@calimc83 noooo 🤦‍♀️ we had it over Xmas, wasn't too bad but it defo screwed with my period. Hope you all get well soon! Oh 💯 grab yourself a bumper box of opks. I use the One Step ones from Amazon and double up with CB. I should have done one for my last pee but forgot. It's so weird but will add in an extra attempt just for luck 😂

@bunnykins123 can u do another OPK? Hmm...maybe you've ovulated a day or so later. Yep we all have covid! 😩🙈..not too bad with it tbf. Just shattered really..yeah I've heard ( or Dr Google) has told me it can definitely affect your cycle...I'm gonna order a bumper load of OPKs for the next cycle I think xx

Arrrggh, I’m well and truly down the POAS rabbit hole again. I got this squinter on a One Step, although I thought I was getting negatives on Friday, but I guess either my urine was more diluted then or the negative was wishful thinking, as I’m only CD20 (since my early MC) so I think it being anything new is incredibly unlikely…not that that will stop me POAS tomorrow am of course 🙄

@calimc83 I thought that but we haven't dtd today or yesterday so I don't think it can be. The more I overthink it (!!) the more I think I have cramps?! I usually O 24 hrs after peak urghhh confused! You are absolutely right about them adding to the stress. You said you had covid - I've heard that can also delay O? Oh god no, I've not got the time for that. I value every second of sleep I get these days 😂

@bunnykins123 I don't know 🤷‍♀️ I hate seeing negative tests! Argh...managed to hold off today. I used to think a OPK's add to the stress but I think it's more strep now not knowing when ovulation actually happened 😆..also I don't have the stamina to be at it every night! 🙈 Could the 'blob' be left over erm....'man stuff' 😬🙈 x

Also ladies - I'm 1dpo (well, I thought I was 1dpo as got my CB peak on Sat) and tonight I had a big blob of cloudy ewcm (soz all - tmi I know, I know) what do you think? Haven't O'd yet? Old ewcm? Dodgy hormones? Argh.

@peachiekeen I wish GPs weren't so dismissive. It's such a heartbreaking process to go through and to not get support it's just so hard. I'm sorry they weren't helpful 😞

@FfayeN I'm sorry your going through this. My understanding is the best is a lady in Birmingham (can't remember the name) or Dr Shehata in London/Epsom.

@calimc83 I'm okay thanks! I don't think I could go through all this without O tests 🙈 I'm so completely knackered by the evening that I just don't have the willpower to be bding like a 25 year old again 😂 I do think O tests add to the stress though which I don't like. Do you think you'll test again tomorrow?

Hi, I’ll be joining this thread tomorrow so thought I’d introduce myself now. I’m expecting confirmation of an MMC tomorrow at 9 weeks after a long two week wait between scans. I had some spotting between six and seven weeks and a scan showed I was only measuring 5 1/2 which was impossible based on the last time we had sex.

I’m pretty devastated. My husband and I have a 16 month old miracle son who took 15 cycles to conceive due to low sperm motility. This pregnancy only took three tries (with a chemical in December) so we were so thrilled and relieved.

My brother and sister in law are a week behind us (having got pregnant by accident) and now I’m going to have to watch them go through scans and give birth around the same time as I would have been :( The jealousy and bitterness is unreal.

@peachiekeen I'm sure a short luteal phase means progesterone might be low. I also was having super short cycles and found out I was hypothyroid so my hormones were all out of whack, so it's worth pushing your GP for tests. I did mine privately through Thriva so I had something to prove I wasn't right and GP followed these up with their own tests. Xx

@peachiekeen 6 days is short, but it might have been a one off for you! With opks it is still hard to actually pinpoint ovulation too. Still would be nice for your doctor to speak to you properly about it if you are worried, honestly it's mad how it's pot luck depending on which GP you speak to.

@Sassy144 I know! I was livid. I could have told myself all that. I was only worried as this last cycle the luteal phase was 6 days. Which seems impossibly short. And I'd never tracked with OPKs before so that could be the sitch all the time. I'm not going to test this month so I'll try again next month to build up a picture on my own.

@calimc83 I'm now entering the 3rd cycle since 🤞🏼 although not actively trying this month as 2 weeks out of the month I'll be abroad ☀️

@peachiekeen wow that's awful, just a little bit of understanding wouldn't go amiss! I also have quite a short luteal phase, around 10 days.
