@Peonies94 thanks, staying positive that the high dose will work! Also that's an impressive hcg result!!!

Interestingly I've had a static smiley on CB and OPKs are rising this morning which doesn't make sense... she did say the was one follicle she could see but said my lining was thin and it wasn't a big enough follicle to be ovulating soon so who knows what's going on!

@theblueflowers that's frustrating, it could be the metformin. I'm very impressed with your dedication to DTD!! Not surprised you're exhausted 🤣🤣

Morning!

This cycle is so frustrating! I'm ignoring the ovulation window because my temps are going down now. I had what I thought was a peak OPK on Sunday, but I'm still getting really high readings on them when normally they drop right down after ovulation, so I just don't know what to think. Could be the metaformin playing with me?

I know I need to be patient, and am hoping last nights temp was my dip before ovulation rise, but the uncertainty of it all is stressing me out. We were trying SMEP but because I kept thinking I was getting a peak we've DTD so many days in a row that I'm getting sick of it 😂

Haha it can vary so so much, I freaked myself out over levels and wish I hadn't! Mine didn't double in 24 hours onlt rose 1200 but they say a scan is much more reliable, and all was well on that so hoping it is!

High hcg levels like yours can indicate twins 😆😆😆

@Moosh18 i wasn’t sure if it was really high or normal! Ohh gosh! 👀I googled it and it seems within normal range, but in the higher side! I could be 1 or two days later than that, but no more than thst!

Yeah! Mine was 40,000 and I’m 5 +6! I was wondering if that seemed normal! It’s within the normal range according to Google, as there was a huge variation between the lowest/highest for 6 weeks! My scan is now on Wednesday! It’s been moved a little, but they seem less concerned as the pain hasn’t worsened just stayed the same!

@Loz365 oh no I'm sorry! They did this to my friend too, they put her on too lower dose and it had little impact :( the upped it the next month and it worked though I know that isn't much consolation now xx

Repeat scan today wasn't good, not much change from Thursday so they've said I definitely haven't responded to the letrozole. They want me to increase the dose next cycle in the hope that will work.
Now to continue monitoring for ovulation at home and hoping it'll still happen! CD17 today, last month OvuSense confirmed it on CD24 so hopefully it'll be similar this month 🤞
Pretty gutted the medication didn't work though 😢

@Loz365 soery I’m not sure my message made sense! It could still be ectopic, but I feel a little better and they’re thinking more towards it not being, but they’re not too sure!

@LuckyMoonstone sorry to hear af has arrived 😪 i find it more upsetting each month. Especially because I'm hormonal on my period, it's like an extra smack in the face 😞

@Peonies94 oh my gosh!! So glad it's not an ectopic, hopefully they'll find out what it is and it isn't anything too serious 🤞

Not much to see on my chart yet but had flashing smileys on CB yesterday and today. And cheapie OPK has gone up to 0.53 so really hopefully they see something on my ultrasound tomorrow 🤞🤞

@Moosh18 so the hospital I went to didn’t have facilities to scan me! I’ve had an ecg and some bloods done and I’m going back tomorrow to another hospital for a scan! Will keep you updated! I feel a little reassured now though that it’s not ectopic and hopefully something else 🤞 though! I am nervous but feel slightly better! What a day! I’ve been here since 10am! Finally driving home!

@Moosh18 dizzyness and fainting, and then pains to the lower right side, and then like a shooting pain up my arm. My blood pressure is going really low, causing the fainting! I’m also having really intense stomach cramps where I’m needing to curl into a ball, they’re lasting about 30 minutes and hour and then disappearing! I’ve had them for almost a week but getting worse as days go by!

aww no.. hope you feel better soon with the sickness bug ❤️

@Peonies94 oh nooo! Are they going to scan you to check for ectopic? I went so so dizzy so often at your stage I hope it's nothing! What types of pains are you having?

Husband and I both have the absolute worst sickness bug we've ever had, I'm praying it doesn't effect baby.

@LuckyMoonstone I'm so sorry you've come on! I know that heartbreak well! It definitely helps when you have other things to keep you focused this month! You never know either the one month we had so much on I wasn't thinking about pregnancy (for once) was the one month I got pregnant!

@RMS0209 you are past the worst of the TWW! Hopefully can start symptom spotting!!!

@RMS0209 thats good! Almost through week one already! It’s good that ovusense takes a few days to confirm, as you then get further ahead without realising!!

im currently in a&e, had some intense pains again but they’ve been getting worse. I’ve also been having lots of dizzyness and some of ther symptoms, and my blood pressure is going really low when standing (Just had that tested) they went through all the symptoms of ectopic, and apparently a few of those are them. They weren’t too concerned but are with the blood pressure so they’ve giving me an ecg and a few other tests now!
