July SMEP - anyone joining?

I’m on CD6. Starting SMEP for the first time in 2 days. Anyone else? Let’s encourage and support each other. 😀

@EdinburghGirl1 the positive OPK means you should OV in the next 24-48 hours so that would put you CD11-12 for OV. That’s not really too early. I would say get in the sack and keep at it daily for the next 6-7 days if you can. Xxx

So just got my peak OPK today on CD10 which is much earlier than I thought but as I'm not long off the pill that's maybe why. Glad I started testing early and glad it's not later than I thought meaning more time to wait. BD last night but now at the 3 days in a row part so will be 4 days in a row. My OH won't know what's hit him Smile he's out at the football tonight so will have to jump on him when he gets back lol

I will wait a bit though to also get that solid pink line but wow o wow! All that SMEPping, tracking, DTDing really works! I also took vitamins and laid on my back for 5-10 means after sex for anyone else out there trying to conceive. 😘🥰

@Baby3herewego My app says 9DPO…not sure hows it’s recalculated. Anyway…let the fun begin! All of a sudden I’m scared. First time mama issues lol

Eeeeeeeeppppp 10dpo. Faint but there and pink and popped up right away!!! Going to get a digital after the school run and will test again with that. Is it the one that shows the weeks that picks up lower amounts? @Blessedmummytobe

Ooo sounds just like what I had. The sharp shock, almost an electric feeling for a few seconds.

I feel like we may both be getting the beautiful BFP’s!!

are any of these symptoms normal before AF?

I’m still feeling nauseous. Not too bad. I had a sharp shock before. That only lasted a few seconds if that.

If you want to test you should. It’s sounding very positive for you!

I have a couple of FRER at home for tomorrow.

stuck in a car?!? For 6 hours?!? In this heat?!? I do not envy you! I hope your keeping hydrated.

@Blessedmummytobe how have you been today. I’m having some stabbing feelings in my hips and back and the biggest urge to test but can’t as I’m stuck in a car for the next 6 hours to collect something so won’t be home till about 1-2am

@Baby3herewego apparently a year ago it was at way over 1000.
Thursdays test is around 700. I’m not even sure what range it should be however my nipples aren’t leaking and my periods are regular and I believe I am ovulating so that’s why I’m not too worried. I was a bit stressed and I know that can make it rise.

@Baby3herewego i feel ok. Felt a bit nauseous this morning. Also got blood results back. Prolactin is a bit high. Staying positive though.
