TTC and cycle 3 but already getting disheartened each time AF appears. Ordered ovulation tests and resting ahead of possible ovulation next weekend (according to apps).

However, today is Saturday and Husband has just tested positive for covid, feels like it's a cold atm. I have tested negative. Unsure if we should still DTD.

Conscious next month he's away when I'm due to ovulate.

Found lots online about vaccinations and conceiving but not DTD whilst one person is positive

I had covid last month right when I was ovulating. Was gutted to have missed that month but my partner was self isolating from me ! I was pretty much shut in one room for 7days !!

@doiordonti22

There’s been a few threads on here and essentially the only risk when DTD is the risk that the positive partner might pass it to the negative partner. There is absolutely nothing in the research to indicate any risk whatsoever apart from that. I believe previous threads have recommended doggy style or woman on top in order to minimise close contact! Have fun Wink
Thank you! I couldnt find anything but would hate to put any risk to a potential baby.

Hoping I stay negative and his positive clears soon.
