Cd 1 - mid/end August testers

Hey all 👋

AF arrived last night so we are officially on cycle 2 of ttc #4 🥰

Arrived a week late but think this is due to mirena coil removal and my body sorting itself out.

Fertile days are expected from August 10th, probably testing from the 20th with AF due again on the 27th!

Anyone cycle buddies testing mid to end of August 😁

@Olearia I did test at 8DPO and I got a BFP 😍 I've done a few tests since then and my line hasn't progressed much if at all I even had one test on FMU at 10dpo which looked negative but for the faintest of lines but did another on SMU and it looked similar to the 9dpo. AF is due today at 11dpo I haven't tested today as I've got one more test going to do it in the morning and then stop driving myself insane 😂 AF hasn't shown and doesn't feel like she's going to either 🤞🏼

@mummatara I agree and me too!! So I'm so glad I've started tracking ☺️ thanks lovely and to you too!! I'm not sure yet, I'd like to start at 10dpo but I also just want to wait and see if AF turns up xx not sure I can face seeing negative tests every day xx

@xttcbabyno1x I think once you start tracking it gives you the best chance possible I was amazed and still am how much my ovulation day varies over previous cycles it can range by a margin of about 6 days 😳 that might just be me though 😂 sending you lots of baby dust 💕 will you test early?

@mummatara so we've stopped using protection for 3 cycles prior to this :) for this cycle tracked ovulation, so technically cycle 4 but this one is tracked, praying this is our month xx

I'm cycle 1 after a MMC. I fell on cycle 2 with my first and the second pregnancy was a happy surprise which sadly didn't have a happy ending but I'm hoping we can

Yeah one step i bulk bought them off ebay as back ups lol we have dtd for the past 3 nights hopefully its our month 🤞

@NatalieSF yes I would say positive the test line looks darker than the control you better get busy 🤣 I'm 6DPO today the TWW is so boring 🙄 af due Sunday

I had the same idea and did a strip opk. Pretty sure this is positive but correct me if I'm wrong.

How is everyone else getting on?

@NatalieSF oh exciting better get BD 😂 out of interest have you done a strip opk to go alongside the CB? I find it hard to go by the apps even though mine has a lot of data in it I seem to ovulate at different times each month so it's really hard for it to pin point ovulation and fertile window. If I had listened to it this cycle i would have prob been out I ovulated 4 days earlier than it said I would.

@NatalieSF Noo lovely if it's just a static face (not moving) it means you're ovulating soon that's basically your peak!! Get DTD!! Xxx

@NatalieSF you have to use the CB digitals every day so first test is a baseline and it measures your tests after that against your first. When you get a flashing smiley it's detected a rise in your oestrogen hormone and a static detects your LH surge I had a flashing smiley for 8 days it was hell 😂 they say one you get a flashing to test twice a day but I only did that when my strip opk looked like it was getting close to being peak.

The whole thing confuses me haha thank you..so my opk this morning was a smiley but app says not fertile till next week so glad I started using them lol so I just test every day now till it flashes?
