Anyone here TTC after Ectopic surgery or with one Fallopian tube due to medical reasons that want to support each other? Or if anyone has any successful stories conceiving with one tube welcome to bring positivity to the post x

@HoneyLemon29 very very negative here on the OPK front. I’m wondering if I ovulated a few days ago on CD11/12 which would make me 2/3dpo. Who knows.
Do you know think today’s OPK are positive? They look very very dark

HoneyLemon29 · 21/02/2022 20:16

@myrainbowjourney I have seen sooo many ladies having scans and having confirmed ovulation on the tubeless side. What does this mean for your left ovary?

I'm a little confused with my OPKs today. Before losing a tube I got peaks very quickly after getting a "high" reading on the same day, which started last night. But today I've been testing every few hours and they're remaining more or less the same. Here's a picture of the chart. I haven't even recorded some tests today as they were the same. I don't know if I'm going to get a low peak or my body just isn't going to ovulate yet. Or at all 🥺 before surgery I would get peaks of over 2. I'm going to test one last time in a couple of hours x

@HoneyLemon29 @Mummyme87 any news on the OPKs?

@s154 I hope you are doing ok xx

myrainbowjourney · 21/02/2022 19:54

Hey ladies.

I had my scan today for my medicated cycles. Great response but all on my right ovary - tubeless side. Couldn't make it up.

Weirdly I'm less emotional than last time. I think in part because of this thread and the hopeful stories about catching from the opposite side. Fingers crossed that happens 🤞🏼

Hope you are all doing well xx

HoneyLemon29 · 21/02/2022 19:28

@Mummyme87 how have your OPKs gone today? X

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 21:28

@Mummyme87 I was actually thinking the same today, feel a bit crampy, ah yes the BD'ing. My partners in his element 🤣

Mummyme87 · 20/02/2022 21:15

@HoneyLemon29 I normally do lunch time and 8-9pm after CD10 but this week with half term has made it challenging.
I feel a bit and sore in my lower abdomen tonight, not as much as usual but definitely something. Could be from all the BD’ing however 😂😂😂

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 20:59

@Mummyme87 yeah diluted urine does make a difference, if I start getting darker lines I tend to test 2 or 3 times a day as well just to make sure I don't miss the peak 🤯 I'm really hoping you get yours soon x

Fleabag84 · 20/02/2022 20:07

Haven't had a tube removed but was told after HSG that there was no dye spillage at all and that both tubes were blocked and was referred for IVF. I conceived during my first round but sadly ended in a miscarriage. 2 years (and a new partner) later I conceived my daughter naturally.

Mummyme87 · 20/02/2022 19:55

@HoneyLemon29 that’s exciting your peak is coming! This is my OPKs for this cycle. CD10 was looking dark, expected a peak the next day, but never came. But my urine was fairly dilute, not sure if that made a difference

@HoneyLemon29 yeah I know they can vary, after having covid I had a 30day cycle, and after vaccines had delayed Ov for one cycle. When I was TTC my second baby had no cycle issues. Oh well, not much I can do. Just frustrating

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 19:36

Just had my first high read. Hopefully in the next day or 2 it will peak 🤞 🤩

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 18:48

@Mummyme87 ohh I see, cycle lengths can vary month to month depending on a wide range of factors. I think a common one is stress and I know that with me this time of the month is extremely stressful wondering whether I'll ovulate at all this month 😞 I wouldn't worry yet and keep tracking ☺️ hopefully it's just a day or 2 delayed x

Mummyme87 · 20/02/2022 18:39

@HoneyLemon29 no I have 26day cycle, although last month was 25. So had been planning to test 2nd March on 10dpo. Now I’m not sure

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 18:36

@Mummyme87 do you usually have a 28 day cycle before next AF? X

Mummyme87 · 20/02/2022 18:29

@HoneyLemon29 yes mine started 8th February. Feeling a bit lost this cycle now 🥴

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 16:27

@Mummyme87 at least you're covered ☺️ we sound like we are around the stage, my last period started on the 9th Feb x

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 15:57

@myrainbowjourney Thank you. Starting to get impatient now 😅

Mummyme87 · 20/02/2022 15:57

@HoneyLemon29 yes have BD 4 times in the last 8days, so if I’ve missed it, hopefully will have covered it. Just frustrating. When you think you know your body!!!
I’m cycle 4

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 15:36

@Mummyme87 ohh okay, I understand how worrying that must be 😞 hopefully it's just a day or so late. Are you covered BD'ing just incase you have missed? What cycle day are on? X

Mummyme87 · 20/02/2022 15:27

@HoneyLemon29 I had a NC that didn’t save for another thread 😬😬 I don’t do temping but I do track my cycles. And I’m as regular as clockwork usually.

HoneyLemon29 · 20/02/2022 15:24

@Mortifiedwoman do you track? X

Mortifiedwoman · 20/02/2022 14:11

@NewtoTTC87 congratulations!

Should ovulate today but no pains at all like I normally get. Feel like I haven’t ovulated which is odd or I’ve missed it which is also odd

myrainbowjourney · 20/02/2022 14:08

@NewtoTTC87 absolutely amazing!!! Huge congratulations to you. I'm so thrilled.

My EPU says they would see me at 7 weeks, so I imagine it'll be similar, but as you work there I would definitely push to be seen maybe at 6 weeks. I think 7 is just because they know they'll see more.

Please keep us updated!

@HoneyLemon29 hope you get your positive OPK soon

@s154 good luck tomorrow. We are here if you need to chat

Hopefully @NewtoTTC87's news is the first of many xx

NewtoTTC87 · 20/02/2022 12:43

@HoneyLemon29 thank you so so much xx
I work in a hospital anyway so will pop into them tomorrow. I have also emailed my GP just in case they need to email over a referral. I just need to know that it is in the right place. Not sure how I'm going to get any sleep tonight...
Fingers crossed for you. Yes, please keep us updated. I'll be thinking of you xxx

@s154 good luck with your surgery tomorrow. Let us know how you get on xxx
