Anyone else at a similar stage or also in the 2WW? First month trying again after miscarriage so would love to chat it through with others and have some company!

@Hello47 ah, I know the feeling. It's still early to test so it's not over it. I feel like I'm out too and I think when AF comes I'm gna cry too. Won't be trying again until another year (looking to move etc) so this was the first and last month of 'trying'

MrsRosaline · 19/03/2022 18:37

How exciting that we are getting close to testing! 🤞🏻 I'm still only 6DPO. I'm not sure whether to test early or not. Would I want to know if I have another chemical? Not sure...

@Hello47 @PeanuttyButter 9DPO is still early!

PeanuttyButter · 19/03/2022 18:22

@Hello47 9dpo today too and BFN here. I will test again tomorrow and if it's negative stop the progesterone and wait for AF.

Hello47 · 19/03/2022 13:57

Thanks @RMS0209 this journey is so tough sometimes!

I went a got some lovely plants for the garden and spending the day in the sun ☺️

RMS0209 · 19/03/2022 12:44

@Hello47 sending you big hugs! BUT still early
Hope you are ok, go treat yourself and do something nice today..
I'm not feeling to hopeful for this month so don't worry you aren't the only one xx

Hello47 · 19/03/2022 12:02

Well I caved and tested this morning didn’t I. And of course it’s negative so now I’m sad and crying. I honestly don’t know why I do it to myself. 9dpo today, to be fair my other pregnancies I’ve always had a positive at this stage so feeling like it’s not going to be our month 😢

RMS0209 · 18/03/2022 13:44

@MrsRosaline Greatminds think alike!
At least we can try help each other with it IF we need to... I did some researching on 3 similar type thing's and so far the Ava seems good.

MrsRosaline · 18/03/2022 12:11

Haha you're the same as me @RMS0209. I am considering the Ava bracelet after I saw your other post but don't want to buy it until I know for certain if I'm out or not!

@Hello47

Haha but we cant turn down the cakes!

I've started BBTing with my reflexology, I have had 3 highs so taking that as I actually ovulated.. which makes me a bit calmer too :)

I missed the day before peak as OPK's were very very low.. then a sudden peak, so I did peak day and the day after, so fingers crossed for us!

Roll on Sunday for you x

@MrsRosaline That's good enough for me to buy it for some bedtime reading then, I just dont want to jinx anything this month so when AF arrives (if she does) then I will buy everything I want for next cycle. x

MrsRosaline · 18/03/2022 11:07

@PeanuttyButter 8DPO is too early!! Don't be disheartened. With my DD I tested at 10DPO and it was negative still!

@RMS0209 I didn't read all of it, cover to cover. But it's very useful for supplement recommendations and exploring some of the reasons for infertility or miscarriage.

Hello47 · 18/03/2022 11:01

@RMS0209 it’s a good one, I have it saved too when someone else on mumsnet recommended it!

Hoping the boobs are pregnant related and not too many cakes related 😅

No, nothing different just did my BBT so pretty sure I actually ovulated which is always a positive sign. I also did OPKs as normal and we dtd 2 days before peak, peak day and day after peak.

RMS0209 · 18/03/2022 10:51

@Hello47 This is exciting! Roll on Sunday, feeling hopeful for you!
Haha... the symptom I'm looking forward too most massive boobs!!

I had a sneak peak at that link.. very good! I should save that into my favourites for the TWW!

Silly question.. have you done anything different this cycle? xx

Hello47 · 18/03/2022 10:33

@RMS0209 I’ll try 🥴 feeling quiet hopeful this month, my boobs are massive! Ha. But even if it is positive news I think I’ll be holding my breath until I get to the 12 weeks scan.

@PeanuttyButter it’s so rubbish feeling like that but 8dpo is definitely still super early. I think mumsnet gives the impression everyone gets a positive at like 7dpo. I didn’t get a positive until 9dpo and that was with twins! I found this site quiet helpful www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/dpo-chart.php?dpo=8

Xx

RMS0209 · 18/03/2022 09:44

@MrsRosaline I get what you mean too, I think I just enjoy the not knowing and feeling miserable for longer haha.

Have you enjoyed that book? I have it saved on my Amazon but have not bought it yet, potential for if AF arrives this month, silly I just don't like to jinx anything.

Had a quick look, I might add in the B6.. good reviews! hoorah.

@Hello47 stay strong! roll on Sunday, sending lots of luck.

@PeanuttyButter sorry to hear this... BUT still early! give it a few days then get the POAS happening again :D x

PeanuttyButter · 18/03/2022 07:06

BFN at 8dpo today on IC. I really don't think this is our month but at the same time I can't stop poas haha

Hello47 · 18/03/2022 05:45

Hi everyone!

Sorry I’ve not messaged much, been busy at work which has honestly been a nice distraction! Hope you’re all doing okay. I’m 7/8dpo and feeling the temptation to poas! Want to hold out until Sunday at least 😬

MrsGrealish · 17/03/2022 22:54

@MrsRosaline I had bloods done last March/April maybe a week before miscarriage to check folate and b12 but the b12 was low so ended up with a prescription for tablets. The b6 I started on my own and I find they've increased my energy. Loving the b vitamins atm !

MrsRosaline · 17/03/2022 22:38

@MrsGrealish I take a fertility multivitamin and it has a really high dose of b12. I do feel a lot better since taking them!

QueenBee22 · 17/03/2022 20:55

@RMS0209 I will probably test around mother's day too or just after it if I can hold out that long. I will literally have to put the pregnancy tests out of reach for 2 weeks!

MrsGrealish · 17/03/2022 20:11

Ooh I use B6 too @MrsRosaline and B12.

MrsRosaline · 17/03/2022 19:28

I get what you mean @RMS0209 but if my period is going to come I like to be forewarned. Otherwise I go longer thinking "maybe..." and then I am more heartbroken when my period comes out of the blue. If I'm negative at 10DPO then at least I will know to expect my period in the next few days!

I researched a lot of supplements in 'It Starts with the Egg' and I added in ubiquinol the last two months. I also added a B6.

OP posts:
RMS0209 · 17/03/2022 19:24

Can I ask, do you guys do anything special or worth adding in for next month IF I HAVE TO or just dancing on fertile days?

I posted this on another thread too but intrigued to hear if you lot have anything you can share Smile

RMS0209 · 17/03/2022 19:03

@MrsRosaline Eee Wednesday is a good day! I say 27th I'll be 12DPO so doing my hardest, don't want to see a negative any earlier than I have to if it isn't my month!

MrsRosaline · 17/03/2022 19:00

I also considered Mother's Day @RMS0209 but my period is due the day before. So I'm not sure I can wait that long 😂😂 Maybe next Wednesday 🤞🏻

OP posts:
RMS0209 · 17/03/2022 18:57

@MrsRosaline it's so frustrating! In Jan I had a gradual rise so I genuinely thought on Sunday I still had a few days.

Hope we both caught it ❤️ when are you going to test? I'm going for 27th (Mother's Day) will end in tears regardless hopefully it's the good tears haha.
