Hoping for BFP in May

Could do with a bit of a handhold today!! I know I'm definitely out for May, BFN and AF symptoms today.

I had a miscarriage in March, found out a colleague was pregnant the exact same time. She's announced her pregnancy to the whole office today and everyone's so cheery and celebrating - I am of course happy for her but I feel so sad and emotional because I should be announcing mine this week too.

TTC just feels like such a hard journey especially today 

I’m imagining things aren’t I 😞 does anyone ever do that thing where they stare for so long the line vanishes then it comes back next time you look?

Currently on CD13 and DTD today after a CB static smiley. Will continue trying during peak and we’ll just have to see if it sticks! AF is due 27th May. Would be nice to end the month on a positive, literally and figuratively!

My apps are now all assuming ovulation will be tomorrow so I guess I'll go with that!

Another faint for me today. Shouldn't have tested as now I'm worrying 😬

I think this is my proper peak now, I posted wrong one a min ago! It's darker than yesterdays! CD18, just unsure if I'll ovulate today or tomorrow now 🤔

I have to be honest this was cycle 1 for me so I don’t feel I have the right to complain really - especially as we dtd only once anywhere near ovulation. We were lucky enough to conceive DD on cycle 1, so I think I got complacent. Ah well - time to step up our efforts next cycle! And a February baby would be better for a few reasons so I’m telling myself that… I hope you’re okay April, how long have you been trying can I ask?

@Organictangerine it's heartbreaking isn't it. I know we are all in the same boat but it's so hard going through it every month.

I feel the same, even if it was positive it would be faint and I would be worrying all the way to period due date. I really should just wait to be a day late & get a nice line (hopefully) 😔

9dpo and I caved and did a test. I've never done one before AF due but I felt some pinching and some cramping a couple of days ago. I know it's super early but BFN and now I wish I never did one.

Ooh yay!! I tested again before bed last night and it was still very dark, not done one this morning yet but my temp only slightly increased. Yesterday was 36.15 today 36.23 but I did it twice as first time came up 36.08 but I took it out just before it beeped so think I messed it up, they've been out of whack with me having covid! But it's still a really low temp compared to my normal during the cycle. So I'd hope today is ovulation today or at a push yesterday was. I'll see if they start spiking up I guess! And I'll do a test before I go to work around 9am and see if it's started to fizzle out.

Apps are now pushing my AF back a few days due to ovulating this late but knowing me I'll be testing from 10DPO 🙈

@MissBlue93 we are cycle twins! I have finally got my positive ovulation test this morning. I’m cycle day 20 so super late but had a missed miscarriage and surgery in March so still messed up from that.

fingers crossed for us both! Feel like we will be the last ones in this group testing as 2WW won’t be til end of the month now!

I think it must of been peak as I've done one now and within 4 hours it's started to fade out again 🤪 BD tonight it is then 😂

@Hopefulprincess @LemonZestDribbles thanks so much ladies🤞🤞 for us all this month I am determined not to test again until Thursday now!! I am just constantly winding myself up about it! In my previous pregnancies with my daughter and my mc I just missed a period and that was how I knew!! The blissful days of not counting dpo!!

You too 💙💙 I just looked back and I had cramps and boob tingles this day and tomorrow when I had chemicals and verrrry faint positives so 🤞 Iv got frers turned up today but don’t want to trust them 🙁 p.s there’s always hope till af shows ! Most get bfp 12/13 dpo :)

@mummyofrb it’s the temptation 😫 however if your 10dpo that’s defo a good start point if you can’t hold off . Why is it so addicting to see the tests soaking up wee then spending ages staring at it 🤣

Soooooo just did the school run and loads of cramping and tingly boobs going on . Trying not to overthink it trying trying il probably test tonight and in the morning knowing me 🙄

@LemonZestDribbles I caved today aswell and tested on a cheapie 4 days before af due I knew it would be negative I don't know why I did it!! Still needing a wee more than usual but that's only symptom. Fingers crossed we both just tested too early!!

I'm CD17 on a 28 day cycle so it's later than I thought it would be! Just wondering what to expect with my BBT as it dropped today so can't imagine it'll drop tomorrow again surely!
