Ok second thread for those of us that are still TTC an April baby.

I am CD12 so still got a bit of a wait yet...Not even at the TWW yet.

Fingers crossed this is a lucky thread for us all ✨

Trying to spread a bit of positivity but according to statistics, the average date for a BFP is 13.6DPO. Don't ask me where I read that, Ive been all over every forum and article for months πŸ™ˆ but might bring some needed hope to someone x

Ki-King · 05/08/2022 16:12

10dpo and spotting, feel like this might be AF on her way as been crampy today πŸ˜žπŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

@Orangesaretheonly its not due Tues/Wed, my cycles can vary from 27-33 days, lasts months was 33, so if its 33 this month i’m due Friday, so its tricky to pin point exactly, I know i’m not fully out and I should just wait until next week but you see so many ppl online getting BFPs day 10!

I know but I suppose it depends how quickly levels rise and how quick implantation is. I'm with you though, am 9dpo today and desperate to test but I know it'll prob be negative so trying to wait a few more days at least!

NatGee · 05/08/2022 15:41

@Londonlady22 Yup, so many lucky ladies getting BFPs by 10 DPO is what makes me think that I'm out too. I'm right at the TWW mark so AF should be here soon

Good luck to all the testers this weekend. I'll be joingin you on Sunday... I'll be 10 dpo and I usually have a 9 day luteal phase so I'll know either way if pregnant or out. 🀞🀞

11DPO today and BFN on a FRER, I think I’m out, the only thing thats not making me lose complete hope for this cycle is the nausea I had again this morning but maybe thats a new AF symptom for me, also had fanny daggers again this morning, could also be AF I guess, I guess we will see but not feeling as hopeful anymore

When is AF due? X

Ki-King · 05/08/2022 14:24

@ViMa1820 Honestly 3rd baby has been a dream, he slotted in perfectly which is why we're trying so soon after him (he was recently 1πŸ₯Ί) for final baby #4 and the fact I know it may take a while, took 2 years and IVF for him! Mine are 6,5 and 1yo xx

NatGee · 05/08/2022 14:18

@Orangesaretheonly I never understood the amount of pregnancy tests some women would go through. Oh the irony!

@Ki-King hey!
Sorry to hear youve suffered miscarriages. I'm TTC baby no 3. And although I'm very excited and want it, I do feel very nervous about the thought of 3! How old are yours and did you find it difficult from 2 kids to 3?

I worry I won't be able to cope lol!

I’m testing tomorrow dpo8, prepared for bfn, then Monday dpo10, will be a bit gutted if bfn, then onwards until AF… probably getting increasingly gutted!!
who’s with me? 🫣

Testing Monday at 12dpo but realistically will test Sunday morning at 11dpo. Got loads of cheapies and just ordered 2 FRERs so will do then too. Then if pos will buy clear blue digitals. Honestly why does no one tell you how much money you'll spend on bloody tests!!!

Nypie · 05/08/2022 13:09

@anotherscroller @Tropicana1 I am with you early testers testing sunday at 9dpo and tuesday at 11dpo unless I lose it

Tropicana1 · 05/08/2022 12:55

*Sunday AT 9dpo

Tropicana1 · 05/08/2022 12:54

@anotherscroller will be testing Sunday am 9dpo once back from holiday (or realistically tomorrow night 8dpo when we get back because I just can't resist a cheapie 🀣🀣)

7dpo and feel a little nauseous but probably just hungry. Also think my nips look more purlply dark but it's probably just the tan contrast 🀣

[Just posted this in the wrong thread! πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ]

Congratulations to those with bfps! Good luck with growing your little people 😍πŸ₯°

13dpo and BFN here so I’m out. Started to feel crampy just now too so AF is definitely on her way. On to cycle 4 (/5 if you count MC)…

Good luck to everyone still hoping for April babies!

hipposinacircle · 05/08/2022 11:41

@Charl881 so pleased you've got your static smiley! Gives me hope. CD17 and still flashing but I do think my peak is coming judging from CM 🀞🏻
I think you should be well covered if you DTD today and tomorrow.

@hipposinacircle I assumed you meant Saturday too lol. I'm wondering if I ovulated last night as I don't have any O pains this morning so far

Ki-King · 05/08/2022 11:06

@NatGee ah yes I think I've seen them, definitely purchasing if this cycle ends. Will call my GP when I'm cd1 and get some hormonal testing done xx

NatGee · 05/08/2022 11:04

I bought a pack on Amazon. If you search "proov pdg" you should find it. It comes with 10x ovulation tests (LH); 5 progesterone tests (pdg), x2 FSH level tracker (this is good for older women like me) and x2 ultra early pregnancy tests (One Step 10mlu/u). Just ordered a second pack as I think I am out this cycle
I believe you can buy just the pdg tests. Proov are the only provider who do them from what I've seen

Ki-King · 05/08/2022 10:59

@NatGee I love the input of any advice or suggestions so fire away lol. I've been considering this myself, my luteal phase has been lasting between 8-12 days, what do you use to track your progesterone?xx

CDD1992 · 05/08/2022 10:59

@anotherscroller yep it's absolutely rubbish. Just want to get AF out the way now and on to the new cycle. Keep loolkng at my notes and chart to see if I did anything "wrong" x

NatGee · 05/08/2022 10:52

@Ki-King sorry for messaging again, and i dont mean to diagnose or speak out of turn but from what you said about your cycle i gathered you're expecting your luteal phase to be 12 days. I wonder if that has an impact on whether theres enough time for your progesterone to remain elevated to support a pregnancy? Obviously you need a doctor to tell you for sure and i am only saying because i begun tracking my pdg levels, so sorry if i am talking nonesense but it might be something to consider in case you hadn't come across it before? xxx

Ki-King · 05/08/2022 10:49

@anotherscroller oh I start testing at 6dpo, I can't resist🀣

@NatGee thank you 🀞🏼🀞🏼
