help but think everything is a symptom or a sign! I am bloated and my stomach is crampy but that might be digestion related rather than baby related. My boobs feel a bit weird too, not sore just weird.

@Thestoppedfan fingers crossed for you! 7/8 dpo is definitely early! Do you have any symptoms?

@JaneGnR88 i have these tests! But I’ve never even had a suggestion of a line so I think if you can see a line that is promising!! Any chance you have a FRER?

@Thestoppedfan do you have a picture of your test? What kind was it?

I did 2 (haha) this morning and got these, I can see lines but I don’t know about these strips! 🤦‍♀️

Bloated carried on all yesterday and was horrible, better today but some cramps 😣

I caved this morning and did a test and there’s a faint line there. I don’t want to get my hopes up too much though in case it’s a dodgy test. I’m 7/8 dpo today so it’s still super early. I ordered a box of the easy at home ones with the hope of saving the FRER till Friday. TWW is torture!

@JaneGnR88 I hope the bloat isn't causing you too much discomfort! I bloat quite often and could pass for being pregnant 😂 sometimes hormones, sometimes ibs symptoms 🙄

@ireneadler101 oh UTIs are the worst. I'm sure it wouldn't affect conception and at least the antibiotics are safe just incase 😊

Hi everyone, woke up this morning with a UTI which has obviously got me a little worried that it might affect conception. Starting antibiotics (safe for pregnancy, just in case) this evening. On the plus side, 4DPO and no spotting which is better than last month!

Morning all, how’s everyone doing?
I haven’t tested first thing as I forgot cos I’m so tired, been awake most of the night and dealing with this bloat this morning. I do tend to get bloating but this is another level. At least I can pretend I’m pregnant for a bit with this bump 😂

@JaneGnR88 I'm not sure I see anything. But if it's v.faint the camera doesn't always pick it up. Fingers crossed for your FRER or if you can try and hold out another couple of days?! I know it's hard x

Thanks @Foreverhopeful92 I’ve got a frer for the morning, I do think those easy at home ones could just be evaps/indents cos I have been burnt before. If I did get my peak on day 7 I’d be around 18DPO now so much too late for lines that light, as I have long cycles so normally ovulate late. I’m a bit all over the place tbh hence the testing!

We shall see!

@JaneGnR88 Think I see something on the second one but sorry I’m awful at seeing faint lines. Maybe try a FRER with FMU tomorrow? I think they’re the most sensitive ones?
If the day 7 one was your peak what dpo would you be now?

one on day 7, so I’m all over the place now!

It might be nothing, I don’t trust those tests!

So it looks like I maybe got my dates wrong…I’m not sure and please tell me to buggar off to another thread if you don’t want these here yet.

But I tested this morning because I just feel…off and thought I saw something, tested again this afternoon after a hold and got something more…

@Astar21 thank you. It’s such a hard journey isn’t it. So sorry to hear about your journey too fingers crossed this month is the one. This is our 7th month of trying now I’m definitely over the TTC stage I wish my body would decide that too 😂.

Trying to conceive baby no 2, this is my fifth cycle trying. I'd got pregnant straight away in January but ended in MMC.

Hi everyone! I'm 3DPO today - I think we timed things really well this month so I am really hoping this will be our month. 8th month TTC #2 but had a miscarriage at 11 weeks back in April which has delayed things. Last month I started spotting at 3DPO until AF arrived about a week later, so really hoping for a bit more of a "normal" cycle this time around, even if I don't get a BFP. Fingers crossed for everyone!

@Astar21 Yes it makes timing of DTD tricky as if I ovulate earlier we need to start DTD earlier but I don’t even know so we always start quite early just in case I have a 25 day cycle and ovulate on day 11/12.
i think similar 13-14 days for me too! Okay so we’re testing around the same time! The 8th for me will be 11 dpo if I ovulated Sunday or 13 if I ovulated Friday. See if we can both hold out testing! I need will power haha!

Welcome @Thestoppedfan sorry to hear about your chemical. It's such a hard journey. Have you been TTC long? I'm 4DPO and have felt nauseous the past couple of days too! Think it's rising progesterone that does it though so not reading into it too much 😬

@Foreverhopeful92 it used to be norethisterone that was commonly used, but I think most GP's prescribe provera now.
Your cycles sound similar to mine, they're always slightly different, so it's hard to judge. Flo has put my AF at the 9th. Going to try and hold out testing til about the 7th/8th?! I don't know, I'm just going to see how I feel nearer the time 😂 Do you know how long your luteal phase is? As I think that stays very similar every month. Mine tends to be 13 days.

@JaneGnR88 😂😂😂 testing early sent me loopy last cycle, then instantly regretted it. Must have willpower 😂

@JaneGnR88 ahh I know I don’t think I’ve ever been so aware of my body! I was convinced I was pregnant back in May like so adamant as had so many signs - felt run down, funny taste in my mouth etc but just turns out it was the start of covid!! The mind and body plays tricks on us I feel!
