TTC with one Fallopian tube

Hi ladies, hope your all well. I was too anxious to do anything in the last few days leading up to the scan. The nerves really go to me. We had the scan this morning and everything is ok! It's in my uterus. I am feeling very grateful, emotional and very cautious still. You guys are the only ones I am telling for now.. (well apart from hubby)

@myrainbowjourney how are you? Thank you so much for your message. How did your trigger shot go yesterday? Yes does sound a little confusing but you can only DTD regularly I guess and hope for the best. Does it mean you have now started your 2ww? I will be thinking of you.

@HoneyLemon29 its still early stages so try and not stress yourself? When is your period actually due?

@s154 I am glad everything went well and I think its amazing news that you kept both of your tubes! There are lots of stories about tubes unblocking on their own? What was your consultants advise for the next steps?

@Bundaberg84 I am glad you are getting all your tests done. It's rare you get a GP who really listens and requests all these tests!

@Mummyme87 I was thinking that, but I had spotting 2 days ago as welI. I think I worry it's a hormone problem and that could be why I've experienced pregnancy loss. I had spotting at 10DPO with my ectopic. And spotting a week before AF with chemical. I've also had 2 cycles of no pregnancy with spotting in the luteal phase. Something that before I had an implant put in, never happened 😬

@HoneyLemon29 it may be implantation? Do you often get early AF?

TMI: I had a big clump of mucus when I wiped after having a wee earlier. Fairly cloudy still

Ugh I had spotting after DTD 2 days ago which immediately went away, and I've just noticed spotting in my underwear again and light pink on tissue 😣 I know it could be so many things but I think AF could be making an early appearance at 6DPO 😖

@Mummyme87 nerves are kicking in again, I don't think I'm going to track next cycle x

@HoneyLemon29 yeah I think it’s a good sign, just trying my hardest not to look too much into it

@myrainbowjourney Thank you, I feel better now it's going up again, i am due a home progesterone test today or tomorrow so that'll tell me for sure if my progesterone levels are normal after ovulation 💜

@s154 so pleased to hear you kept both tubes. It's really good they were able to see they were clear. What will your next steps be? Maybe knowing your tubes are clear will give you reassurance that it can (and will) happen.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I've bought some LH strips so plan on using them to try to get an idea of when I'm ovulating this month. My last cycle was 26 days but the one before that was only 20 so who knows.
It is really good to hear positive stories on hear too, gives me hope!

It is tricky to decide. I know they're expensive but the clearblue digital ultra early have always gone "pregnant" for me after receiving such a faint positive on FR picking up HCG levels of 10 x

I’m not sure what I’ll do test brand wise. Get such bad indents on FRER it gets my hopes up every month

@HoneyLemon29 I did a cheapie today for shits and giggles. It just gets the POAS addiction out of my system. But otherwise not sure. Tomorrow would be 8-10dpo. I might wait until Wednesday which would be minimum 10dpo.

I’m 7-9dpo today. Not had anymore lotion cm, boobs are quite sensitive which isn’t unusual. Other than that nothing. Felt nauseous yesterday briefly and have been more headachey this week. Otherwise all quiet.

@Bundaberg84 good news your doctor can do the full works 💜 I haven't any tests done but i am ordering my progesterone blood test for Tuesday as I am worried about a progesterone issue in the luteal phase.

@s154 that's good news you still have tubes. Did the consultant mention anything at all about tubes unblocking? I've heard stories of people having blocked tubes and not convincing and then conceiving months later and saying they must've opened again 💜

Not much to update from me. 5DPO. I had a panic yesterday as I had a 2 day decrease in BBT and spotting after DTD. The spotting was only at that time and nothing overnight and nothing today with the BBT rising again 😮‍💨

I lost a tube to an ectopic pregnancy. Once we started ttc again it only took 3 months. Early scan showed I'd ovulate from the side with the missing tube, and the egg had found it's way regardless.

I had my lap on Monday and went in prepared to lose the tubes as my hsg suggested blockages , however when I woke up the consultant said both tubes were infact open, no hydrosalphinx but slight beading on one tube

Although good news I still have both tubes, slightly back to square one now as unsure why we aren't getting pregnant after 2 years (I'm 27) however perhaps the tubes unblocked on their own in the 6 month since the hsg..

Hope you don't mind me joining. I'm TTC after a ruptured tube from an ectopic pregnancy in November. My period has just arrived this month so hoping next month will be more fruitful...but I'm still testing every other day as when I had the ectopic previously I had what I thought was a period when I was pregnant, I'm so paranoid it will happen again. Plus my cycles have been all over the place so really hope they will settle down so I can track things and have a bit more reassurance. Anyway, wishing everyone lots of luck, will be nice to have support of people going through the same! X

I noticed when I went to the toilet this afternoon lotion like white cm. I’m sure I don’t normally get that in TWW.. will sift back through my apps and look at what was going on when I got pregnant with DS2

So I went to a lovel GP / gyn today talking about a hycopsy. She told me that she thinks if we start doing this, we can do all the tests instead of just this. All the blood tests, hormone tests, semen analysis etc. Excited (I think). Did any of you do that?

@myrainbowjourney yep the blue line is temp. My app has actually given me a coverline today so that means it's recognising ovulation happened. Temps below the horizontal line is pre ovulation temps and anything above means after ovulation temps 🤞 So I'm deffo 3DPO today. I really hope we all get healthy pregnancies very very soon. I've heard of these trigger shots of HCG bringing on ovulation, are you having any tests done that'll confirm ovulation?

@NewtoTTC87 3DPO and all I have is (TMI) so much going on downstairs if that makes sense 😷 hoping it's a good sign progesterone is rising enough to support a possible pregnancy x
