6dpo now and don't feel any different. Gotta feeling it's not my month. DTD once over fertile week so not really surprised

@Charl881 we did SMEP too so did fri, sat and this morning. Totally worn out! Got the strongest peak yesterday so hopefully we have done enough. May do tomorrow just in case but already done 5 days in this one week so that's overkill right?!

Bleeding has now stopped and calendar is predicting ovulation in 2 weeks so 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 for a Nov Baby !

@Bubblesandballoons yay glad you finally got it! My cheap OPKs aren’t positive this morning so last night was definitely peak and I assume today / early tomorrow is ovulation day. When are you planning on DTD until?

I DTD Friday and Saturday, will try again today and not sure whether to do tomorrow just in case. Was meant to be doing SMEP for the first time this month but it’s a lot of DTD!

Well ladies… peak has finally arrived 🎉.

@Charl881, I was a bit worried as only a two hour hold, but it worked. Will do another cheapy in the morning too, see if it’s any darker.
@Coastaldreamer thanks, thought it would never come, and typically as I was thinking it wasn’t likely and only had 3 cheap opks left I ordered 40 more this afternoon that are coming tomorrow 🤦🏼‍♀️😂.

@Bubblesandballoons so far I’ve found Clear Blue seem to be pretty sensitive regardless of hold! So fingers crossed you’ll still get an curate result.

Thanks that’s good advice! Never had close to a high on a easy@home before, assuming now this might be because I peak in the evening.

@Charl881 I’d test again with an easy@home in the morning and see if it’s darker or lighter. If darker count tomorrow as peak, if lighter count tonight.
I also finally got a high opk reading tonight after 10 days of flashing smileys. Typically I threw sample away and didn’t think to check with clear blue. Gonna try and hold till bedtime and do it then and see if that shows peak finally.

Question for OPK experts. I had a negative reading on an easy@home and a flashing smiley this morning. Tonight I’ve had a high easy@home reading and a static smiley on my Clear Blue.

Would you count today as peak day or tomorrow?

Should I keep testing tomorrow?

I DTD tonight anyway and will do tomorrow so it’s a moot point, just interested as it’s the first month I’ve tested of an evening as well as a morning!

Oh @Bubblesandballoons that's frustrating. Hopefully it's just late ov because of the miscarriages.

So we did DTD today and then I checked on OPK after getting what I thought was peak yesterday but the line is even darker. What does that mean?! Also the app is messed up I'm actually CD 15 not 14.

@Poppyjen hi! Mine are DD8, DS almost 3 & DS almost 2 DC3 was also a surprise from the universe, we only found out at 4 months and I’d been breastfeeding and had the depo, there’s 12 months between them!

I’ve started to bleed now but only lightly, so will probably count tomorrow as CD1

Ps...will catch up with the rest of the thread asap but just wanted to say 👋 to @Bluemilan as a fellow TTC #4. How old are your other DCs if you don't mind me asking?

Also, I feel your frustration after getting the coil removed - this happened to me a few years ago, it was almost like my body had to re-learn its normal cycle...

TTC #4 ...can't quite believe I am writing that, totally thought we were done at DC 3 (well DC 2 actually but I guess the universe had other ideas 😂) but I have finally given in to the feeling that I am just not done yet.

I turned 40 this year so it feels like this is a bit of a last gasp - I already have DS (12) DD1 (9) and DD2 (3) with 2 miscarriages and 1 ectopic in the mix. Am I crazy?.....

I am on CD 5 of cycle 1.

TTC #4!

Initially we were set at 3 as we’ve also had 8 miscarriages and 2 losses at the 23 week mark but since finding out I’ll likely need a procedure on my cervix next year my GP pretty much said to go for number 4 now as it won’t be an option then, so had coil out yesterday on what should have been AF day but typically it’s a no show after two years of coming bang on time

Definitely think I missed my LH peak with the OPKs. Started testing too late because I was trying to be chill about it all but then caved.

AF due on 23rd Feb, so I think TWW has begun. Will continue DTD every other day in case I ovulate later than I thought. Still empty circles for me. Fingers crossed for everyone else in the TWW!

Just spotted this thread - to give a little hope I've just got to the end of my TWW and a BFP and we only DTD twice in fertile window... and one of those times (TMI next) when DH withdrew, all liquid inside me came out onto the bed. So I am pretty sure that was a wasted try. But it was enough to work! Keep positive!
