@MrsCristianoX hey!! I'm back! What a stressful weekend! But we're in the new house and I've got an extra day off to try get things sorted (although I think I need a week!). No idea where I am in the cycle right now 🙈 not even worth worrying about 😂 how are you?

@RMS0209 I think its pretty much just me talking to myself atm😂 I'm more active on the ttc after miscarriage threads

Last week for me was best summed up by 'pit' and 'despair' I'm beginning to think my eggs are f**ked but sure giving it another go because why not?! Surprise peak and DH seemed keen😅

Well girls here we go again. CD10/11 DTD for the first time last night took an OPK and it's 0.85. No early testing this time I'd rather not know then be sad over something that wasn't going to happen xx

Yes definitely agree. We're in the same boat with SMP, I'm the higher earner and would get minimum while being off. I definitely want our DD to have a sibling. I'll scrounge for a bit and see if DH notices we're okay for money 😂 I think he worries so much because he was brought up in a family that had nothing, they were literally on the breadline, counting every penny and he always swore he wouldn't be like that as an adult. I don't see us ever really getting there but I get his worries, especially if we need to pay for any childcare for a new baby. Our DD does playgroup then preschool and we now get the 30 hours free so we've finally got no childcare to pay for. I think I'm gonna start saving a little extra from now and see how we go. @MamaSJ15 I'm also invested in how the move goes, same as @MrsCristianoX 😂all you ladies are lovely which is why I keep hanging on here!
My DH has also been panicking big time about money whilst we were TTC and even more so now, I am too (not sure how it's going to work with maternity leave yet as I only get SMP and am the highest earner) but I keep thinking I'd rather sacrifice to have this baby even if we struggle for a while! If you want it badly enough I think it's always worth it so hold your ground, as @MrsCristianoX says it gets harder as you get older especially if you have early menopause in the family xx

@MrsCristianoX yeah I'm not gonna do OPK this cycle I don't think. I only started to make sure I was ovulating, it was helpful because I found I was ovulating later than I thought. I can't wait till we start moving things now, the house is in a absolute state and I'm fed up with having things everywhere already! Going to sign the contract and pick up the keys this morning 👍 then off to work and will pick DD up later and take her to the new house and drop off a few bits. No idea how TTC is gonna go with DH's mindset the way it is but we'll see.

@MamaSJ15 I'm part of a ttc after miscarriage thread and there are so many successful pregnancies after many losses. You are still so young I would just say leave it to chance this month while you are moving. Don't be LH testing do what feels right and normal. Literally all my children are the result of no OPK testing. At your age I don't know whether those tests are a good or a bad idea. The stress with moving could mess with your cycle anyway x you are CD6? Just get packing and put it right out of your head, and good luck with your new home 😘 (I'm invested in the move though so keep us (me) updated) there is 4 years difference between my second and third child and they are best friends Xx

@MrsCristianoX oh yeah I totally get it. I completely understand the worry. But like you say it will work itself out if it's meant to be. I'm already worried that it's taking a while to conceive and a couple of losses, but I have always said it will happen when the time is right, which at this point is obviously not the right time! I had our DD when I was 28, I'm 31 now. But we do have early menopause in the family (my sister is 35 and starting already). I also don't want a huge age gap between kids. I'm sure things will settle soon, I know money is an issue for a lot of people right now. Thank you for you lovely message 😊 xx

@MamaSJ15 I mean I do see why he is worried and tbh it's worried me too at times. Turn on any tv or radio and it's all how we can't afford to heat our houses. But speaking as a 40 yr old 2 miscarriages down if you ache for a baby that will never leave you. I assume you are a lot younger than me and after conceiving with no issues in my 20s it is sooo much harder the longer you wait. Someone once said to me if you want it, it will work. And my little girl is singing to herself in her bedroom and her brothers adore her. I conceived her after a failed morning after pill only got because I started panicking. Moving is stressful and I don't envy you. Or your DH but it will be worth it xx 😘

So DH just said that he's concerned about trying for another baby because of money. I mean we are moving house and yes it's gonna cost us more to live there which is okay. But he's then concerned about putting on family members for childcare (it's already been offered) and the possibility of paying for part time childminders so as to not put on the family so much. He's worried because everything is going up in price and I'm feeling a bit deflated to be honest. He said he didn't want to say anything because he knows I'll try and make him see reason but he can't kick the niggling feeling he has. I don't really know what to say to him. I never wanted an only child and neither did he really. I've always wanted two kids. I'm hoping he'll calm down with this once we're in the new house and settled, it's all a bit stressful at the moment (i say, standing in the middle of a room full of boxes and 'stuff' everywhere!).

@MamaSJ15 it didn't hurt at all while she was doing it. I'm like damn this new girl is good😅 until she told me the blood isn't coming as she obviously hadn't pierced the vein. Only hurt later in work when I bent my arm

@Hjudge56 ah sorry AF arrived! I'm only on CD6 so not far ahead of you in the cycle. How long are your cycles usually?

@MrsCristianoX Jeez, OUCH! My gosh that looks painful, I thought the bruises on my stomach from these injections were bad but they're literally nothing compared to that 😂hope your results come back ok xx

@alwaysseeingstars oh god! I feel her pain. It's when they are like I can't get through to the doctor or be bothered to go to hospital but could you strap my (clearly broken) toes together? Sure sit on a chair there I'll get my X-ray machine out then start strapping🙄 GO TO HOSPITAL YOUR FOOT IS BLACK 😩

I actually got bloods done yesterday don't mind getting them done anymore, I just don't look at the needle but really to check im not in peri menopause and I wanted ovarian cancer marker looked at and this is the result of that 😢 didn't hurt then about 3 minutes later she says I'm having a little trouble here..

@MrsCristianoX @alwaysseeingstars BFN on cheapie this morn at 10DPO but not losing hope just yet :) just can’t get over these on and off cramps I’ve had for the last 5 days! Very unusual for me.

@MrsCristianoX I did think of you yesterday, I had to pop into boots at my doctors to get my prescriptions and the poor lady spent aaages trying to find them all from different places! She was already super pissed off flustered because the lady in front of me had given her an earful for not everything of hers being ready, as if it were her fault 🙄

@Kitty901 I swear to god I saw someone on another thread slate the pharmacy for not ringing her to tell her they had a script and it made my blood boil. Literally if the dr says not issued it usually means no script. If I had to ring everyone who had a script I'd be there 24 hours 🙄 mental break might be good for me 💕

@MrsCristianoX hahaha you and me both! Filled up my iCloud storage with a much of nothings on a stick 🤣! We’ll see ey… I’ll POAS in a couple days. FMU this time! Period is due on Sunday so I’ll know soon !
