@bunnykins123 so I had my peak yesterday evening and dropped back down to 0.6 this morning which I kinda expected. However I’ve had a massive temp drop overnight 😕 but I heard this happens on the day of ovulation? And the actual rise that you’re meant to look for happens after? So basically i need my temp to go back up tonight or god knows what’s happening 😬 pic attached showing the drop (I don’t think the blue shaded area showing ovulation is accurate if it’s only happening today)

@My2boysaremyworld Hi I'm in the same position as you except this is my second period since my mc, period ended on 19th May, DTD on 20th and 22nd and I've had dull cramps since. I did have these same cramps last month and that ended in a chemical. Sorry I know that's not much help but I'm not sure what the reason is for the cramps! x

@youngiesophie what tests were you using initially? I've been having vvvvf lines every month on FRER - I even tested on O day last month and still got them. It could be that you were seeing indents before and now this is actual rising hcg. Have you tested again with a FRER? What DPO are you?

@My2boysaremyworld I did. I'm fact all miscarriages I've had aches and pains the next cycle. I think it's due to everything shrinking.

Just had these tests after the line nearly completely going three days in a row and the digital being not pregnant. How did it go away for 3 days then come back and I don’t think 1-2 is right I am so confused, always used fmu :/

Hi wondering if anybody has had dull cramps after their first period after their miscarriage ? Had my period last week first one after my miscarriage. Lasted 4 days and not too bad. Since Friday Iv been having dull cramps lasting most of the day everyday. Is this normal? Feels like the cramps I was having when I was pregnant. We DTD day after period ended and over the weekend. So confused 🫤

@LuckyMoonstone temp usually does rise after ovulation when it’s already happened and window over. But if you continued dtd your bases are probably covered. It’s annoying not knowing exactly the day tho right.

bit like that this month. First ovulation post miscarriage. I couldn’t pinpoint it. With opks or my cramps or the temps as they all seemed to contradict a bit. I just know I have ovulated as my temp rose and has stayed elevated.

think I’m 8/9 dpo….ugh so frustrating. I know to expect that first period and it’s better to get it out the way. But hanging onto tiny bit of hope I could of miraculously conceived. As it is a bit of an odd cycle I doubt it. But who knows!!

@theblueflowers oh I'm sorry lovely! Why did our bodies have to give us false hope with the spotting?! I really hope that helps to regulate your cycles 🤞🏼
I'm OK thank you. Feeling on and off blue and can't help but catastrophise lately but trying to live in the moment and not worry about all the what ifs! I'm doing lots of walks to ground me!

@peachiekeen thank you! AF came on the Saturday, about an hour after I took a negative FRER- so typical!

Not feeling too bad about it which has been surprising. It's my first period post second miscarriage and to be honest I was expecting it to feel worse, physically and emotionally, so that's a bonus.

I'm on metaformin for this cycle, so hoping that, combined with the inositol I've been taking for the past 5 months may do something to improve my ridiculously long cycles. It's the thought of waiting till July to even ovulate that is the hardest thing!

@bunnykins123 I’ve not bought any more digitals this month but I’ll keep doing the OPK sticks at least in the evening as well, if not afternoon too. Will urgently DTD later so we don’t miss it 😆

@youngiesophie I'm so sorry to hear that! GPs can be a bit hit and miss depending on where you are. I would keep hassling them, especially explaining ttc is taking a hit on your mental health. I would try and get the ball rolling now just so you have some answers. Just out of interest, in a non-pregnancy cycle what is your LP? If it's short, it can be a sign of prog deficiency and defiantly will warrant prog.

@LuckyMoonstone that looks really promising! Something is about to happen. If your temps and opks are getting stronger, I would start bding today. Maybe use a cb digital if you have one? Good luck!!!! 🤞

Right guys I’m so sorry to keep banging on but I need help! My ovusense has decided that I’m in my ovulation window! I guess I tried to O last week but it didn’t work… but now im worried that I’ve missed the opportunity because doesn’t your temp go up after O? My OPK has gone from 0.17 yesterday to 0.31 today so either it happened late yesterday/overnight and I missed it, OR it’s still happening, possibly today, and my temp will continue to rise later.

Sorry to hear that, it’s really awful 😞 I’ve been pregnant 3 cycles in a row now so obviously somethings wrong, maybe I should just try and get referred but I tried to get referred for my mental health which I’ve been trying to get help with since I was14 and now I’m 25 and they haven’t helped me so I don’t have a lot of faith in doctors lol 🤣 I can’t afford to go private otherwise I would’ve got the progesterone private xx

@youngiesophie ttc is so tough especially when you have reoccurring miscarriages. I totally feel your pain, we've gone from conceiving easily to nothing 😢 maybe it would be worth speaking to your GP or a therapist in the meantime? I've not had my appointment yet, I have it beginning of June (I registered late Jan but I live in Dr Shehatas NHS district so it's super oversubscribed - I know others don't take this long but depends where you live). Would you consider going private? Big hugs 💕

@bunnykins123 have already had scans and bloods which were normal and I asked for progesterone when my positives were strong last week but the doctor didn’t want to prescribe it. I’m just going to give up now it’s too heartbreaking and I get suicidal depressed when it happens lol. Thank you for replying 🥺Have you seen the RMC and what came of it? Xx

@youngiesophie I'm so sorry to hear that, it's so hard when you don't know why. How many weeks are you now? I would get the ball rolling with the GP, mine was sympathetic and was referred to the RMC even though I'd never 'officially' registered my pregnancies. Have you had any tests done?

@LuckyMoonstone I don't suppose there is any chance you could have O'd early this month? How long are your cycles usually?

5th miscarriage in row, not bleeding yet but all tests suddenly gone nearly negative xx seeing doctor for my mental health soon xx

@bunnykins123 I’ve attached a photo of my chart but it’s been all over the place right from the start. As for opks there isn’t really any progression. I test each morning and they’re hovering around the same result. So the last three days have gone 0.2, 0.12 and 0.17.
