DH had the snip about 9 years ago.

I am 36.

Very regular periods.

I am 10 days late.

5 days ago I thought I was starting because I had brown discharge. That carried on a couple of days and has now stopped.

I've had soft cramps for about a week but nothing starts.

I know it's completely ridiculous of me to think pregnancy but it's very much like my pregnancies!

I also usually have sore boobs before my period but not got that.

I feel ridiculous spending money on a test when my husband is sterile of 9 yrs.

If you’re ten days late for your period there is no way that’s positive.
It’s quite trolly of the other people saying “line” IMO. You only have to read a few conception threads and have a basic knowledge of the female cycle to know that’s very probably a negative test.

Looks like a line to me OP. My negatives are always crystal clear and any sign of a line is usually me pregnant. Guess you'll find out in a few days when you retest and do it with a morning sample

If you are 10 days late I would expect a much clearer, darker line.

You waited 10 mins to read. Most tests say not to look at any changes after 3 mins.

Test again tomorrow but I would assume an evap line.

Yes if you were at the point where your boobs were hurting I would expect to see a stronger line than that.

It does look to have a pinkish colour to it so I wouldn't like to call it either way tbh.

As the poster upthread said - spend another £10 and buy a clear blue with words, I hope you get the result you want op .

That's a very very faint line yea surely it would be darker than that , I would go and buy another test . But surely if he had the snip that long ago you just can't be !

Nah all my negative tests have looked like that. You can see where a line would be before you even take a test. The ones I’ve taken at least! Deffo get one of the ones that uses words not lines.

I would do another test in the morning with FMU but that does look like a line to me!

OP I would buy a more expensive test and check again in the morning. The first wee after you get up has more hormones I think. Good Luck.

@NahNoWay I’m in a similar situation, came off my pill and was using ovulation sticks and have messed up, and I haven’t a clue what I’m gonna do, I have two children already so the thought scares me but not sure 🤔

I guess you need to test and go from there :)

I'd be devastated honestly, the thought of another kid is very stressful.

But then ilI think of my babies when they were small and melt a little.
