Testing around 21st May

@ttc#2 having stared into two starkly negative FRERs of mine the last couple of days I can definitely see a line in yours! Tentative congratulations!

I also couldn’t wait and did a test which was BFN (8dpo), annoyed at myself as I know it’s too early but also now feel disappointed!! I have another test arriving from Amazon on Thursday or Friday lol!

What does everyone think though? I feel like I can see a hint of a line 🤞

Can I join? First cycle properly ttc #2 after stopping breastfeeding - I haven't had a period yet but based on CM I think I know where I am in my cycle, and expecting AF around the 21st.

Think I ovulated around the 7th, but didn't have any OPKs - it's all a guessing game this month! I'm holding out on testing until the weekend. Probably.

@WednesdayStar4 same! Although I have woken up today feeling like all of my ‘symptoms’ have gone so definitely think it might have been in my head. Going to try and wait to test so I don’t feel disappointed too soon.

Wahoo, made it to 8dpo without testing, not sure I’ll last much longer though! 🫠

Getting quite bad lower back ache now so not optimistic for this month anymore, but I'll still test tomorrow 10dpo with a cheapie because I have no self control, period due thurs but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a day early with the pains I've got and my usual pre period cramping

@Tropicana1 I enjoy your level of commitment to POAS! I am so the same. I can shamefully admit I wasted a FRER on like 4/5dpo, I was even telling myself I was mental while I did it!!

I am not the person to ask I'm 9dpo and have already wasted 2 FRER and about 5 cheapies 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

My period is due on the 22nd so I'm trying to hold out from testing until 21st 😬
I did do a cheapie this morning which was negative. (Obviously) Have had really irregular periods recently and haven't tracked my ovulation just had loads of sex every other day for ages to hopefully catch it 😂 trying to avoid spending anymore money on tests until the 21st 😂

@WednesdayStar4 I know it’s so hard, I’d love to wait until period is due but I know that won’t happen. Going to try and hold out until at least 11dpo but I know I’m kidding myself saying this lol!

I have no self control either! It’s so hard! I planned to test Saturday, but I’ve decided now I’m just going to do Friday instead! Trying to convince myself it’s only 3 more mornings of no testing and then I can test!

I could have written this! I’m also currently 7dpo and I have two FRERs in the bathroom cupboard calling my name

I just know it would be a BFN though then I’d be annoyed at myself for wasting money!

I really want to hold out until AF day because I don’t want to have to deal with the disappointment of BFNs but I am weak!

So I was planning to test on Saturday which will be 12dpo, but Saturday feels sooooo long away. Would I be mad to test in the morning with FMU and a FRER on day 8? It’s in my bedside drawer burning a whole into my brain. I am using all my might not to touch it lol. I’ve also done another Amazon order with a clear blue digital arriving on thurs / fri (10dpo /11dpo).

I am 7 dpo today and feel tired, still a bit crampy and just generally off. Again though there are many other reasons I could be feeling like this and it’s unlikely it would even be pregnancy related at 7dpo isn’t it?!?? Arrgh.

I’ve decided I must be going mad and all of the symptoms are in my head until I am vindicated by a BFP 😂
Nooooo- don’t do anymore yet. Well, until the morning at least. Are Sainsbury’s not reliable? My preferred one is the clear blue that just makes it suitable for idiots with pregnant/not pregnant and no squinting but not when I’m being obsessive as they are a waste of money.

@ZazuMoon i tested this morning too and got a BFN (9DPO) I seem to have lost my message I thought I wrote about it this morning so apologies if I'm repeating myself 😂
Thought I could see a shadow on a cheapie so wasted another FRER.
The obsession is real, I just almost bought a shit sainsburys one to do on my lunch break at work because I've felt so lightheaded and a bit nauseous but managed to talk myself down from the ledge 😂 maybe I'm just coming down with a bug

I think it’s easier to be cool as a cucumber when you have one (pretty easy) job to do and then not have to incubate and grow another human 😁
I also tested this morning at 9/10 dpo and BFN. I’ll just carry on having all of these symptoms then 🤷🏼‍♀️ The FRERs arrived earlier than I thought and I couldn’t resist, even though I had planned to wait until at least Wed/Thurs. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m going to jump on your bandwagon! I’m actually 13 DPO, and AF was due 3 days go but no BFP yet. I think I had an implantation dip 4 days ago though, so I’m going to try and hold off testing until Friday (lol!). This TTC makes you obsessive doesn’t it?

DH keeps saying “let’s wait and see” cool as a cucumber, but it’s all I’m thinking about! Fingers crossed for us all x

@ZazuMoon I know longest 100 days but also had some 60 days, a few 48-52 and so on! I have tried a combo of different things but not those, but I have had 2 normal length cycles so trying vitamin b6 for LP this month and I’m going to try vit c also added to the list next month!
