Hoping for BFP August/September

Congratulations to everyone with BFP!! 😊 Such exciting news for you and bringing lots of joy and hope to this thread!
Currently CD14 for me - ovulation may happen tomorrow based on last month bbt, and already anxious/nervous for the tww 😣so wishing for a bfp this month! Good luck to others in the same boat 🍀

@Baby3herewego how exciting! It’s so nice to see the progression. I have kept all my first response ones together to see the progression line daily.. I didn’t realise how much it had changed until this morning! I will add a pic 😅

Also did my digital this morning, did the first at 10DPO and it said 1-2 weeks, second this morning at 14DPO and it said 2-3 weeks… im so excited to see your lines continue!! X

Okay lovelies.

Updating with my 9dpo test to carry on the line progression.

I’ve ordered a triple check pack of Clear Blues so will do one tomorrow, one Saturday and leave the digital one till a few days past when AF would have been due. I’ll keep doing these cheapies daily though.

@EdinburghGirl1 thank you. I can get a bit obsessed with early testing so I told myself this month I’ll try and hold out until 12DPO but we will see

@ChickenT2b I’m sorry for your losses. We have been trying since January this year with a loss in April at 9 weeks. This is our third cycle of trying again x

@ChickenT2b I'm so sorry to hear about your MC and CP. that must've been tough on you. This is just my 3rd cycle

I don't mind you asking at all @Essexgalttc last 2 cycles I tested around 10dpo. I was disappointed especially last time but I actually liked knowing then I could just move on and wait for AF rather than just keep waiting. I hate waiting. I will most likely end up doing the same this time round but we will see. No testing until 11dpo I think this time which will be next Saturday but who knows how I'll feel

We started trying April 2021.
Got pregnant in Dec 2021, miscarried March 2022 and then a chemical in May 😩.
So 3rd cycle since the chemical but it’s really like over a year now since we started 😔. It’s so draining.
What about you two?

@ChickenT2b sorry to hear about your bfn. How many cycles is this? I know it's hard but you're time will come.

I’ve told 2 besties, but they knew everything from even when I took my implant out to start trying haha! Will tell family after a scan at around 6-7 weeks.
Your level of organisation with those frers is amazing!

@Chloo22 Ive fallen foul of cycles occasionally altering and confusing everything. That’s why I always recommend checking for ovulation so you know for sure how many dpo. Good luck with the frer xx

11dpo BFN today :( on clear blue early test. Trying to stay positive but it says detects > 99% of pregnancies 3 days before AF, which I am 🤷🏼‍♀️😞
Anyone else worry they will never be a mummy? 😪

@1stimer16 just do what feels right for you. You've got a nice strong line now so try to enjoy the excitement of it

@EdinburghGirl1 Thank you very much, I will go out and get a FRER in the morning. It gives it my body and extra day then.

Very strange, I usually get an achey full tummy 1-2 days before AF comes and I have had absolutely nothing.

The only other thing is I have had 2 massive spots come up over the last few days on my chin! And I am NOTat all a spotty person.

This was my last month TTC until 3-4 months. Everyone in my household is 5 days apart in Birthdays and I don’t think I can financially do add another on the the end of that one!!

Yes I was going to stop after AF was due but I’ve heard so much about chemicals and ectopic I’m a little bit scared not to test!

@LauraA31 @Missgemini that's great you've both got your 2-3 on digitals. @LauraA31 you must be excited to tell parents.

@1stimer16 do you mean rest or test? I think it's completely up to you? Some people keep testing for reassurance. With my first I only tested 11 and 12dpo and then stopped but I wasn't really aware of the whole line progression thing and wasn't on mumsnet then. Do what feels right for you.

@Chloo22 AF is usually around 14dpo but not for everyone. Some people do have shorter luteal phases. Might be worth getting a FRER to check and then give it a couple more days to see if AF arrives

@Missgemini my cycle days are usually regular 28 days. My cycle day today is 29. I get a bit confused with it all my DS who is 2 was not planned so never been through all this!

So do I have a few days of hope left then? Ha.

I've not really got any symptoms either, other than extreme fatigue that I’ve had this past 5 days.

@Missgemini that is so exciting! We are so super close, did my digital this morning and got 2-3 weeks also at 14DPO…. might be time to ring the GP! When are you going to tell people? I’m considering telling the parents this weekend because I feel horrible not telling them. Sister and brother and boyfriends family until we have an early scan!
Nice to be going through it with somebody at the same stage!!

I know I have tested loads, but put in a photo of my line progression from 9DPO because I cannot believe how the line has progressed… it’s sinking in!

@Chloo22 welcome :) AF is usually due at approx 14dpo. Did you test for ovulation? If you’re certain of dpo, then maybe try a more sensitive test like frer. Good luck!

@Derinsea12 I wouldn't worry about the cheapie, they'll catch up!

I'm doing good, CD10 atm so only taken 1 ovulation test and was quite faint so looking forward to seeing it get darker! Will be dtd every other day at least until I see a peak!
