I go on my phone for 2 minutes to reply to my mum or watch a TikTok he goes nuts what do I do am 24 almost 25 I feel like am stuck

Seriously though, it is your choice whether or not you are on your phone, provided that you aren't doing it to the exclusion of all conversation and always ignoring those around you.

Ahh ok so not liking you being on your phone and going nuts is slightly different. However both are controlling, this is not a healthy relationship, this is toxic and it’s best for both of you if you end it now. It’s only going to get worse!
