TWW starting 31.07.22 - Company Needed

Hey all!

I'm on several other threads that I'm keeping up with but some of them are a tad long now, so I thought I'd start a new one for people to join.

Ovulation day for me today (30.07.22) so TWW starts officially tomorrow. AF due on the 12th. I have tests in the house, but my goal this month is to keep my mind busy and avoid symptom spotting! I don't plan on testing if I can help it. Want to avoid the disappointment if I can.

We are TTC #1 and we are in cycle 4 now. I had a chemical mid June when we weren't officially TTC but when it happened we realised now was the time to actively try. We wanted it so badly.

So that's a little about me and I would love some company in a slightly smaller thread.

@xttcbabyno1x oh yeah heartburn. That happened last night. I don't keep antacids in the house as neither of us suffer with it 🤣 guess I better pick some up.

Oooh exciting! I can't wait to see your scan pictures! I'm going register with the MW on Wednesday which puts me at 5w and I'm going to book an early scan for 7 weeks ❤️

@TheCakeIsALie18 that looks fabulous !! Eek how exciting! im hoping for my dye stealer too!! The test line is darker so how long until a dye stealer ? Haha

Yesss I'm the same with the nausea, heartburn is a big one! No boob pain at all yet, but some cramps on and off! First scan is a week today xx

It was fine, everyone believed me ☺️ thank goodness hahaha xxx

Omg they look sooo good!!! I should have my dye stealer I'm 2 days I reckon. Yeah I know what you mean. It's more of a queasy feeling, almost like motion sickness? Rather than actually feeling like I'm going to be sick. Other than that, I'm fine really, sides of boobs are starting to get sore, all good here.

How did you excuse go on the weekend? I didn't end up having to use one luckily lol no one even noticed that I wasn't drinking haha. Xxx

There's certain things that are turning my stomach too, but I don't feel properly like I need to be sick, I feel hungover sick if that makes sense ! How are you doing other than that? Xx

@xttcbabyno1x how you doing this morning my lovely? Any symptoms to mention? My line today matches the control line ❤️❤️ and the smell of the cupboard that the toothbrushes are kept in turns my stomach 🤣🤣 xx

@Maxime34 take them for a few days so you get a proper comparison. I really hope it isn't a chemical for you. Maybe call your doctor and ask for a blood test??? Xxx

@TheCakeIsALie18 I've just started taking them. Took one this morning and feel like the line should be much darker for 14dpo feel like I need to prepare myself for the worst. Line on cheapies also doesn't seem to be any darker this morning.

@Maxime34 hey lovely I've been crampy too, I follow the "Babies due April 2023" thread and they even have a Facebook page. Pretty much every lady has said they have cramps and that's it's totally normal and can be a good sign (as long as not with blood) as it means the baby is probably burrowed in! I was panicking too but seems like 8/10 women get them! ❤️

@Maxime34 are you doing normal tests as well as digital? So you can see if the line is progressing? I hope everything will be fine for you. Try and stay positive ❤️ xx

Thanks so much ladies 😘 I've been feeling super crampy today which is making me nervous. I can't remember feeling like this last time so don't really know what's normal. No bleeding which is the main thing but still very unsettling. Fingers crossed.

@xttcbabyno1x yeah I'm trying to stay positive. Trying to pull up any positive tidbits I can haha. Like darkening lines for example lol. It's nice to hopefully have someone to go on this journey with ❤️❤️ xxx

@xttcbabyno1x 🤣🤣 he would say they look fine as they're getting bigger haha. I don't have much in the way of boobs so I'm looking forward to a little growth haha.

I'm going to wait until I get to 5 weeks, as long as tests are still looking good then I'll book an early scan and get my first MW appointment booked. May wait until I'm 6 weeks before I book with the MW though. I'm so nervous it's all just going to end xxx

@TheCakeIsALie18 my boyfriend says they look fine, but the actual nipple is bigger and makes me gag 😂 !

My nausea is when I'm hungry too! It's like feed me I'm hungry, seems like a common problem! You having any cramps? That's amazing news !! Roll on a week tomorrow for my 6 week scan, once I've been to that hopefully I will calm a little!

@xttcbabyno1x lol I'm sure your boobs look fine 😅 that made me chuckle sorry haha. I'm alright. I get a blast of nausea about 15 minutes after waking up, before I get out of bed lol just as I start to feel hungry and the underside of my boobs has started hurting. Right where they join my rib cage. A tad uncomfortable! I'm sorry you're still struggling with insomnia. I'm having a similar problem at the moment. I saw 2am, 3am, 4am, and 5am last night haha. Then slept till 6.50 😅

Eeek I'm glad your line is super dark now. Mine is definitely darker today on FRER. I reckon mine will be the same as the control line in 3 or 4 days maybe? Probably by the time I'm 5 weeks funnily enough haha.

@Greymalkin12 thank you. I'm trying really hard to think positively! oh I'm sorry for your losses ❤️ I've got everything crossed for you and hopefully AF won't rear her ugly head and you get the BFP you deserve 🥰🤞🏻 are you going to test regularly on the run up at AF and have you felt any what could be implantation cramps? xxx

@TheCakeIsALie18 aww thank you for the welcome. AF due on Tuesday I think. Congrats on the BFP and all the best for getting through the early days. I am hoping to be pregnant for the sixth time (I have one child) but this is the first cycle I've done SMEP, used the ovulation sticks, gone for more expensive supplements etc basically whatever I could think of so am very invested in this cycle! I think I may have implanted quite late so as you say any BFP might be quite late. Good luck to everyone and best of luck to those waiting for the next cycle xxx

@TheCakeIsALie18 Gooood morning you!! I'm alright thank you! Still got insomnia, was up at 4 today, feel a bit sick when I first wake up and having some cramping! also weirdly can't look at my boobs without feeling sick 😂 I took a test again this morning and my test line is now darker than the control line, 15dpo / 5 weeks today so hoping I get a proper dye stealer soon!!

Wohooo I'm glad your tests are getting darker! i would have thought so yes lovely, I've seen with a lot of chemicals the line doesn't really progress so yours sounds really good 💕 how are you feeling, any symptoms? Xxx

@eleveneleven11 ooooff! That's rough haha. Well at least with them not arriving till then you have to hold off testing haha. Makes the will power a little easier to keep lol.

@Greymalkin12 heyy! Welcome! Ita never too late to join. I love how active this group is even those that have their BFPs are still around! I've got my fingers crossed for you! When is AF due? You could still get a BFP as late as 17th dpo if you didn't implant until 12dpo. ❤️❤️🤞🏻🤞🏻

@xttcbabyno1x morning lovely. How are you doing today? You getting many symptoms? This mornings test came through in about 2 minutes and is much stronger today. I'm trying to be positive... because with my CP I started spotting at 5 weeks exactly so surely that meant the pregnancy stopped progressing from the 4 week mark? And the fact that my lines are still progressing is a good sign? What do you think? I'm trying to find any way I can to ease my mind xxx

maybe tuesday next week. i'll wait longer if i can. i have FRERs on order but they aren't due to arrive until the same day my period is 🤣 so that's slightly torturous!
