Hoping for BFP in June!

Hey all! 8dpo today and did first test today which was obviously negative. I really don't feel that we are in with a shot this month as we only dtd once the night before ovulation as I had to travel for work the day of. I am having really really weird dreams the last two nights and today I am experiencing exhaustion like I have never felt in my life. I'm obviously hoping it's BFP but not expecting at the same time! How is everyone else doing?

Holiday booked for May next year! So even if I don't manage to conceive by then at least there's something to look forward to!

I am TTC #1, on cycle day 22 and 8th day of flashing smileys 😩 Partner has been away since weds and won't be back until the 8th so looks like I missed my chance. Fingers crossed for my next cycle 🤞

Cd18 and got my peak yesterday so counting today as ovulation day. Af should be due 14th June! This is cycle 1 ttc #3 🤭

Hi all! I took a break from Mumsnet and everything digital around TTC, but now I'm back. TTC #1 since over a year now. Had a CP last year and an ectopic last summer, nothing since. Had all the tests, remaining tube looks fine (had a hsg two weeks ago), DH sperm has a bit of a low motility but nothing to worry about. So... Either my tube is especially lazy or we just had bad luck.
I'm 1 or 2dpo now, let's see what this month will hold for us.

@BabyBx it depends, but I try to make sure to BD at least once or twice in the days leading up to a positive OPK, on said day and one or two days after. I also tried the SMEP before, that resulted in a pregnancy :)

Can I join? Re joining mumsnet after a pause just to mainly follow this forum. TTC baby no 3. First go this month feel like my age (39) might be against it being as quick this time as it was with my other two who are 8 and 5 now! Trying to learn all the ins and outs of tracking ovulation etc. Wishing everyone the best of luck.

Me and my partner did the deed 4 days before ovulation and then on the day, how often have you all been having sex?

@kizzy97 it's really hard to relax isn't it, I had a mmc at 12 weeks in Feb and I have cried everytime my period has come it's just been awful. I just keep thinking I'm lucky to already have a child and when it's meant to be it will happen. I can't miss out on time with my child who's already here because I'm constantly obsessing about ttc! Xx

@mummyofrb that's what I've been trying to these last couple of cycles and I've managed to get myself somewhat relaxed in the tww and not think about it so much but then tor some reason it's started hitting me even harder when af comes! Hopefully this will be our month 🤞

@kizzy97 aw I felt the same when af came I'm almost in ov week now just trying not to focus too much on cycle days symptom spotting etc this month and go with the flow abit more! Xx

Hi! Hopping on from the May thread as af hit me like a ton of bricks yesterday 😭 had a mope on yesterday and today, will have some wine tonight and then crack back on after af finishes

Ttc #2 and been trying since October, had my implant out in July so just trying to tell and remind myself of the nurse telling me it can take up to a year after having it out to conceive

It baffles my brain how people get pregnant from a one night stand while using a condom and taking the pill. Hope you have better luck next month 🤞
We're giving the sperm meets egg method a go this month. Scheduled sex is probably the absolute least sexy thing ever, especially with the Clear Blue lube inserter device 😵🤣 the things we do! Will let you know if we have any luck with it next month... only on CD12 and I usually don't ovulate until around day 18/19 so we've a while to go yet!

Hopping onto this one as finishing AF nice, which is always a delight.
Don't think I've got a chance this month as I ovulate on a Saturday according to apps but fly home on my own from holiday on the Friday so can only be the days before.
Hopefully my doctor can refer me further tests/help this month as the next referral stage said I had to wait a year from my previous miscarriage which was the 1st June. Trying to keep positive but its so hard, had my best friends sister in law annouce her pregnancy which I'm happy for her but it's that stab of why not me. Then my sisters now trying so I'm thinking oh god she's going to get her BFP before me. It's all so emotionally draining don't ya think.
Hoping June is the big push for all of us xxxx

Can I join? CD11 today and opks getting stronger. I'd say it will peak this weekend. Had quite a bad chemical last month and bleeding lasted 9 days, keeping everything crossed for this month

Hi, coming over from the May thread, I'm CD1 today, AF was a couple of days late. I'm currently cycle #4 following an ectopic in Dec ttc #2, I have a DS aged 2. It took 2 years to conceive him. My cycles have been a little all over the place since the ectopic. 🤞 this is the month for all of us.

AF symptoms have come crashing in, I think I’ll come on in the next day or two. Just want it out the way now so we can crack on with cycle 2!

Hey all! I'm just starting cycle 2 of ttc, last month was our first month trying and I did a dodgy test which gave a false positive and totally messed with my head... this month I refuse to become so obsessive.

I must have spent about €150 on tests and lubes and opks and all sorts of rubbish which is now at the bottom of the bin. Next month I'm gonna track ovulation, but not test until I'm at least 14dpo. This is all easier said than done...🤣

I've learned so much from these forums, I'm a teacher (and the trained sex Ed teacher in the school!) And knew NOTHING about how long it takes and how low the chances of conceiving are each month!

Best of luck for next month... some of us will have our BFPs next month and we don't even know yet 😁
