Implantation bleed, experience please 🙏 😊

Anyone experienced a light bleed that lasted shorter than a day, only when wiped I had small amount of pinkish reddish blood, not when peeing or anything sorry for the tmi, I am due my period within the next week did a preg test and was negative, never had a short small bleed before but actively Ttc, cramps very minimal, I’m on the TWW just wondering anyone else’s experiences after reading it is more common than people think, does anyone know to digest when to take another test, hoping for some positive feedback, thank you 😊

@LT1234 hiya have you took a test? This happened to me in January no normal symptoms, I hadn’t caught my peak yet and had 2 day bleed which didn’t flow like my normal period.. I had app with doctors and blood test few days later which confirmed I had ovulated so they
put the bleed down to being a period xx

Hoping someone is still active on this. I’ve had a 2 day bleed around when my period is due. It didn’t flow like normal. Started off brown and turned red but a few clots 🙈 so the clots have me worrying ?! But my periods are always 5 days min. Sore boobs are no more. But feeling so so sick

@Wonderwheremykeysare Well I would be at CD33 today if that light bleed was implantation but if not and it was my AF then today would be CD10 for ovulation test but that means my AF came 4 days earlier..x

What day in your cycle are you now? Have you possibly ovulated twice this cycle?

Hiii following on from my light bleed last week I decided to take a pregnancy test on Wednesday which came back negative.. I’ve started testing again using the clear blue digital ovulation sticks and yesterday had a flashy face and today a static face for peak fertility.. although really confused as I felt really nauseous yesterday so took another pregnancy test at same time as ovulation stick today.. showed negative within first minute or so I’ve put it down just assuming I’m negative and ovulating again to then come back a few hours later to find this?

Is it possible for peak fertility to show on ovulation stick and be pregnant at same time due to surge in hormones? Or possible evaporation lines? Will test again tomorrow morning just so confused x

I had light pink implantation bleeding for a day or two. Turns out I was pregnant with my now 4 year old. Fingers crossed for you!

Both my previous pregnancies have been heavy, bright red and resembled short periods for me 3-4 days pink and red then brown. I've also spotted mostly up to 16 weeks with both of mine.

Thought I was out this month as AF arrived bang on time but then stopped after a few days but BFP this morning 15DPO. So hopefully all ok and normal for me.

Had tinyish speck of pinkish brown blob. Barely anything. It was only because I had a little cramp and was very very aware of the timeline that I knew what it was.

@ChloeN no not yet, I’m literally trying to hold out, having mild cramps and not bled since, it’s all I have been thinking about though! Eek you reckon you will hold out till Sunday? Sending luck your way please keep me updated! X

Hi I feel like I’m currently in the same boat. I’m 7 days away from AF, and had some spotting today and had mild cramps starting yesterday. Never had bleeding so early, but it’s driving me crazy now, think I’ll wait until Monday to test…fingers crossed for you!

@Kber30 well they say you can do it within a day or so but may not show for up to 4/5 days depends on your own HCG levels so i would wait until about 4 days after and try again with an FRER? I remember years ago when I got pregnant when I was young I had implantation signs, but it was a speck of pink blood, then mild lower back ache and lower tummy twinges... sore boobs wtf didn't come until about 6 weeks. X

How long after your implantation bleed did you do a test? I did do one a couple days ago and it was negative so I may leave it another week before testing again to eliminate a period, but even still I don’t feel like my period is on its way, I had breast tenderness and back ache with my little girl 8 years ago but I was 5 weeks plus by then I can’t remember earlier symptoms at all. X

@Kber30 what your describing is exactly what I had last cycle to the T!! And I was pregnant so I really hope you are!! It was the only months I had no sore boobs... a lot of people say lack of symptoms is actually a sign for them!

@ChloeN It’s really hard not to get hopes up but fingers crossed, are you getting any other symptoms? It’s so hard not testing every day I know longer I leave it the better though, hoping for our positives very shortly x

@Angie2018 I’ve never experienced this before with the bleed, haven’t bled since, I do have an 8 year old daughter I’ve not had any other symptoms, sore breasts sickness or anything but maybe it’s just a little early, I bled for not even a day, just when I wiped a couple times
that was it. I’m sorry to hear about your chemical pregnancy x

@Kber30 yea I had exactly this last cycle and it was implantation spotting & cramping at the same time as you. Mine ended up being a chemical pregnancy however what you are experiencing is very normal and is expected with a healthy pregnancy! Good luck!

With my first pregnancy I had implantation bleeding which then continued in varying degrees. Unfortunately mine was also painful and I went on to miscarry. Now 27 weeks with second pregnancy and I had one short episode of spotting as you described around 10/11 dpo (I got a positive test at 9dpo) Which was painless and settled very quickly.
