@Cheekypeach make sure to make lots of notes of all the weird things your body is doing in the TWW, while you know you can't be pregnant :)
Haha that’s actually a great idea! My symptoms with DD were strange dizziness when standing up (the sort where you see stars which fade off if that makes sense), and I also cried over a cartoon Hmm

Thanks Bunda, here’s hoping! Not trying this month but will be next month, so just trying to figure out my cycle.

Bundaberg84 · 10/02/2022 16:20

@Cheekypeach no, that makes sense, that would make your luteal phase 14 days, which is great.

Cheekypeach · 10/02/2022 16:19

What CD do you generally get a positive OPK? 27 day cycle, just got a strong pos on CD11 so assume O tomorrow on CD12. Does this seem a little early? 🧐

Tested again today. Darker but still not that dark on cheap strips. Then a static smiley on clear blue! So DTD and wish me luck!

I rarely get highs on my OPKs. This is my darkest line this month, so feel your pain with having no clue.

We DTD 11, 14, 16, 18 and will again today (21). I would have preferred 20 (as I have ovulated upto CD19 before- last year) but DP was away with work the past 2 days so hopefully that covered all bases whenever (if) ovulation happened.
I'm guessing Into that 2WW now. No PMS symptoms yet, which I did have by CD21 last month with spotting starting at CD25. Feeling more relaxed this month. Hoping my cycle isn't weird again, as it's been erratic and often short, over the past 6 months. Possibly my age?

I've had an appointment through for a ultrasound, and have a HSG to book when (if) AF arrives. So hopefully they will be able to tell me if there is anything going on. Had 2-5 bloods done at the beginning of this cycle, but haven't had another appointment.

Ooh me! I’m a bit later as due to APS I will need an elcs at 37 weeks, so my cd1 for November target is 22nd Feb.

Bundaberg84 · 10/02/2022 08:35

@Miracle22 I think it depends a bit on how regular your cycles are. If they are regular, you just use it to kind of confirm the ovulation date if that makes sense.
But if they aren't that regular, and for example if you follow the SMEP method, it makes sense to have a longer fertility window to "work with".

BiscuitLover3678 · 10/02/2022 07:56
@BiscuitLover3678 I have heard that you can still ovulate even if you’ve not had a peak on a clear blue advanced just a high, because it doesn’t always detect the hormones super accurately. Apparently you can have a fairly low LH surge and still ovulate. I don’t know how true that is.

Also it could just be that they’ve slightly dipped below the trigger for high, defo recommend testing a couple of times a day once you get a high so that you can have a better idea what’s going on. Fingers crossed for you!
Thank you, I will keep you updated (also to see if it helps anyone else later on)

Hey girls,
Do you know why everyone prefers CB 4 or more fertile days over 2 or more fertile days? I am debating whether to switch over to 4 days one or not.
I personally like 2 or more better because I find it more accurate when it comes to speculating when could O-day be.

Miracle22 · 10/02/2022 07:28

Hi,
As of now I am waiting for af to show after getting a BFN at 10 DPO. My cycle is 24-26 days, so AF should be due tomorrow. This will be my 2nd cycle ttc #1.
Good luck, everyone!

Charl881 · 09/02/2022 21:25

@VolcanicProtectorMan See I’m at the point where I’m just desperate to be in the TWW and get the fertile period over and done with 😂 But I know once I’m in it it will drag. Not too much longer for you though and all the signs sound promising!

Charl881 · 09/02/2022 21:23

@smiles39 good luck! EWCM sounds promising and you never know what can happen.

Hi, I’m 28 and TTC baby #1, this is my first cycle of trying. I came off the pill in September after a ‘very low’ AMH blood test which knocked me back for a while. We’ve been waiting for me to be mentally and physically back on my feet and fit to start TTC. On CD12, egg white CM for 4 days now but low on clearblue this morning still. I’m excited and very nervous, trying not to obsess over tracking and go with the flow but that’s not really my style haha

VolcanicProtectorMan · 09/02/2022 17:41

I’m 6dpo today (i think) going by the ovulation sticks I did for the first time this month, and have had bouts of nausea today, front and back cramps and I’ve been ravenous. It’s ridiculous really because it’s too early, but I never get nausea. I hate the TWW symptom spotting 😩

Bubblesandballoons · 09/02/2022 15:41

@BiscuitLover3678 ah that’s annoying, if it wasn’t quite peak hopefully it was just a test run, and you’ll have your peak in a few days like normal. I’m the other way low on cheapies, and flashing smileys for 7 days now 😩. Just dtd every other day and hoping it peaks soon. Chemical has def messed this cycle up, so I’m not optimistic this month.

MrsGrealish · 09/02/2022 13:08

I hate the empty faces. Any other signs of ovulation? LH levels fluctuate throughout the day

BiscuitLover3678 · 09/02/2022 12:34

If it means I’m already done for this month then that’s rubbish and also seems unlikely As I normally seem to ovulate days 13/14

OP posts:
BiscuitLover3678 · 09/02/2022 12:34

We’ve been a bit rubbish dtd this month! In fertile window.

Confused about my ovulation! The cheapy said high (but not completely peak) yesterday which was cd 11). Then today it was low! So I did a digital clear blue and smiley face was empty! I’m cd13.

What on earth does that mean?

pinkpirlie · 07/02/2022 22:46

@MrsGrealish I have the femometer ones. They are different to the same brand ones I had last year, and I'm thinking they may not be as good... Although I struggled to get dark linked with them too, but darker than these.
Perhaps I will get some of the ones you're using and see how they go next month.
Good luck!
We have DTD every other day, so keepih fingers crossed this is the month.

Bundaberg84 · 07/02/2022 21:46

@MrsGrealish no, some women have a longer peak. Totally normal!👍

MrsGrealish · 07/02/2022 21:38

I'm slightly panicking about the LH sticks now. Any other people think it's strange? I think it was dark at the start coz of chemical pregnancy but now I'm wondering
