@calimc83 It's a herbal supplement that is meant to help with hormone imbalances and I've read that it can help to stimulate ovulation earlier and then increase progesterone levels afterwards, which causes your lp to lengthen. A lot of stuff I've read says it's not for everyone but at this point I thought, what's the harm! So I started it on day 6 of my cycle and will carry on until my period (which hopefully won't arrive!!). But if it does, I'll then take a break while on my period and start again on day 6! X

I track nothing anymore, I’m 42. When I had my miscarriage the doctors said there are lots of people in their early 40’s starting families.
I can’t tell you how good it feels not tracking… I plan tho.
I know I ovulate between cd13-16 so i DTD on EWCM days or
CD4. (4 day hold)
Cd8, (4 day hold)
Then every other day 12,14,16 to cover myself.
If it didn’t work then I know I’ll still be covered.
So I’m cycle day 9, I’m not sure we will make it to Monday cd 12 to DTD it will be before as we usually DTD quite regularly anyway x

@Cruz86 No what's Vitex? Have u always had a short LP? X

It really is @calimc83. I don't have a huge sex drive either so feel exactly the same. There's a week every month that can end up becoming hard work 😩 I've started taking Vitex this cycle to lengthen my lp! Have you tried anything? Xx

@Nikkic2123 It's so hard. I'm 39 as well which worries me..do u track each cycle? I have been doing since my MC...but dont think it's helping me xx

@Cruz86 yeah I don't think the opks help me...gosh it's hard isn't it?! I want to just relax..but we don't have a huge sex drive either ( TMI) so if we do have sex it's to try...and i don't want to always be trying 😬 x

Same as me @calimc83. Af arrived at 11dpo 😞 I'm not doing any opks this month, just temping and going by cm. Really trying to just relax but it's so difficult xx

I started trying for no3 in Dec 20, fell pregnant in April 21, and lost it in June 21.
I’m on my 9th cycle now x

Hey ladies iv had 1 miscarriage 2 weeks ago and I wanted to ask if anyone tried low dose aspirin without being prescribed for when they ttc again? I know I shouldn't read so much into but iv heard positive stories and jus wanted some advice x

I'm ok,
Struggling a bit with headaches yesterday and today.
My last period, was my most normal one from my miscarriage, ended on day 4 with NO spotting for 4 days after.
I'm CD9, coming in to my Fertile window.
Thinking my ovulation is going back to cd 14-15

I just wish I would get pregnant again soon. Xx

@arianasky After our mc they told us to wait for one regular cycle which we didn’t, and got pregnant again but obviously this time was chemical. I guess you feel exactly the same but its scary the thought of going through it all again, maybe will think about it over the next week. Never heard of taking aspirin but just looked and seems as though that could be beneficial so maybe I’ll look to get that too! Thankyou so much ♥️ X

@Prayingformyrainbow93 no problem, I've heard a few people talk about it and thought I'd give it a go this time I'm not 100% sure if it works but it can't do any harm. You can start trying as soon as you're ready the only reason they say to wait for a negative test is you know for sure then when you get a positive as in it's not HCG from a previous pregnancy and also so they can date it better if you've had a period. I'm not an expert obviously but I think you should do what you feel comfortable doing 💕💕

@arianasky Thankyou so much for sharing that. How did you hear about taking the baby aspirin? The MW advised me that the negative pregnancy test was the main thing for me before ttc again but not sure whether I should give my body a rest. It’s so hard 😢 Good luck in your tww will keep fx for BFP x

I am having a stressed day today. I just can't help feeling it's all going to go wrong and my hubbie just doesn't get it... he's like why worry? Only worry if there is a reason to worry....
