Hi guys, I decided part way through the month literally a day or two before ovulation to get a thermometer for tracking bbt so I dont really know what I'm doing. I'm 4dpo today is the fact my temperature is going down a sigh of AF? Honestly have no idea if it's even worth tracking it this month or if you can even tell anything from my chart?

I’m on cd8 and I normally ovulate cd14 or there abouts, roughly 29 day cycle give or take.

@NSx I know I didn't know I wanted to start temping until just before ovulation lol! At least it's clear to see that temp rises a lot ! Xx

Well that’s amazing 🎉💫 congrats again, you find sometimes when you put less pressure and don’t DTD 10000 times it happens - when I fell in feb with my Angel girl we only DTD 3 times. 💖 she wasn’t well so it wasn’t meant to be, but I’m hoping this is my month 🤞

27th JULY - DTD
29th JULY - PEAK - DTD

I ovulated on 30th July and my partner was away! So literally just twice xxx

@NSx I do. I enter CM and ovulation tests. I have PCOS so I've had 2 peak OPKs and EWCM this month which is why the lines are dotted. I also have awful ovulation pains so although the app puts me at 9DPO I'm more like 13DPO based on ovulation pains. I got a positive at 7DPO which looked more like a 10DPO test.

Hey 😊 I also tracked bbt for the first time last month - wasn’t a bfp for me but surprised how helpful it was in understanding my cycle, will be continuing to track and 🤞🏻
