@PamelaDoov I switched to wild nutrition fertility and no side effects at all, really like them, but they are more expensive.

@Lottie2267 I also did it every day, sometimes twice and both ended in miscarriage. I wonder if it's a thing. Although it worked four years ago when I had my daughter...

Also, I had 4 weeks off when I had a MMC. Take as much time as you need. It’s awful that some people at your work aren’t supportive but just try and remember that’s their problem not yours and like you say, work is far down the pecking order of what’s important to you. I’ve been getting stressed with work recently which probably isn’t helping me, so I need to remember this too. Hope you’re ok xxx

Thank you @bunnykins123 and @LittleMrsMama I think we will do every other day next time and maybe deffo on the day of ovulation. Both times I’ve been pregnant we dtd every day but both have ended in mc or mmc. I am tempted not to even test for ovulation and just do it every other day but I don’t know if I will be able to! We will see.

Opks are still rubbish but all day I’ve had on-and-off mild pain where i imagine my left ovary is…
Every single physical symptom of ovulation is spot on but I cannot get a positive OPK!

@MrsRosaline really? Crazy! I’m definitely gonna stop taking it now, I’m confident I can get everything I need from diet plus folic acid alone.

@Lizm1990 that’s such a shame, I’m so sorry someone at work made you feel like that. I had a similar situation with a colleague a couple of weeks ago, his comments really upset me. I don’t think I can ever go back to having a good working relationship with him. I’ve started working from home now so I don’t have to face the office, is that an option for you?

@PamelaDoov now you have said about pregnacare I think I’m going to not take mine and take folic acid instead.

I’ve had a couple of shitty days at work and feeling it today, someone who reports to me told me my manager asked her am I a hindrance whilst I was signed off from the MMC it’s upset me a lot as I feel like it’s a real insult to what I’ve been through. Had a little cry earlier and I’m going to raise it in work as it’s not right and I’ve lost all trust now. I felt like she supported me when I was off but to find this out hurts. I’m just trying to not let it get to me so much so I can have a positive mindset when TTC 😔 I keep thinking work is not the priority, it’s so far down the pecking order of what I want!

We're going to start trying again but when we conceived with my miscarriage baby we d2d every other day then the day before, of and after ovulation. So as an example if I was to ovulate on a Sunday I'd d2d

• Tuesday
• Thursday
• Saturday
• Sunday
• Monday

It still feels like a lot though but worked before and we conceived on the first cycle but it could have just been luck

@Prayingformyrainbow93 I'm sorry to hear about your chemical. Totally understand your reasons for not testing. I wish I could just wait for AF but regardless of medication, I'm too impatient.

@arianasky took first dose of 150mg aspirin tonight!

@PamelaDoov it's 100% the pregnacare. The one month I took it I didn't ovulate until CD30!! Stopped taking them and everything was back to normal.

I think I’m going to wait at least another week (if AF doesn’t come sooner) last month I got a BFP but it was straight after a MC without a period 5+3 after, so I don’t want to test too early @bunnykins123

@Prayingformyrainbow93 mine is predicting next Saturday so I'm a while off yet! I've learnt that symptoms mean diddly squat - the 1 cycle I had the most symptoms, it was a bfn. Although it is nice to have lots of symptoms! I'm not sure. Part of me wants to try at 9dpo but I know I'll just be so bummed out when it's neg so may just wait till 12dpo to save disappointment. How about you?

@snufkin84 that was what my consultant said too - no need to wait unless I didn't feel ready. I had complications with lingering HCG for 3 months so we started trying about 4 months post op.

@mummyofrb I was told it was safe to try again as soon as bleeding has stopped, but preferable to wait for first period to return to make dating easier. I had surgery under general anaesthetic though rather than MVA. Sorry to hear you found the procedure traumatic - I hope you're starting to heal emotionally as well as physically x

@mummyofrb I was lucky as it was Christmas so was off anyway it's very personal so take your time. It's a very hard thing. X

I only use the clear blue ones I’ve never used anything else! And I’ve just inputted in Ovia app which predicts AF on Saturday so I’m definitely going to wait until at least after that! Usually me and my DP have been looking out for symptoms coming up around the time AF is due but I’m trying to ignore everything cause I don’t want to get my hopes up! When do you think you will start testing!? I hope you get your BFP @bunnykins123

@flowergarden16 thanks for your response so sorry you've been through it too. I just found info given so vague about trying again. I know they said if I tried again after 2 cycles the pregnancy would be easier to date. I'm so desp to be pregnant but so traumatised after mva, how long did you wait to return to work? I've been off since the 10th feb when we had the bad news and just been signed off another 2 weeks I don't know what's right amount to time??

@Prayingformyrainbow93 I use a combo of strips and CB tests. I actually always find my CB monitor detects my surge about 12 hrs before the strips 🤷‍♀️ I use Fertility Friend to track and it gives me the day after CB peak as O day. How about you? What DPO are you now? I know the feeling! Sadly, I have to test as I'm on progesterone and need to stop at 12dpo if bfn.

@PamelaDoov exactly, it's not like the vitamins just plummet out of your system when you stop using them.

@Lottie2267 im so sorry 😞 chemicals are just so disappointing. I don't think there is a right or wrong way, but my fertility clinic said every other day 'to allow spermies to replenish'. I know people who have done it once and had a successful pregnancy and those who have done it every day and had a successful pregnancy. TTC is neither fun nor romantic...😂

Hi @mummyofrb we had a MVA in mid December.

I got my period In January and we have started TTC - no baby in that cycle, but just ovulated so second cycle now and in the TWW as of today.

@bunnykins123 Ah you’re 6dpo what are you using for tracking ovulation? I use the clear blue ones and got my static smiley on the 19th so if I count the day after as ovulation I think I should be 11dpo? But who knows! I do want to test but I’m just scared to be disappointed after the last couple of months 👎🏽 But fingers crossed for all of us in the tww 🌈 xx

Hi guys I was on thread 4 I think?? Just had mmc with vacuum procedure:( me and my partner have decided to try again after my first period. Has anyone else had the vacuum procedure and ttc again so soon after??? Thank you xxx

Managed to see the doctor today and had confirmed chemical pregnancy. We are gonna TTC again as soon as we can, hopefully third time lucky 🤞🏼 Just wondering if you guys have any tips for TTC. We usually dtd every day on my fertile week but for next time I’m thinking maybe every other day? It’s just getting a bit much and takes the enjoyment out of it a little. Anything else you gals recommend doing? 🤍

@PamelaDoov defo sounds like it's making your cycle a bit weird. Try next month (unless you obviously get a BFP this month 🤞) and see if it makes a difference.

@Prayingformyrainbow93 🙋‍♀️ 6dpo now and nothing to get overly excited about so far. How about you? I wish I could say I won't test but I totally will and will bum myself out when it's a BFN until AF arrives 😂

@snufkin84 it's not been fun, I'm throwing the kitchen sink at it this month until I can have tests done next month 😂 I also had a MMC before DD so that will be the next worry once / if I get past 6 weeks!

@arianasky no I’ve specifically not booked it for that reason. I was going to have it when I was pregnant. My first jab (last year) made my period 3 weeks late!
