TTC after Miscarriage Thread 8

Sorry to hear AF is on her way for some of you. Hopefully she's just sending out false signals and you'll gets your BFPs instead!
AF arrived today for me, which is a good thing, means my cycle might finally be back to normal after MC in March, with a 14 day luteal phase too, longer than before! Hoping my CERM results are in in time to catch the next ovulation (if it's negative anyway!) so I'll be joining you all soon in the TWWs 🤞🏼 xx

@curliegirlie if u go below the cover line does that mean you're out? I definitely didn't get a BFP till after 11DPO if that helps? x

@Cegbee I know how you feel, have told DH he’s not allowed away whenever I’m ovulating!

I'm 11DPO so it would clearly show up on a FRER if it was going to.

My temps aren't quite below my cover line yet, but definitely heading that way...

@curliegirlie how many DPO are u lovely?? I'm not a 'temper' I think that'd send me over the edge tbh so not too sure how they work xx

BFN at 12DPO today, expecting AF on Sunday. Onto the next month. My DH said yesterday i should put my fertile window in our shared Google calendar- the romance! Already fed up of TTC and only on 2nd cycle after MC.

I’m convinced I’m out now. This morning’s BBT was 36.51, negative IC and because I’m clearly a woman obsessed, I did one of the FRERs that I ordered when I was feeling more optimistic about yesterday morning’s test - also a pretty clear BFN I think.

I know I’m only a very few months in, but it’s a bit depressing when hearing how easily some people sometimes have it. When I first found out about my surprise in March, I was chatting to my two best friends about how long our kids had taken: one, although had taken a couple of years or more to conceive her first (IVF), her second was second cycle following a CP; the other friend had taken two and three cycles. It would just be nice for it to be my turn to have the quick and easy TTC journey for once, especially with time ticking on 🤷‍♀️

@curliegirlie have you taken anymore?! I’m holding off I think…unsure what to think.

I think I finally O'd yesterday though it was a painful one so we couldn't DTD which has me worried :/ We had done for the previous six days though. Should be able to manage one more tonight. Hopefully we've done enough to at least have a chance this month.

Thing is, I remember after the MC when the ICs still were showing squinters at all times of day a week and a half after my bloods had shown my HCG was 27 🤷‍♀️. But you're right, the combo of tomorrow's bbt and a test should give me a better idea...

I’m certain mine has to be an indent too. I’m not testing until AF is late. Stupid tests 😩😂

off on holiday tomorrow so will update you all in a few days time

@theblueflowers awh I'm so sorry. It's so hard being around other people who are either pregnant or have children. Hopefully the dip isn't significant and AF stays away.

@mooneagle you defo can have lingering residual HCG and still ovulate. My 1st pregnancy was a mmc and it took me 3 months for the tests to finally run clear but during that time, my cycles were regular and I ovulated as usual. Unless your test was a blazing positive, I found my lh strips were largely unaffected by HCG (I think it's when there is a lot in your system that it affects lh strips) so I'm guessing O is on her way.

I completely understand @Indianna2006 having also got a squinter/indent that wouldn't be anywhere near so hard to judge if I'd waited until tomorrow or the weekend. A tentative fingers crossed! I definitely see yours though and it has colour 😊

@theblueflowers well I failed to wait. Tested this morning 10dpo.

feel like it perhaps has a squinter. But telling myself it’s an evap. An also from lines last month which then faded away. Don’t know what to think anymore.

ugh why oh why. It’s too early I know. Should have waited!!

I had a dip in my temperature this morning. I've been trying to kid myself that it's not been steadily going down the last few days. I'm going to save myself the heartache of a test and wait till AF arrives.

Going to a christening this weekend where DH is godfather. We will be the only couple without a child or pregnant.
